No dont jump from building to building

Er, no. It's not because he doesn't have building jumping skills, it's because any exercise doesn't make you taller. Drinking milk on makes your bones healthier and stronger, not longer or bulkier. Stretching the spinal cord might help, since most people have a slight slouch which takes away about an inch or so. The only un-natural way to grow taller is to have an operation on your knees/body which involves screws, is unbelievably painful, and "costy." I know someone who took shots to grow but it was cancer related so I'm not entirely sure.

You should come visit fuji village. It's the most beautiful place in japan. Anyway thats me after training, everyday. So I'll be back with better ones.
