While there is a "Power Tool Dragon" in your Graveyard, this card gains 700 ATK. Once per turn, you can select 1 Equip Spell Card in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. You can remove from play 1 monster in your Graveyard to pick up a number of cards from your Deck equal to the removed monster's Level.
