Plot

1920 "it" happened. The first ever Nuclear Bomb, was unleashed. All over America panic had struck, a radius of 150km was affected by the bomb, the next 80km was affected by released toxins and gasses causing burns and severs sickness to pass on in the generations that would pass, the next 40km became sick with never ending flus and viruses, this seemed to continue to most of the generations that would come.

1960 "they" appeared. The first ever sighting of what appeared a human with advanced features and super like traits, the individual seemed to be unable to control his rage, he somehow grew 100 feet tall! after a long struggle the individual was defeated, after observing the corpse it was known that basteria like toxins had merged with his cells and DNA allowing for the extended growth. He was an unknown case.

2000 "Freaks". After the first super like human, more seemed to appear through the corrupt DNA cycle. The Secret Intelligence Unit (SIU) notioned to kill anyone who had those super liek abilities. However the notion was buried and labelled as inhumane, the next idea came up, an academy for those with the corrupt genes, Giftorium. The world although didn't want the superpowerly advanced to be killed, still treated them differently they were "different", "wierd", parents often told their kids to stay away from them, they would often be bullied relentlessly, some would even be denied by their own family, and of course there are those who would seek to eradicate the world of these different and abnormal creatures......Freaks.

2010 "You". Who are you? What do you believe in? Why have u seeked Gliftorium? What are you hiding? What do you hope to acheive......will you....acheive it?



First Post:

A dark room was pl;agued by light black mist that traced along the groundd, the only source of light were mere candles lit on a large table that stood in front of 4 16 year old boys, each with a unique look and one wearing a mask. On the other side of the table, in the shadows lay a large throne like chair, it was evident a tall individual was sitting on it.

"So it's been decided, you've been accepted to the acadmey...all of you." The mans sinister voice was vile and could only be from one with sick intentions. "So go now, i expect there are tough supers, serve your purpose...go." 3 of the 4 16 year olds turned and began walking to the far door. The boy with the mask cntiued to stay.

"Hakuro." The man with the sinisted voice began. "I'm counting on you that this mission won't fail. Remember your goal, my purpose."

The boy slowly took his amsk off revealing a small light emotionless smile on his face. "You have my word, Reikaru." The bpoy stated maiontaining his light smile as he then ehaded towards the door as well.

"My purpose is only to serve your purpose reikaru, this plan will go smoothly."

(1 hour later)

The 4 boys began dashing through a thick forestry liek area, dashign and swerving past trees, upon reaching the end they all gazed at the distance, a smoothly cut meadow of grass followed by a large dome like structure with several buildings around it and a large gate, the terrains around the academy were all different, to the far west was desert, to the far east was ice, to the far north was a rought terrain environment. Hakuro looked at the acadmey for a second, maintaining his emotionless smile as the 4 then dashed for the acadmey.

Lance ran and ran. Then suddenly stopped. "Hey....why am i running to this place....I'm not necessarily in a rush." He looked at the Academy and put his hands in his pockets. "Now where do i need to go? They didn't even tell us where to go sooooo..........." Lance bit his lower lip and sighed. "This looks like a nice academy....But how are we supposed to get in with this gate in our damn way!?" He saw some women in bikinis in the desert section of the academy, chilling out in an oasis. "Oh....i'm getting over this fence for sure now." He jumped and was lifted by electromagnetic currents above the gate and dropped rapidly back to Earth. "Oooooh LADIES!" he said running towards them.

If anybody saw Vayne he was obviously pissed as he always was. The reason he was pissed was for, as always, everything. Sent to a school, had to run all the way to where he was now, and everybody looked like a d*** to him. Especially the guy who went ahead yelling ladies with a long [i]ooo[/i] before it. Obviously the guy was some sort of pervert. Admitingly he was a bit stupified by the use of powers. He'd never seen any except his own before. It didn't really hit him at first but it was an academy filled with people that hacve powers. He smiled knowing he'd have fun beating the s*** out of them. First thing was first though. He needed to get through that gate first. "Hey You Idiotic Bastards! Let Me In!" He touched a section of the gate and created a part and made a bat out of it. Vayne started bashing on the gate with the bat to stupid to notice that he just created a hole large enough for him to squeeze through.

