"You jerks are starting a tournament when I don't have my decks. They should still be waiting in the solitary confinement holding room. Do you mind if I go in and grab them?"

Or at least, he had PLANED to say that. Before he finished, however, some strange woman ran past him, disregarding him and almost knocking him over, and disregarding the guard. Casimer almost mocked himself for still being a Prince of the Tops, due to the fact his first thought was "How rude!".

He, instead of complaining, stood there, dumbfounded, hoping in the next few moments Dark Valkyria would show up to make things extra stupid.

"Casimer!!" She cried out happily. She was too far away to actually take form, but he turned to the direction of her voice anyway. Soon, she came into veiw, excitedly bouncing. "Okay, Okay, Okay! I found a woman who knows how to get past the locks! She's sleeping in her cell right now!"

Lo' and Behold!

Casimer stared at Dark Valkyria blankly for a moment, then turned to observe the woman more. Maybe she would realize soon enough Casimer wasn't allowed in the women's cell block. It seemed in her character to remember these sorts of things after their relevance was wasted. He was usually amazingly lucky, so much to the point he could actually depend on luck at most times, but right now...was not one of those times.

D almost laughed at what the Ghost whispered to him, as was feeling a familiar sense from the crowd below too. D was not acting, he just felt comfortable here, because he knew nothing would happen to him. Of course, it seemed like not everyone got the same idea. Before the Warden could continue, D grabbed the microphone out of his hands again.

"I know what you all might be thinking." D started, "'How could the inafamous crime god be captured and sent to Mass Eclipse?' Well, it's pretty simple. It's a mixture of blackmail and turning myself in."

The Warden didn't look like he was very happy with D announce how he was sent to Eclipse, after all, it could expose what really happened. He tried to take the microphone from the man, but D just shifted his entire arm around his neck almost in a chokehold.

"Don't worry Warden, I won't expose too much of you guy's operation." D smirked shoving the Warden away, as the Eclipse officers started to approach him, "Y'see, these men forced me to turn myself in, because they themselves couldn't locate me. It was a very underhanded move to use what they used as blackmail against someone, you probably wouldn't understand unless it was you."

But D could talk anymore, the officers had already grabbed his arms and held him still, but D didn't fight back, he knew he wasn't in a very good position to take out the guards anyway. And with a wink to the Ghost he was lead out of the balcony with some of the guards. The Warden thankfully picked up his microphone and started from where he left off.

"Anyway," he said, "I'll start listing the first round competitors..."

Ivan thought that it would be better if he wasn't there when D arrived anyway, the man never liked him. But Ivan started feeling an old sense that was almost long forgoten to him, which was why he was in the Solitary Block. He felt the presence of a Duel Spirit.

"... How... Odd." he gasped, the feeling was very interesting and almost dizzying, "It's getting stronger though... But how can a Duel Spirit be in Mass Eclipse? I wouldn't think that they would be here, even if all the prisoners dueled..."

Feraku looked at The boy and saw a purple glimmer of light nearby, then turns into a man and Glares at him and says "What the hell are you looking at!?" She was more mesmerized about the glimmer of light than focussing on speaking to the boy, she saw a small figure inside, she glared at it with Malicious intent "I see your god damn pixie little boy!" she yelled as she glared at the boy with her red eyes, it even put pressure on the guard, causing him to run....

"...." Casimer said, with the utmost sincerity and passion. Truly, he could think of no better expression than the one he used to describe his feelings, and relay them to the people before him, the guard and the not-a-woman. His eloquence when saying what he needed to say was only matched by his confusion at a woman almost knocking him over, then turning into a man in front of him. Truly, there could be no better response to the situation than to stand there and stare blankly with his mouth hanging.

"Hey~~~~!" Dark Valkyria pouted. "I'm not a pixie!" Said the human-sized Dark Valkyria. Comparatively, she looked larger than a person most of the time, due to her armor and wings. She leaned over and whispered to Casimer, "I think she's blind; she thinks I'm a Sunny Pixie; Eww."

Casimer sighed. Certainly this situation was a blessing. After all, now the guard was gone. Maybe there was just some sort of poison gas in the air. Of course: The guard had activated a switch when he saw Casimer and the other woman approaching. Right now, he was hallucinating because the poison was making him not think clearly, so he'd be easier to subdue. Soon enough, he'd pass out, and the guard who fled to escape the gas would return and scoop him and the woman up. This meant Casimer didn't have much time!

