s-CRY-ed: The Seconed Uprising

The mainland has stopped almost all support from their companies to the Lost Ground and so, in turn, the Muraji Special Economic District has become Japan’s first independent land inside their territory. A group of men on the mainland who are a part of what is known as the Assembly are determined to understand Alter Power and to use it to their benefit. Their ultimate goal?

The complete elimination of all alter users.

The Assembly knows that they’ll never be able to control the native alter users so their only option is to destroy them and get rid of the threat. By using the refining system, they’ve created an army of over 8,000 alter users to overwhelm the Native alter users.

Kazuma and Ryuhou have created groups of new alter users that watch over specific areas and locations of the blossoming Lost Ground. Over the four years the Lost Ground has been left alone, cities have been created and a type of government has formed. Each district has a group of twenty alter users to watch over the men, women and children in that area that do not have alter power. One alter user is the leader of each group and they advice the group on strengthening their powers. Personally, Kazuma and Ryuhou do not have a group that follows them, seeing has their missions against the mainland are too dangerous for any other alter users.

The mainland doesn’t know about these groups, but these are the best defense that the Lost Ground has. But the question remains, how will these groups of promising alter users fare against the power of 8,000 brain washed refined alter users from the mainland?

4) In your posts, never mention that you’ve met with Kazuma or Ryuhou, unless you’re a First Strongest or Leader (They give out promotions, so in that case, you’d have to have met them). They’re too busy to be worrying about you or even seeing you. They have other people to do that. Now, if you’ve seen them fight, that’s a little different, but no meetings.

5) I have the right to deny you, even if you think your sign up is the best there is.

*HOLY- Alters assigned to the HOLY division in HOLD. They live in the city and are sent outside to do patrols and missions.
*Native Alters- Alters who live outside city walls. They live their live pulling their weight of work in the village. They have a rough life but a great deal of freedom.
*Nuetral- People who don't want to be involved with HOLY or Natives. Usually civilians or people from Mainland.
*Outlaw- Alter users who side with whoever and whenever they want!! Usually in it for action, entertainment, or money. May sound like fun but they are drifters. They have no permanent settlement and everyone hates them for switching sides so much. They have difficult time finding ways to support themselves.

(About the Alter Types)
*Harmonizing- Alter Power becomes one with the user. Similar to armor or they themselves are become the Alter Power. (ex: Kazuma's Shell Bullet)
*Weapon- A weapon is made from the Alter Power. Varies from swords, guns, crossbow, etc. Alter has to manually pick up and fight with it. (ex: Aska's Eternity Eight/Treasure Balls)
*Independent- Stand-alone Alter Powers. The power takes form as its own being. Can fight by itself with the orders from the Alter user. (ex: Ryuho's Zetsuei)
*Mental/Psychological- Some alters don’t have a physical presence, but are simply controlled with the mind.

Before the weird looking alter attempted its final attack akria summoned his alter anu. The two alters begin fighting after a few moments the weird alter ran leaving Akria to die. His alter vanished after a few days later he awoke finding that a strange man sitting next to him. he introduced his self as Kazuma after training with Kazuma for a few years Akria natural alter powers grew before leaving Kazuma choose akria as he head of his group in he lost ground.

Description: Anu is a red and black colored alter. She takes the humanoid form of a little girl wearing a white suit (like the Espada suits), her skin is black with red a symbol like design on her arms and legs. The symbol is also printed on the back of her suit which seems like it branches off onto her arms completing the other design she also sports the playful smile of a little girl. (She can talk......)
Abilities:
LV1: In her first form she is a pretty excellent fighter for her size. She fight unique changing fighting styles sometimes during mid attack from dancing type attacks to using her legs and speed to attack her opponents or the hidden blades in the suite. In this form Akria gains 1 ring on his index fingers which allows hims to control lightning.
LV2: In this form she appears have the form of a older teenage woman her suit changes into a more armor like appearence sporting a 2 wing like objects. The rings on Akria fingers changes into guntlents covering up to his elbows. Both Anu and Akria gains 2 different attacks. Anu "Dance for lust " and "Greedful Assult", Akria "Blitz Wrath" and " Envy Blitz"
LV3: Not much is know due to him forgetting much of his memory.

Bio: Hatsuki didn't have a great childhood. Her parents died when she was a little kid, leaving her to fend for herself at the age of 7. Not that it mattered because not even a year later her alter power kicked in while she was being beat up by some bullies. Pretty much after hat no one really bothered her, unless they had alters as well, and only then would she get beat up. Every day she would practice her ability slowly bcoming stronger and stronger. Hatsuki was never one for keeing up with news or politics, but knew about the cruelty of HOLY very well. And that was only after they tried to capture her when she was 14. After that she devoted her life to trying to stop them. A year or s latershe heard about a group being formed to help combat HOLY. Made by two of the most powerful Alter users in the world. No one really saw them but it was known that they were off protecting the Lost Ground from the larger of HOLY forces. Hatsuki worked extremely hard after that, soon getting invited into the group and at 17 she was surprised by a visit from Ryuho, though at the time she didn't know. He demanded that they fight, and with out hesitation she did thinking he was HOLY. Hatsuki held on for as long as she could, even having to use her third form, but in the end she lost. Just when she thought she would be taken to HOLY, Ryuho held out his hand to help her up. He told her who he was and why he was there. She was, I guess the term is promoted, to the leader of the group of Alter users in her area. He didn't stay long and after that day she hadn't seen or heard of him again. For the past year she had been the leader and had been doing a good job on keeping things in order.