Akria walked down the street he stops and looks at the large school off in the distance "It seems like this is going to be my school for a while" he starts walking again. He sees a group of people staring him down he passes them up not paying attention to them hey start following him. After a few blocks he stops and looks down an alleyway he smiles. He turns and walks down the alleyway he looks behind him "I guess they gave up" after walking some more he sees a guy standing infront of him. He lets on an evil grin and charges at the person.

[color=red]"I was wondering when you where going to show up" he breaks the attackers arms and stands over him "Where are your friend?". The attacker moves back he moves closer to him and stabs the attacker multiple times the leaves. "This was nothing but a waste of my time" he walks out of the alleyway and looks at the school "I see this is where we are going to be at now" he grins. After a few moments later he reaches the gate of the school "It seems like they don't want me in......oh well I'm going in anyways" his hands changes and he bends the bars and walks in [/color]

To Izaria everything was just passing her by, and she really couldn't care less. After being reunited with her family after so long, they wasted no time getting rid of her again. Not like it mattered to her because she didn't feel like she was living anymore. She was simply existing. The only thing that gave her a miniscule glimmer of reliefe was that there will be others like her. So maybe she wouldn't be treated as badly as before, and if she was lucky then no one would bother her at all!

She hoped that was the case because she wasn't exactly a people person. "I guess...This is it..." Her voice was soft, yet held no emotion in it, an was simply dull. Even to her own ears it sounded that way, and the vaccant expression on her face matched her sound. As she got closer the sound of banging grew louder and louder. With every crash she would wince, as memories of when she was hit would replay itself, however her face remaind as neutral as ever. Soon she stopped and the source of the banging was see. It was some kid banging against the school gate hollering to let him in, apparently unaware of the wole not far from him.

[i]Should I say something....[/i] She thought fidgeting with her hands, and making sre to stay a far distance from him. [i]He looks pretty angry....Maybe not....I hope they open the gate soon....I don't want to be seen...[/i] Thats when some other guy showed up and bent the bars apart. [i]I think I would rather be home....[/i]

Lance was suddenly punched in the face by one of the women. "OOOOOW! Gee...i just wanted to know..." he said sadly walking away. He then saw the rest of the kids just walked through the gate. He then saw a girl he hadn't seen when they all had been running. She seemed to just stand there and be alone. He walked up to her and studied her. She seemed shy, and he was used to shy women. "Uhm, hello. My name's Lance Dot. are you coming in anytime soon?" He asked her. "I can open the gates if needed. There seems to be a control panel right here. I could apply a little spark and *BOOM*, the gates will open." he smiled.

It took a while bfore Izaria realized that some guy was talking to her. She turned to look at him, for only a split second, before looking down not wanting to meet hs eyes. She hoped that if she ignored him then he would go away. However, he continued to wait for her to respond so she said, "Hi...And it would help. I-if you opened the gates I mean." She said in her monotone voice. [i]Please don't talk to me afer this....Why are ther so many men here? I think I'm going to be sick. [/i] She thought as she continously looked over her shoulder, and fiddled her fingers obviously paranoid by her unfamiliar surrounding. "And i'm Izaria Mortrice...But im used to being called Izzy..."

Lance smiled at put his index fingers together making a small spark. He took the spark on his finger and shoved it into the control panel. The control panel started to spark and explode. The gate opened with a swing. "It's very nice to meet you Izzy." he said. He walked away hoping that she would come in soon. Who knows where they were and what kind of things were hiding away in these forests. "Well, if it's okay with you, we could walk to the school together? That is, if you want to." he said. He couldn't find his best friend anywhere at the moment.

Bashing on the gate was tuckering him out. He wasn't even making a dent in it. "Stupid gate. How come those bastards haven't open it yet? If I see them I'll beat the s*** out of them. They'll be on the floor with a bloody nose crying for there mom..." He grew silent for a second. He swung at the gate at the gate again with all his strength but to no avail. Of course that wasn't the point for this swing. He just wanted to let out some anger. He leaned against the gate letting his bat fall to the floor with a thud. "Damn bastard. I wish I could have kicked his a** before being sent to this craphole." He looked back at the school and for this time actually looking at it. "A school's a school. They're all craphole and this is just one for freaks." When the gate swung open he was of course surprised. Vayne hit the ground with a thud. "Ow! Who the h*** was the bastard who did that?" He sat up and grabbed his head. "I'll kick whosever a** that was!"

