Engetsu
Card A seems pretty useful. It can destroy at least two cards on the field from being Synchro Summoned, which is always helpful. The other effect might be a bit Op'ed depending on the situation, but it doesn't seem like anything that's gamebreaking, so it's fine I suppose. It's also generic and doesn't have that annoying 2 non-Tuner monster requirement. This card has some OCG errors, but only minor ones, so it's not a big deal. Overall a nicely done card. Card B Has some OCG errors here and there, and it's effect is pretty Op'ed, seeing that when it destroys a monster, it gets a free Deck search for a monster and a SS bonus if it's Level 5 or lower, which could set up for more Synchro Summoning or maybe Tribute Fodder etc. The random non WIND part of the effect kinda hurts it's use, while at the same time, it doesn't really balance it much. Machines already have enough support that makes them quite overpowering. They don't need this card. Anyways my vote goes to Card A for being more balanced and useful IMO. FTW (For The Wynn)
Engetsu pretty much covered all my points, but I'll reiterate them. Card A is fairly useful overall and very versatile. It could be OP'd, but I think that is balanced out by the amount of cards that would be needed to Synchro Summon it. OCG looks good (when reading the card) and it seems fairly creative. Card B is also creative, but it is way too strong. Unless it's attacking Stardust Dragon, chances are the monster is going to be non-WIND attribute, so you'll be able to summon powerful machines easily and get easy field advantage and Tribute/Synchro fodder. That and there are some OCG errors, but it isn't too bad. I vote Card A.

Smashsquatch
The first one that voted for Card A shouldn't be counted cause it didn't give a good enough reason why it's better!
.Ash
The first one that voted for Card A shouldn't be counted cause it didn't give a good enough reason why it's better! If so, neither did the vote for Card B. YugiOWN said Card A was better for effect, but didn't explain why. jad2342 said Card B, but only because of OCG and didn't even point out where. FTW (For The Wynn)
Honestly, neither of those votes should be counted. They didn't go in depth enough and the one was basically a preference thing based on his own deck style. However, for Card A, I retract what I said about OCG errors. There are OCG errors in it as well. The ruling still stands though.
The Sleeping Dude
vote card b because its a good way to swarm machine monsters then you can continuously synchro summon monsters using the monsters summoned (e.g. in two turns you can SS AOJ Cyclone creator or Genex Controller and any Level 2 Machine type to bring AOJ Catastor or any Level 5 Synchro monster.) Guest ♪miura♪
I vote for card A because it's a good way to make a combination to make a strong direct attack to your opponent fairly.