Name: Fuyukami
Type: Harmonizing/Independant
Description: Fuyukami is a blueish-white colored Alter with a metalic appearance. Fuyukami has a humanoid appearance, and has the illusion that she's wearing a dress, which fans out around where the knees would be. Her legs and arms are plain, thin, pole like structures that gets narrow as it reaches the tip. The face his hidden by what appears to be a mask, and it's in the shape of a decorative snowflake, just without all of the holes.
Abilities: 1st Level: In her first form she is a melee alter, with supurb combat abilities. The thing is,is that everything she touches either freezes, or gets a serious frost bite. She can also fly, and when on the ground she doesn't run. It more like skating as where ever she steps a path of ice is laid out before her. She is extremely fast, being able to cover a mile in only a minute and her rock hard body makes for an exelent defence.

2nd level: In her second form there isn't much of a physical change size wize. Her limbs take on a more human shape, and Fuyukami actually gains fingers. Her feet look more like her legs have been infused with ice skates. The mask is split in half revealing half of the expressionless face. Where the mouth is, is just a line that appears to be frowning, and the eyes are a dark blue, but hold no expression. In this form she retains the abilities from the first form but they are heightened. She is twice as fast, now leaving behind an after image. She can also create ice by rapidly freezing the air particles around her. She has two main attacks in this form. "First Wind: Blizzard Storm", and "Second Wind: Ice Shatter". The "First Wind" is pretty much how it sounds. Fuyukami rapidly freezes tha air around the battle field and a blizzard then starts, freezing anything caught within it besides Fuyukami and the Alter user. "Second Wind" is when Fuyukami forms a maximum of 10 giant frozen spikes in the air and hurls them at the opponent. She can control the crystal's individul movement, and have them out unti lthey are destroied.

3rd level: In the third form, Fuyukami and Hatsuki merges together, and they bascally look like the second form. Hatsuki's eyes turn blue, and the mask iscompletely removed. In the finale form she retains all the abilities from the previous forms and gains two attacks; "Third Wind: Cold Shower" and "Final Wind: Ice Age". "Third Wind" is when Hatsuki sends a barrage of icicles atthe opponent. For multiple opponents she will spin rapidly, sending the icicles flying everywhere. For a single opponent she wll shoot them from her hands, which she can do five times in a row. "Final Wind" is basically a wave of cold energy that covers almost a mile radius. Everything caught in the wave will freeze, even vegetation and wildlife. The ice will vanish when Hatsuki release her alter. Other than that she has complete control over ice, and is commended for being one of the faster alters in the Lost Grounds.[/spoiler]

[b]First form~[/b]In it's initial form Raguel takes the form of a double sided straight sword with a pair of wings at the end of the handle. In the center of the wings there is a ten pointed star, one of the points stretches six inches on to the center of the blade.

[b]Second form~[/b]Upon the release of the second form the blade becomes wider and the wings on the handle split in to two pairs of wings, one large and one small pair. The star in the center becomes ten sparkling blue gems which spread throughout the wings, two on each small wing and another three on each of the large wings. In addition to the changes in the sword Daichi grows a large pair of white angelic wings on his back.

[b]Third form~[/b] In the final form Daichi gains an additional pair of wings on his back and he now wears a full body white outfit and a shield on his left arm which he can create and disperse at will. He also keeps the sword from the second form.[/spoiler]

Abilities: Raguels power is created from Daichi's will to protect others. Daichi can not release his second form unless he is trying to protect somebody and his third form can only be activated when his desire to protect those close to him reaches an extremely high level. Upon activation of the third form Daichi must destroy one of the ten gems which reside on his blade, each gem will sustain the form for a maximum of 5 minutes. Each gem contains a portion of Daichi's life energy and when the time limit for the final crystal runs out Daichi will lose his life. In addition to the third level there is also a tainted form which is activated if Daichi, while in his third form, becomes tainted with hatred or a drive for revenge.

The sword is capable of launching a compressed blade of light for powerful attacks. In the second a third form Daichi can use his wings for both flight and for protecting against physical attacks. The wings are also capable of healing others, in the third form the wings are able to heal anything short of a lost limb or organ.

Daichi was recruited when he was traveling three years ago and met Kazuma. Do to a misunderstanding Daichi believed Kazuma was attacking the village and attacked him with the second form of his sword. Although he was able to defeat Kazuma's first form, Daichi was quickly defeated upon Kazuma's second form. After the Misunderstanding was cleared up and went home, about a week later he was visited by Kazuma and received the offer to lead one of the groups to protect an area of humans. He was chosen, not because of his skill but, because of his drive to protect others, including strangers.
After accepting the offer his close friend and his sister Natsumi came with him and often help him protect the civilians.