Izzy watched hidden awe when Lance used his powers to open the gate, which in result caused the boy from earlier to fall forward on onto his face. Izzy quicklywalked forward inching carefully around, and as far as possible, from the angry boy on the ground. "I guess we could...." She said to Lance still looking around and over her shoulder as if expecting someone to show up in any second. "You go first." There was no way she was walking next to this guy. She needed to see him and make sure he wouldn't do anything. In her mind she knew that he probably had good intentions but Izzy was simply to untrusting. That and the still fuming boy behind her was putting her on edge.

Lance laughed as one of the students fell onto his face. He quickly put his hand over his mouth after he got up. He nodded at Izzy and walked forward waiting for her to catch up. "That was pretty funny huh? So far this 'school year' has been pretty awesome...except me getting punched in the face by those girls over there...that was slightly not as awesome." He rubbed the cheek that was still red. He could tell this girl had serious trust issues, and that the guy behind them had serious anger issues. Anyway he continued to walk. "Well what do you want to talk about. And furthermore, where do you want to go? I have no clue where i'm going."

Vayne stood back up. The back of his head was still sore though there didn't seem to be any blood. He looked around to see the only two people who were around were not walking away as if they were trying to get away from him. He picked up the bat and threw it infront of the two. "It was one of you two wasn't it?!" He touched the ground and made a mace. "I'm going to f**ing slaughter you gu-" Just then he felt some blood gush out of his head. Vayne pressed the palm of his hand onto the back of his head and then brought it in front of his eyes." Oh S**! Blood! Y-You Guys Get Off The Hook This Time!" He ran into the school with his hand pressed onto the wound looking for nurse.

Izzy was following Lance simply listening to what he was saying gagueing his every movement. It wasn't until he was finish talking did the angry guy shout at them and threw a bat. Izzy instantly froze, and turned to look over her shoulder. On the surface she kept an impassive face as she observed the guys temper, while inside of her fear was rising. [i]No! I can't lose control![/i] Izzy yelled in her mind desperatly trying to control her rising emotion. For a split second the fear surfaced and her right hand ignighted into flames, but it was gone in the next second. Both her fear and her flames. However, she continued staring inthe same spot and standing perfectly still. Seconds ticked by before she faced Lance again, her face back to normal.

Lance was kind of hoping for an answer to his question. "So i guess you don't know this place very well either? That's understandable...i mean, we all came here together. But why? Why does society want to just segregate us?" Lance scratched his chin in question. He wasn't even phased by the bat hitting the ground. But he could sure sense that Izzy was. Her magnetic field shifted and he could feel her fear. *God these powers make me shake...* he thought to himself. He looked at Izzy who's hand suddenly combusted. *Huh....that was weird...* he thought again. When she turned around, and the kid ran away with blood in his hands, he shrugged and started walking again.

Hakuro and the other 3 with him known as Kira, Tyson and Mono all continued to dash towards the acadmey, upon arriving they notcied a few students in the area with the gate broken. Hakuro remained with his emotionless smile as the gate began rebuilding itself and becoming its once image.

"Hmph, thats nifty." Kira stated as he jumped the gate followed by Tyson and Mono. "Pice of cake!" suddenly the gorund began shaking. Hakuro began thinking, the ground under himw asnt shaking, could it have been because he didnt jump the gate. he then noticed all the students being briought back to the front.

"That's an interesting ability." Hakuro thought to himself

[b]Suddenly the ground under the students , even the ones in the school began shaking, suddenly big portions of the ground below the students sprung up forming ground solid bars like a prison catching the students inside the small cage and taking them to behind the front gate. Once all the students arrived at the front gate the cages dissolved into the ground.

