I started to make this card when your rule specifically asked for a Roid monster.

 

I hope this is sufficient. :)

Whoo! Roids! Favorite deck ever! (Even though I couldn't get anything good out :()

 

And dang it's hard to find a good cartoon vehicle. I settled with this one, since it was either this or the Magic School Bus.

When this card successfully deals direct damage to your opponent’s Life Points, you can halved the ATK of all face-up “roid” monsters you control until the end of your opponent’s next turn to destroy up to 2 Set Spell/Trap Cards.