Casimer Started spiriting, avoiding the not-a-woman by a wide amount as to compensate for any miscalculations due to the hallucinogenics. He needed to get to the room, just outside the solitary confinement area, where the decks of the people being held were kept. It wasn't a hidden door, since it had a key pad for its lock. That would be a Challange, but maybe Dark Valkyria could find the code somewhere.

"Sorry miss! No time to play!" Casimer said as he passed.

"Bye, blind lady!" Dark Valkyria followed Casimer as he ran past, waving to the not-a-woman.

After all the kerfuffle that unraveled on the stage, Olivia had a small smile on her face. It was far too theatrical to be taken seriously. The reveal on the prize, however, was something altogether different. Freedom was a pretty big thing, but was was even more curious for Olivia was the lack of mentioning failure. She still believed that there must be some pretty high stakes in the tournament, especially when the prize is so large.

As she waited for her opponent to be revealed, she gave the so called "Mafia Crime God" a once-over. To be honest, she had absolutely no idea who he was. That was mostly due to the fact that he's American and partly because she never really kept up with any news. He didn't seem all that impressive though. He was taking this far too lightly. Olivia wondered if he had been informed of the Duel Token rule. Perhaps he was exempt from this. Either way, it wouldn't really matter. A tournament is a tournament and should anything happen to her, Lan was only a call away. Together, they should be enough to get the both of them out of this hellhole.

Before the Warden could continue, D grabbed the microphone, "I know what you all might be thinking . . . how could the inafamous crime god be captured and sent to 'Mass Eclipse'? Well, it's pretty simple. It's a mixture of blackmail and turning myself in."

From Lanz's point of view he could easily see the Warden didn't look like he was happy with what D announced. Lanz would guess that there might be more to how D arrived here, no man at the top would simply surrender himself to the authorities after killing so many of them. After an exchange of words D smirked, shoving the Warden away, as the Eclipse officers started to approach him, "Y'see, these men forced me to turn myself in! Because they themselves couldn't locate me . . . it was a very underhanded move to use, what they used as blackmail against someone, you probably wouldn't understand unless it was you-"

But before D was able to finish speaking the officers had grabbed him by the arms and lead out of the balcony, winking at Lanz as he went by. The Warden thankfully picked up his microphone and started from where he left off, "Anyway," he said, "I'll start listing the first round competitors . . ."

"Fatman if I may," Lanz said offering his hand out for the microphone, appearing he wanted to say a few words. The Warden looked back and forth from the microphone to the 'Ghost's' hand and eventually handed it over. With a grin he turned to the crowd before suddenly spinning around, knocking the Warden hard with the device and let it fall to the floor causing the speakers to screech out. Stepping back until he had no more room to move Lanz began laughing as the prisioners cheered, he had, of course, just become the only person to escape Mass Eclipse AND strike the Warden, "That my dear fatman was for everything you have put me through since I came here unjustly! As for any punishment for striking out against you . . ."

"I think I'll have to pass, but I will certainly enjoy this tournament to it's fullest," he finished watching the guards come back out to capture him.

<OOC: I hope that didn't just make Lanz a target *thinks* Meh . . . oh well then ^^ >

Nos Feraku Wasn't affected by the gas, hell, She did not even notice it until the boy acted much much more strangely, he ran past her looking for something, she kept up easily, the gas not affecting her. She cackled "Looking for Something, little boy! I know these halls!" she then turned back into her normal form, Glaring at the boy "And tell that damn pixie that i'm not f*cking Blind, otherwise i'll take you back to my cell... and 'play' with you!"...

As soon as the Warden was struck, a couple dozen red dots appeared on Lanz's chest and a split second later he was shot a multiple times with some mysterious rounds. They weren't bullets or knockout darts, but they had enough impact to made Lanz tumble backwards unconscious. The crowd went from a 'hurrah!' to a semi-panic and a quiet hush.

As the Warden got up, he touched the side of his head and saw a little blood from where he had been hit. He didn't look to happy about it either. He kicked the unconscious Lanz before snatching the mic from off the ground.

"This is what happens after I allow you to enter my tournament? After all the d*mn things you did?" the Warden growled, "I'll make sure you'll be eaten alive by people worse than you, you're-"

But before anything could get any more out of hand, a loud and strong voice boomed through the Mess Hall which made everyone freeze in their tracks.

"Stop." the giant screen next to balcony revealed the man's face, it was the Celestial Impetus leader himself, he was clearly and visibly angry, "I allowed you to have a tournamet Head Warden Turner, you promised that it would be as decent and humane as possible. But now I see that you are incapable of this, and that some of these prisoners do not deserve the freedom that I am allowing the winner of the tournament. You turn this tournament into a wild zoo for the whole world to see! If you all cannot have a simple tournament with wacking or killing each other then I will not grant anyone's freedom."