"So looks like this year we have some eager students!" Came the loud deep voice of a man waklking outwide the academy door followed by 6 individuals behind him, the channcelior and the 6 teacehrs they were, noticably there were almost 100 students behind the gate, one could also see the channcellor, a big bald man wearing a large white coat had his feet implanted into the ground, they then were loosened and he walked down the front steps.

"Now then! I Shall begin the Introduction!"[/b]

Lance was shocked as he was suddenly, and mysteriously flung behind the gate. "What the hell?!!!" He looked for Izzy among the many student's. This wasn't good. Lance was afraid that Izzy would get frightened being so close to so many people that she had never seen before. He then saw others walking out of the main building. He yelled at the top of his lungs, "Hey, what's the big idea. You're trying to keep us out, and they are forcing us in! What's your problem!!!" A flash of heat lightning appeared in a white cloud...though no one could see it. Lance's emotions also affected his powers, but he didn't even notice.

Vayne had somehow to randomly run in direction as to where he found the nurse and got a bandage when the bars came up. Of course his first reaction is to punch the bars. Though that only managed to hurt his own fists and of course ignoring the fact that he might be able to make a hole. "Why the h*** is everything here indestructable?" Being brought to the back pissed him off even more so. "You Bastard! Why the h*** did I have to be dragged here!" Although Vayne was loud he was to faer into the back and his voice was muffled in the chatter of the other students. butl aot of them told him to hush which pissed him off but he might as well listen to the guy. He didn't want to get sent anywhere worse already. The place also seemed to ooze with the chance of a fight so if he can control himself right now then maybe he'll get some action.

Hakuro turned to the boy known as lance Dot who was next to him on his left. With his emotionless light smile Hakuro stated.

"maybe it'd be best not to get frustrated with that man." Hakuro then chuckled,"I mean his your chancellor and the 6 behind him are all teachers." Hakuro continuing on with his smile he faced the front. "Oh my head" Kira stated rubbing his head as it was apparent that one of the bars struck him due to his height.

The channcelor recognised many people calling out to him. "Now , now I know that may have been a bit harsh. But if you are going to be in this academy then you need to adopt 1 important trait. Control. The gate is a rebuilding metal designed by one of our staff members here....Now for the introduction. We have alot of studentss this year, some of you have come here by choice, others forced, but fpor whatever reason you are here, you want tol know one important thing don't you? How to improve and grow both mentally and physically and supernaturally. Note this is an academy with some freedom but recognise that we are all 1, one with society and our own kind. We have all been gifted, not punished, recognise that, for I have a dream that one day we will be judged for the content of our character and not by that which makes us "different"

Now that that's out of the way all the new students will be divided into...hmm there are exactly 150 students here, so groups of 15. Then you will be following a particular teacher of your choice for...the "Test"! Don't worry, it won't be to much hardship, but I encourage you ll to give it your all!"

EDIT: The Chancellor then walked to the gate and opened it causing it all to brake down, 10 teachers began walking towards the front and assembling all the students into groups.

Lance didn't know what was going on. But he'd heard this speech before. He turned to the guy that talked to him previously. "I think he ripped that off of a Dr. Martin Luther King speech." Lance laughed a little bit. Then the teachers began putting people into groups. "I hope Izzy's fine wherever she is?" He hoped that they were grouped together. Her and his friend that he had yet not found. He must have gotten here earlier. "Though i do want to get better at everything i do.." Lance felt a current of electricity flow through him. That fiery guy was here...hopefully he wasn't going to start anything.

"What a dick. Like I care how I'm treated by others." He walked to the front gate. He couldn't care less about who he was with though no matter what he'd want to kick the s*** out of them. Although now probably isn't the right time. The test just screamed a** whooping time. He just leaned back against a nearby wall waiting for him to just be that extra guy that'd be forced in a random group of di**s or if lucky by himself and although that wasn't going to happen he clung to the idea. He wished he had his gang back. He may not hacve liked them but they were something familiar at least.

