[spoiler=.:Blu:.'s Card]suyj4g.jpg

2 DARK Tuners + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card cannot be removed from the field by a card’s effect while it is face-up on the field. All direct damage inflicted by this card is reduced to 0. If this card successfully destroys a monster your opponent controls by battle, you can Special Summon that monster onto your field in face-up Attack Position. The effect(s) of that monster is negated. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control (excluding this card) to reduce the ATK and DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls by the ATK or DEF of the Tributed monster.

[spoiler=Hila Equitatus Inflectus' Card]2dquely.jpg

You can Special Summon this card by tributing 3 DARK type monsters on your side of the field. If you Special Summon this card in this way Special Summon 2 DARK monsters from your Graveyard. Monsters Summoned by this effect have their ATK and DEF doubled and cannot declare an attack. You can discard 1 card from your Hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard. Each time a monster is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, increase this cards ATK and DEF by 2000 until the End Phase. If this card is destroyed as a result of Battle, during your next Standby Phase you can send cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard equal to the amount of cards in your opponents Graveyard to Special Summon this card.

.:Blu:.'s Card

Needs 4 monsters to Synchro? Including 2 DARK Tuners? Restrictive much? It is incredibly UP'd for what is required to summon it. The Synchro Summon is too difficult to be worthwhile, the damage limitation is completely unnecessary. SS-ing your opponents monster is the best thing about, the final effect is not really worth the tribute needed for it, especially seeing as this card can run over your opponents monster over in the first place. Field advantage is more important than inflicting battle damage here. Why not just attack an opponents monster with this and attack again with another monster?

Hila's Card

Easier to summon, and brings back a few monsters as well, although I don't see the point in just bringing back beatsticks that can't even attack. Thankfully, their effects are still left intact. Easy Swarming capabilities and an attack gain, at the loss of Hand Advantage? Maybe worthwhile, but you'd know about it if your opponent Mirror Force's you. As for the final effect, I don't really see it having much use, seeing as how opponents may be unwilling to attack if you've swarmed the field nicely. Also, the SS being judged on your opponents grave can be quite harmful. Late-game, this could end up making you Deck-out - not so good then, but maybe an unlikely scenario.

My vote goes to Hila. Card is easier to get on the field, and is much better when it actually gets there.