~Alter~
Alter's Name: Raguel

[b]First form~[/b]In it's initial form Raguel takes the form of a double sided straight sword with a pair of wings at the end of the handle. In the center of the wings there is a ten pointed star, one of the points stretches six inches on to the center of the blade.

[b]Second form~[/b]Upon the release of the second form the blade becomes wider and the wings on the handle split in to two pairs of wings, one large and one small pair. The star in the center becomes ten sparkling blue gems which spread throughout the wings, two on each small wing and another three on each of the large wings. In addition to the changes in the sword Daichi grows a large pair of white angelic wings on his back.

[b]Third form~[/b] In the final form Daichi gains an additional pair of wings on his back and he now wears a full body white outfit and a shield on his left arm which he can create and disperse at will. He also keeps the sword from the second form.[/spoiler]

Abilities: Raguels power is created from Daichi's will to protect others. Daichi can not release his second form unless he is trying to protect somebody and his third form can only be activated when his desire to protect those close to him reaches an extremely high level. Upon activation of the third form Daichi must destroy one of the ten gems which reside on his blade, each gem will sustain the form for a maximum of 5 minutes. Each gem contains a portion of Daichi's life energy and when the time limit for the final crystal runs out Daichi will lose his life. In addition to the third level there is also a tainted form which is activated if Daichi, while in his third form, becomes tainted with hatred or a drive for revenge.

The sword is capable of launching a compressed blade of light for powerful attacks. In the second a third form Daichi can use his wings for both flight and for protecting against physical attacks. The wings are also capable of healing others, in the third form the wings are able to heal anything short of a lost limb or organ.[/spoiler]

Bio: Arashi has had a long time friendship as well as Rivalry with Daichi. Despite being able to defeat Daichi almost every time they fight, he openly admits that if he ever fought against Daichi's second form he would have trouble wining. When Daichi was chosen to protect the civilians in the area Arashi immediately offered to help.

Second form~Upon the release of the second form the blade becomes wider and a handle appears on the reverse side side of the blade. At the tip of the blade there are four fangs sprouting out of the reverse side of the sword. Ten green gems are embedded in to the side of the sword, four on each side of the blade and two on each side of the handle. In addition to the transformation of the sword Arashi grows large black dragon winds which sprout from his back.

Abilities: The swords are able to fire blade of fire out of the sword. Arashi is also able to absorb the fire before it is release in order to give an intense heat to the blade of the sword, making it more powerful in close ranged combat. The wings in his second form allow him to fly at high speeds.[/spoiler]

Bio: Natsumi is Daichi's younger sister, however she is often mistaken for the younger sister do to her phisical appearance as well as the fact that Daichi is much more experienced with his alter than Natsumi is. Although being weaker than Daichi and Arashi, Natsumi was able to unlock the second form, thanks to intense training from both, and is able to hold her own against most alters of A rank or higher.

First form~ Sutaro takes the form of a thin bronze armor that covers Natsumi's arms legs, chest and also has a skirt that protects her legs. there are also a pair of let armors for her shins and her feet.

Second form~ In it's second form Sutaro becomes a full body silver armor with a pair of wings that allow flight.

Abilities: The armor is able to defend against attacks, in addition to the defense the leg and arm armor are wrapped with wind which increase the power of the punches and kicks. The attacks are also able to launch the wind forward for a distance attack. The wings allow flight as well and can cut opponents when coming in with a dive.[/spoiler]

Gender: Male

Appearance: 6' 5", heavy, muscular build, dark skin. His brown eyes are small and appear to be observing everything at once. He has long black hair and an equally large beard and moustache, all of which are made into large braids tipped with gold rings. His massive body is made even more massive by wearing thick brown leather armour, which is just as strong as steel. His helmet is made of steel and forms a bulb like shape. He fights with a war scythe which is as tall as he is and has large barbs to help him draw enemies closer.

Bio: Sargon was born to a family of soldiers. When he was young, he was sickly and bedridden, resulting in his father giving up on him. However, when his brother died in combat, his father forced him to become a soldier, training him constantly and brutally. It was from this harsh training did Sargon finally defeat his sickness and become a worthy soldier. He served in the army, discovering that he had an alter that allowed him to control electricity from his hands. He was quickly discovered by his superiors and was put into a special Alter team.

Alter: "Voltage": Harmonizing. Allows him to generate electricity and use it to electrify his weapon or fire bolts of lightning. 
Spark: Electrifies his scythe, allowing him to transfer electricity onto enemies it touches, even through metal armour. Non lethal, but can stun all but the strongest foes.
Bolt: Fires a bolt of lightning that instantly strikes the closest enemy. Lethal.
Current: Sends a constant stream of electricity into an enemy he is holding. Intensity varies.