Hakuro waited with his group, all 3 of the others he was with were in it to. "Well then this should be fun" He stated with the same emotionless smile. Noticable their teacher in charge was actualyl the channcellor. "Now students." th chancellor began as he looked at his group. "Let us begin. Follow me inside. The chancellor then walked into the big academy and into a wooden floor room, the area was about 20x30 metres, it was large and had little window holes on the side walls, the channcelor stood int he middle of the room as the studentds lined up aboiut 10 metres in front of him and horizontally. Noticably a man wearing alot of padding stood next to the chancellor. "Now then!" The chanceelor began. "Lets begin. One at a time you will each walk forward name and show us your ability then us eit on my good freind herel." indicating to the man covered in the tough padding. "Don't worry he will be perfectly safe this is no ordinary padding, its of the highest density. Now then how about we start with....Vayne!" the chancellor then took a seat int he surroudnign grandstand and folded his arms.

Vayne walked up to the man while dragging his hand on the wall. "He doesn't get hurt huh? Well that's depressing. That won't stop me from kicking the s*** out of him. he brought his hand away from the wall and with it appeared a steel pole. "Well I never thought to much what it was although I don't think often. I guess I'm able to turn something into something else or something like that." He tried turning the pole into a bat but it just wouldn't work. "I guess I can't change what I already changed." It took half a minute of trying to change it to realize that. He started twirling the pole around. "Well f*** the thinking stuff. I'm more for a fight." He slammed the pole against the shoulder of the padded man and then jabbed him in the stomach. He dropped the pole and and touched the wall creating a long katana. "Time to get serious bi***!" He swung the blade to the side of the man though still not doing anything. He threw the blade over the man to the other side of the area that they were given. The katana dug into the ground with the blade facing the two. He crouched down and touched the ground to create a baseball bat. Then he charged at the man pushing him torwards the katana. When he was 4 feet from the katana he stepped to the side and brought his leg over the man. Vayne then swung his bat into the man's stomach. The padded man was tripped and his head fell onto the blade of the katana. Vayne then walked back over to his group where he previously stood but before he got there he said in the silence of the room and a demonic look on his face, "Now only if that padding wasn't there."

Izzy was not prepared for the cages suddenly erupting from the ground and pulling her back on the othr side of the gate. And she definantly wasn't ready for being clustered together by so many people she didn't know.This wasn't going good and instantly her paranoia took over and she began fidgeting and constantly looking around her. She tried her best to move to the back of the group, andas far away from so many people but it only caused her to become trapped. The paranoia and fear was steadily increasing andas it did her body temperature was sky rocketing. Luckily, before it got to back and her entire body combusted, they began movng and it snapped her back into reaity and Izzy was able to get a grip on her emotions. She waited until everyone had walked forward and then lingered in the back as far as she could with out getting in trouble. Once they got in the school they were to introuce themselves and then demonstrait their powers. She was relieved that she wasn't going first, and so she stayed at the back of the group. Somehow still able to see the violent demonstraition of...Vayne?

[color=red]Riyan looked around as he was caged up and pulled on the other side of the gate "wow that was some interesting s..." he listened to the chancellor talk getting annoyed with every word he said he then saw the large group of people "it seems like this school is going to be fun" he grins "I bet their might even be some strong fighters here.....It's fun to kill" he watched as Vayne demonstrated his power and in a violent way a large grin forms across his face "Brutally violent just the way i like it seems like me and him could get along pretty good" he looks around "But the other f.... looks boring just would be a waste of my time" waits for his time to go up. He shuffles around "D... what the f... if taking so long I wanna beat to f... out of something soon. He looks up D... why now?"[/color]

Akria looked around "W..what where am I?"he lowers his head "It must have been one of the other who brought me here I guess this is the school". he smiles "I guess it seems like this place could be fun~~I just hope the others don't cause trouble for me" he looks up front "I guess we are showing our powers to the school I'm glad that I'm back in control now they could cause al ot of damage mostly Riyan" he sighs.

Vayne went into the back next to Izzy. He was thinking about his own power. It was the first time he got some actual practice with it other than making picks to get out of jail cells and just be locked right back up before being sent to the s***hole as he called it. He couldn't care less about anybody else and he cared less when he wasn't the one getting to be violent. He noticed the girl that was next to him but either his stupidity or the hit on the head caused some memory loss. Since he just got to blow off some steam and get some actual practice using his power he was in an oddly good mood but the girl somehow just pissed him off. "Hey bi***. Do I know you?"