The Duel Spirit was closer now, which made Ivan rather excited, or rather jittery. As he was passing the different and long rows of cells, he spotted a man, no, a boy and two women practically spriting away from some knockout gas that had been set off. But the one woman next to the kid wasn't dressed normaly, and she was floating in mid air! Ivan knew right then he had found the Duel Spirit, and with a closer look it was none other than Dark Valkyria.

"Excuse me!!" Ivan called to the boy and Duel Spirit while walking at a steady pace towards them, he didn't want to startle them into running away from him either, "I'm not going to arrest you or anything, I just need to talk to you! A-About the Duel Spirit I mean!"

Nos Feraku Glared at Ivan with a very mean and somewhat psychotic look, it showed that if anything offensive was done directed towards her or the kid, it would end really badly, but he didn't appear to have any offensive motive towards her. a closer look at the person and she had recognized him, she broke off in an insane laughter that litterly had her floored, "well well well Mr. Crappy Copper, can catch some, yet not hold any at all... but alas, I can tell that this little boy is looking for something, Maybe help him perhaps? who knows!?"....

Lanz had been expecting them to try and tackle him, physically subdue him, and drag him away. He had been planning ahead for that and developed a mini tazer that'd allow him to escape their grasps when they laid a hand on him. However he did not plan on being struck multipule times with something from afar. He was unconcious before he ever hit the ground and remained that way until the fatman kicked him in the side, yelling at him as he did. Though awake he decided to 'play possum' until the Celestial Impetus leader himself appeared on the vidscreen and began speaking quite angerly.

"Heh . . . an eye for an eye, eh? Guess we're shorta even then fatman . . . though it sounds like your boss is a wee bit peeved at you," Lanz said standing back up and brushing his side, testing how bad he had been kicked, discovering it wasn't bad enough that it'd impeed anything, and looked at the Warden with a chargin grin. Calmly walking over to his Duel Runner he mounted it, revved the engine to wake the lovely lady back up, and waited to see if there was any response; in the back of his mind he was waiting to see if they shot at him again.

OOC: There's no Knockout Gas. That's something Casimer made up to rationalize Nos turning into a man in front of him. ;)

"Why are you threatening me for what She said?!" Casimer complained while sprinting. He knew the halls well enough too, since he'd been here once or twice.

"I think she likes you, Casimer! It sounds like she's coming on to you!" Dark Valkyria giggled. She was enjoying the panic of his situation, whether caused by others or his own stress, it was fun to watch him struggle.

"Quit trying to get me killed, Echo!" Casimer snapped.
"Excuse me!!" Ivan called to the boy and Duel Spirit while walking at a steady pace towards them, he didn't want to startle them into running away from him either, "I'm not going to arrest you or anything, I just need to talk to you! A-About the Duel Spirit I mean!"
"Hey! Casimer! He can see me too!" Dark Valkyria lit up with excitement. "We should stop and talk to them! Its been a long time since I talked to other people!"

This situation was too ridiculous. Was the guard a hallucination too? Casimer and Dark Valkyria had only met one other person in the entire prison who could see duel spirits. Now there were suddenly two more? Of course, Dark Valkyria saw them too, and since she wasn't exactly real, she wouldn't be affected by any gas or bullets or what have you. Casimer came to a screeching halt and turned around, making sure he had a good distance from the not-a-woman.

"Okay, first thing's first, As Gentlemen and a Lady (I think...), Introductions are in order. Let's make it quick, since I'm pressed for time: I'm Casimer. Your turn..." Casimer looked to Ivan. "Since you can both see her, This is Echo." He motioned to the Dark valkyria over his shoulder. She seemed to get even happier at the mention of her name, although it was a warmer, more pleasant happiness, as opposed to the jovial, excitement from before.

(> Feraku's capable of turning into a man or even into any kind of Animal or half Animal <)

Nos Feraku was introduced to by the boy, and learned his name was Casimer, knowing her manners, She said "My name is Nos Feraku, Really Nice to meet you and your Pixie..." she sighs, maybe she should explain why she keeps callling Echo a Pixie, but after introducing herself, she kept an eye on Ivan, she had a bad feeling about him, if he was going to arrest her, she wasn't going to come easily, she would rather help someone else.....

When Lanz got on his D-Wheel, a couple more red dots appeared both on him and his vehicle. But before anything was fired, Astral spoke again.

