Not saying Sakura couldn't be more useful, but she's definitely more so than Tenten.

After the battle with Sasori, Sakura has gotten so much more respect from me.
Although she is only a trainee of Tsunade's strength, it was still enough to kick around the Iron Sand.
Of course, she was controlled by Chiyo's puppet strings, but being able to repel those giant iron blocks with ease...
...If that's not strength, I don't know what is.

As for Tenten, I actually find her style rather interesting. Sure, elemental ninjutsu is more pure, but weapons and scrolls are a good alternative.

Btw, isn't this more of a discussion for the other club? :/

You see, Sakura is only healing wounds in the war, set up in her own little base with a few other medic ninjas, whereas the battle front has medic ninjas, too. Sakura has yet to be shown to heal anything that cannot be healed on the battlefront, only tending to those who need to be healed off of it because of the fact they were rendered unable to fight. She's adding nothing to the war effort against Madara, though what she is doing IS important- just not to the plot.

Also,
Weapons may be useless, but personally I think they add some spice to a battle.

If your argument's about who's more important to the plot, it's still Sakura.

1. HAHAHANO. Pre-Shippuden Sakura had an effect on Naruto, she NEVER really did ANYTHING to Sasuke, and Sai is the only arguable one, and he hardly even matters =/
2. But it's at least in the war, and actually ADDING TO THE PLOT, while she's healing the useless Ninjas, which is a good thing, but not for the plot.

Can't we all agree that the man who started this entire thing is the best character out there?

I mean really the ONLY time I can remember Tobi being even remotely pulled away from "absolute criminal mastermind" is when Kabuto showed him that he had Madara's real body. Which I mean . . . Kabuto is a genius by the way so that is still saying a lot.
