Here's mine, took a decade to Generate >__>

[spoiler=Cyber Dragon Nebula]214840.jpg

LORE:Whilst this card is on the field, you can treat the number of monsters on your side of the field as 0. When you Special Summon a monster, you can send it to the graveyard to move up to 2 of the same card from your deck to your hand. When this card is attacked, switch this card into defense position. when this card is destroyed, you can select one 'Cyber Dragon' monster in your deck and add it to your hand.

And I KNOW that some of the lore is different than the card - I refuse to go and change it on the image...

So is the writing the correct one, or the one on the card?

Weird, you're right. :P

I'm glad no one here is a sore loser. :D

By the way, if you lost, don't stop checking this thread; there will be a poll for you at the end.

It's about the 4 archetypes in this contest, so if I made it now, that would give away the last archetype.

I expected elimination soon xD I think I'm better at playing than making...I'll leave that to Konami :P

Anyway, I have my thoughts on who will win...

Wait... so EHN stands for Evil Hero Neos?

My, my, I never knew! I'll update the contestants list to make it look proffesional.

Misspelling, but who cares.

The text. Editing that is easier...

Guess so.

BTW, this contest sorta died. :(

It's only 2 more entries, I know, but now I'm getting impatient.

Change of heart, huh.

Hey, at least you didn't lose because your grammer was sub-par.

This is now the second contest I've lost because I was too lazy to look a card over for errors :/

Heh. Oh well.

Stick around for the poll, though!

Also, on Jan 18 (my b-day), look for a contest by me.

Well, here is my entry, and I resized it to make it the same size as the yugioh cards here :)

[spoiler=Round 3 Entry]

CyberDTDLimitedEDSS.jpg

“Cyber Dragon” + “Cyber Barrier Dragon” + “Cyber Laser Dragon”

You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards you control and/or in your hand to the Graveyard. (You do not use “Polymerization”.) This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for every Machine-Type monster with “Cyber” in its name in your Graveyard. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can remove 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy 1 monster on the field. All damage inflicted by this card during the turn this effect was activated is halved. When your opponent declares a Machine-Type monster you control (excluding this card) as an attack target, you can remove 1 Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard from play to switch the attack target to this card. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard used to Special Summoned this card, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

Alright so here's my entry:

[spoiler=Cyber Mistress]322977.jpg

Lore: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You may Special Summon this card to your side of the field from your hand when a monster(s) you control that includes "Cyber" in it's name, or is named "Chimeratech Overdragon" is removed from the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate the effects of all opponent's Spell Cards that target a Machine-Type monster(s) on your side of the field. If this card is used as Fusion Material for a Machine-Type Fusion Monster, it is treated as 2 Fusion Material monsters.

Well, looks like it's just you and me, .:Blu:.

Good luck to you!

Here's my entry:

[spoiler=Ancient Gear Salvager]322977.jpg

[spoiler=Lore:]If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. When an "Ancient Gear" monster on your side of the field is sent to the Graveyard, select and activate 1 of the following effects:

-Add 1 "Ancient Gear" monster from your Graveyard to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled

-Special Summon 1 "Salvaged Scrap Token" (Machine-Type/EARTH/Level 2/ATK 800/DEF 800) in face-up Defence Position on your side of the field.

-Remove 1 "Ancient Gear" monster in your Graveyard from play, and gain Life Points equal to the level of the removed from play monster x200

I made this to be more of a defensive card, since most ancient gears are relatively underpowered and need graveyard support.

Well, here is my last entry for this contest:

[spoiler=Round 4 Entry]

AncientGearGiantS.jpg

If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. When an “Ancient Gear” monster you control would be destroyed by a card’s effect, you can reduce the ATK of this card to 0 until the end of your opponent’s next turn instead.

I decided to make this to be able to protect other Ancient Gears while they dish out the beating or while they serve some other purpose. This card, in itself, is also quite the brutal beatstick.

Yes! Alright! 1st place! And by .1, too!

Congrats on 2nd, .:Blu:.! You did really well and deserved a place in the top three!

I'll rep you once since Sanphred ran out of reps and asked us to rep each other, and I'll rep you again for being such close competition! Merry Christmas, and thanks for an awesome contest, Sanphred!
