i vote for radio kirbah! his card is more creative and more usefull. also (please excuse my curse) its badass!

I vote for kirby, Spaz's seems a little underpowered considering the effort it requires for summoning. Although being able to special summon it from the graveyard helps it out a bit.

 

Kirby's just has that edge, the only way I can judge it is in effect and balance as you say other methods can't be counted, so I do quite prefer his effect.

 

Both pretty cool though.
