[spoiler=Read Me First!!]In this contest, 1 card maker will pick 1 Attribute to make a card off of (except DIVINE). There will be 2 card makers per Attribute. First come, first serve. There will be 2 rounds. In the first round, the best card maker of each attribute will move on to the final round, where they will be the only one making a card of that attribute. The top 3 will get reps and points, and the remaining will get an honorable mention and their entry fee back.

[spoiler=Final Round Task]For the final round you can do one of two things:

1. Make a Spell or Trap card that supports your Attribute or

2. Make a Spell or Trap card that supports your round 1 card.

 

Everyone who hasn't turned their cards in by Jan. 8th will be eliminated.

Lore:

Decrease this card's ATK by 250 for every DARK monster on the field, and increase this card's DEF for every Fairy-Type monster on the field. This card cannot be Summoned if there are more DARK monsters on the field than Fairy-Type monsters. When this card is Summoned, if there are no DARK or Fairy-Type monsters on the field this card is Summoned normally. If there are more Fairy-Type monsters on the field than DARK monsters, this card gains 500 ATK.

 

2.Unorthodox Simplicity

Lore:

1 LIGHT attribute monster + 1 Spellcaster monster

While this card is on the field, this card is also treated as a DARK attribute monster. Once per turn, you can discard one monster card from your hand. This card then gains the same ATK and DEF points as the discarded monster. At the end of the turn, put the discarded monster on the top of your Deck. Then shuffle your Deck. When your opponent attacks a LIGHT attribute monster you control, you can acticvate this card's effect. Destroy the attacking monster and end the Battle Phase. By offering 800 Life Points, you can add one Spell Card or Trap Card from your Deck to your hand.

Lore:

This card can be Special Summoned from your Graveyard by removing from play monsters in your Graveyard whose combined ATK is equal to this card’s ATK. When a DARK monster you control destroys a monster by battle, you can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to Special Summon the destroyed monster onto your field. That monster is treated as a DARK Zombie-Type monster while it is face-up on the field and its effect(s) is negated. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster that was Special Summoned by this card’s effect and select 1 monster you control. The selected monster can attack twice this turn and all Battle Damage inflicted by the selected monster this turn is halved.

When a Dragons type monster card is Summoned to the field this gains 200 Att. Once per turn if you have a D.D. monster card in your hand discarded it and destroy 1 monster on the field.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summon or Set. This card only be Special Summon by tributing 3 FIRE Monsters on your field to the Graveyard. When this card destroy your opponent's Monster, you and your opponent must discard all card in each other hand. Each card your opponent discarded by this card's effect, inflict 500 points of damage to their LP. Each card you discarded by this card's effect, increase your LP by 300 points.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 monsters you control OR 3 monsters you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. You can discard 2 cards from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy 1 monster you control and inflict damage equal to half the destroyed monsters ATK. When this card is destroyed, return all monsters that are removed from play to the owners Graveyard and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of monsters returned x200.

Once per turn, you can destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card successfully inflicts battle damage, all level 3 or lower WATER monsters you control can attack your opponent directly.

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 WATER Monster Cards from your Hand or the field from play. Increase the ATK and DEF of all WATER Monster Cards by 200 x the number of WATER Monster Cards in your Graveyard. When any WATER Monster Card on your side of the field is selected as a target of a Spell or Trap Card, you can remove 1 WATER Monster Card in your Graveyard from play to negate the effect and send the Spell or Trap to the Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, remove this card from play to shuffle all other Monster Cards removed from play into their respected Decks.

Lore:

You can discard this card to the Graveyard to add 1 "Dust Tornado" or "Tornado Wall" from your Deck to your hand. This card can attack cards in the Spell & Trap Card Zones. If you do, they are treated as Defense Position monsters with 0 DEF. When this card would be destroyed by battle, by removing from play 2 WIND monsters in your Graveyard, negate the attack and change the battle position of all monsters your opponent controls. Your opponent cannot change the battle position of monsters they control until your opponent's next Main Phase 1.

 

2.~Shadow of Alpha~

Lore:

When this card is Normal Summoned successfully, select 1 face-up Insect-Type monster you control. The selected monster can attack twice during the same Battle Phase as long as this card remains face-up on the field. If this card were to be destroyed by battle, you can send 1 Insect-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard instead.

Lore:

If the monsters used as Tributes for this card were Zombie-Type monsters, Special Summon them to your side of the field. Their effects are negated and they cannot attack. As long as this card is on the field, each time a Zombie-Type monster is destroyed, you can add 1 Level 2 or lower Zombie-Type monster from your Deck to your hand.

Lore:

You can Special Summon this by removing 1 monster from play 1 monster woth "Tyranno" in it's card name. If this card destroy's an opponent's monster by battle, summon 1 "Rocket Token" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) in Attack Position. If this card would be removed from the field, destroy 1 "Rocket Token" you control instead and inflict 1000 damage to both players.