"Hold your fire." he ordered, he was still as visibly angry as before, "Lanz Daren. If you have any respect, you'll stay here and not run away like a whipped dog. You've just struck the Warden of Mass Eclipse, I'm going to have to place you under arrest for now. If you do attempt to flee, you will be shot on sight, and I wouldn't try my luck against Eclipse's snipers."

The Warden started to get a nasty grin hearing about Lanz, but it soon faded as Astral picked up on his amusement.

"Warden Turner, you can expect a personal visit to my office soon, where we will be discussing your position. You're actions do not represent what the Celestial Impetus stands for, and you will be punished for that." Astral then focused his attention on the prisoners, "Is there anymore fighting or indecencies that any of you would like to show or do now? Can I trust that you can behave like human beings and not ignorant school children?"

"Oh, right! Right!" Ivan said bowing forcefully, then inhaled, "I am Ivan Freeman, Mass Eclipse Officer #329, Head of the Incoming Prisoners Escort or IPE."

He didn't pay much attention to what the other woman said her name was, because he was too focused on the Duel Spirit in front of him. Ivan whipped out a magnifying glass and observed the three of them, but mostly Dark Valkyria.

"I see! I see! I. See!" he gasped, "Aha! You two have escaped from your solitary prison cells!"

But before either of them could get into any panic of him possibly arresting them, he turned to Casimer with grin.

"I wouldn't arrest you... again I mean." Ivan trailed of slipping his magnifying glass inside his jacket, "Especially since you have Duel Spirit."

Lan heard what Astral said about this and he sighed. He looked up at Astral and then said to himself,"I can't believe I'm about to say this..." Then he cleared his throat and said,"I'm speaking for myself on this one, Mr. Astral! I was sent here because of some back stabbing friend, and no matter what...I'll win this tournament and prove to everyone, that I really don't belong here!" He then quickly glanced at Olivia and smiled. "So I'll say this, you can believe me...I'll follow the rules of this tournament, no matter what!!!" He then took a deep breath from saying this and then looked back at Astral, hoping to get a good reaction.

Huh? Casimer looked at the man, Ivan for a moment in confusion.

"Sure is stupid, huh, Casimer?" Dark Valkyria observed what Casimer noticed.

Casimer frowned at Dark Valkyria. "Don't be rude, Now than, Mr. Ivan, I'd like to ask you something. If we somehow 'escaped' from solitary confinement, why would we be running toward it?" Casimer turned his back on Ivan and Nos. "If you'll excuse me, I have to get my decks before the tournament starts." Casimer cantered toward the deck holding area.

"Bye Blind Not-a-Woman and Idiot-Man!" Dark Valkyria waved to the duo cheerfully, showing off her social grace, and then followed Casimer.

Casimer really hoped the two of them didn't follow him. The guardsman wasn't too bad, but his interest in Dark Valkyria was awkward. He pulled out a magnifying glass to look at her, after all. Casimer was half surprised Dark Valkyria didn't make some comment about him looking at her perversely. The lady-thing, Nos Feraku she called herself, looked like nothing more than a reckless liability. Casimer was trying his hardest Not to get shot on sight, and she seemed least likely to see that goal through.

Nos Feraku was then pissed off, but she almost forgot, she also needed her decks too, but very likely unlike Casimer, she knew where that room they were you looking for, she jumped in the air and flew far in front of Casimer and reached the Solitary Confinement Holding room in seconds, and what she did next was extraordinary, as she flew, She turned into a playing card and flew under the door.....

When Lanz hit the ground he heard Astral addressing him in quite an unflattering manner, going so far as to call him a 'whipped dog' and the likes. Skidding to a stop he remained within the immediate area of his landing and looked back at the vidscreen with a murderous scowl, "What makes you think I'm running anywhere?! Had I not already stated I am staying for the tournament? Or . . . are all those years burrying your nose in asses to get where you are making it so you can only hear the own sh*t coming out of your mouth?"

The crowd grew silent, some people moving away from Lanz fully expecting him to be gunned down at that moment, but Lanz never moved. They could hit him when he was off his Duel Runner but on it they'd have an extremely hard time; not to mention he already devised a way to counter it after being hit once. Keeping the engine going he watched the other officers heading towards him and raised his hand, making them stop for some odd reason, "And if you want to arrest me then do it after I have lost in the tournament. If it wasn't for this then you'd never have seen my face again, so why wait the fuss over waiting just a little bit longer, hmmm?"

