My guitar is custom made as a gift from a friend, and I play my own songs on it. I also play a lot of Jimi Hendrix on my guitar such as 'Vodoo Child' and more. Wbu!? EliminateHRN
I have a Fender acoustic guitar that I'm learning to play. I'm not to great, but I'm getting better each time I practice. I know how to play the opening of Metallica's "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)", some parts of Green Day's "Wake Me Up When September Ends", and I'm learning to play a 3 Doors Down song. .Hendrix
That's awesome bro, keep going. A little tip to writing a unique song; EXPERIMENT! It's the best thing you can do, no matter how many times you 'f' up you're gonna get some good sounding stuff. If you're a little less creative a good way to go is: - Chucking - Chord Progression - Some things you've come up with while experimenting - Picking But make it all fit in and flow nicely, music is like a piece of art, it represents you, your thoughts and as you play colours flow out, some are nasty some are good, it's a matter of choosing good colours over bad. Bahamut - Envoy of the End
Jaxville, which I pick up all too infrequently. Having played goalkeeper and now rugby since the age of 10, I don't have the finger dexterity to do the flashy solo stuff, but can play rhythm solid enough. Usually I just strum away to stuff like Safe Home (Anthrax), Aerials (System of a Down), Pull Harder on the Strings (Trivium) and stuff like that.
