Denver Posted December 7, 2011 Report Share Posted December 7, 2011 Family Guy's take on Christmas was an excellent satire of some of the commercialism and corporate greed that's overtaken Christmas spirit. Christmas is my favorite holiday, but I'm sad when people dismiss it because of its mass commercialism and I'm sad that they need to think that at all when concerning a holiday that's supposed to center around giving and spending time with your loved ones. I mean I'm not that religious at all so it doesn't bother me . . . For me Christmas IS spending time with your family and good will towards everyone.