Thinking for a minute Lanz cut his Duel Runner off and dismounted it and stood in front of the officers with his hands to his side. He wasn't sure how much farther he could pushthe leader of Mass Eclipse and decided to prove he wasn't going to run. Readying himself for the worst he ran through the contingencies he had planned out, making sure he'd give them hell before going down or bringing as many as he could with him.

As Lan made his voice heard and gave Olivia a small smile, she returned it. She couldn't honestly say that she knew what he was talking about but she at least knew he was a trustworthy person. Her mood changed, however, when 'Lanz' continued his little temper tantrum.

Letting out an exasperated sigh, she looked directly at the projection of Astral's face and yelled, clearly and audibly, "Could you just shoot him, sir? I mean, I'm not normally the one for putting bullets into brains, but I figured you were intelligent enough to do away with this mouthy prat. Then again, I should probably question the intelligence of a man who issues laser sights to snipers. Isn't the point of a sniper to be some invisible force of death from afar? If you're handing out laser sights, I'm pretty sure you've cut out that 'invisible' part. You also seem to have cut out the 'death' part as well with those stupid pellet things. Seriously, just look at this idiot, he isn't phased even after taking about 12 shots to the chest! Honestly, haven't you ever seen an action film before? Snipers are instantly avoided because they're always sticking the stupid laser on their gun and whenever someone is knocked temporarily unconscious, they're just going to be even more annoying to their enemies afterwards. Come on, sir! You're running a prison, you need to be a little... Er... Genre savvy."

Olivia had entered a bit of a rant and was getting some amused looks off of those nearby. Noticing this, she immediately went quiet with a small sheepish smile on her face. She probably shouldn't have said a few of those things. Insulting your captors never really helps. She should probably have paid some attention to the "some do not deserve freedom" part of Astral's speech.

Nera continued to watch the spectacle unfold before the crowd, including when Astral appeared on the screen and attempted to defuse the situation. This Lanz fellow was strong in his convictions, even though it did seem he felt like he was above the law. Sure, there were stupid laws, but being punished after attacking your warden is a pretty logical one in Nera's eyes.

Her train of thought was interrupted by a voice to her left. At first, she could not hear it clearly, but she could make out more of the message as the other prisoners around her quieted down. After all she was insulting Astral's intelligence... so the disgruntled prisoners would obvious want to pay attention. Of course, the content of the message seemed to anger some of them, in fact, she spotted Oscar from yesterday eyeing the mystery girl in a way that'd make most people uncomfortable. A few others thought it amusing, like some of the women that Nera was nearby.

Of course, anything that had a chance of inflating Lanz' ego was probably a bad thing, so Nera spoke up. "Well..." she began, making sure she got the attention of those nearby, especially Lanz. "It's probably for intimidation, you know? I mean, Mass Eclipse doesn't really gain anything by killing off its prisoners. But if they do, they won't use the snipers with the laser sights. After all, intimidation. All they have to do, is mix a few traditional snipers in the mix... and while the target dodges the lasers, the real snipers pick off the target when they least expect it."

She had no idea whether or not what she said was true, but it seemed to work, since she could feel the some of the other prisoners' eyes on her. She had a feeling the the place could erupt in a riot in any moment. She did her piece; she just had to hope that Astral would be able to regain control of the situation.

As someone else spoke up, Olivia quickly snapped towards the voice. After listening to what she had to say, Olivia didn't really think and when straight into another rant, slightly louder than before, "Oh don't get me wrong, I totally understand that the prison gains little from killing a prisoner, but, and I can't believe I'm saying this, I'm pretty sure something would be gained from killing this arrogant, mouthy, annoying, insolent idiot. Seriously," Olivia turned to face Lanz, this time with a look on her face that was a cross between smug and disgusted, "You are possibly one of the worst examples of human life in here. In fact, scratch that possibly part, you are most definitely the worst. Forget the possibly corrupt and occasionally violent personnel and the brutal rapists and murderers, you think you're some hardcore stuff for no real reason! All you've really done is be an annoying, cocky prat! What kind of idiot wouldn't be co-operative with a system such as this? You must have some majorly traumatising baggage if you're trying to defy authority this much. And what's with the 'Fatman' thing? That's just terrible, though in a verbal, audible ear rape kind of terrible as opposed to the mauling and brutalising innocent people kind of terrible. You act like a villain in a bad action movie! Grow up, and face reality. And if you want to play the part of the idiot villain so badly how about you go without a fight but spout something stupid from your mouth, not like it'll be a massive change from the norm. Now, officers, take him away!"

Olivia ending this massive dollop of angry rave with a melodramatic finger point complete with outstretched arm. She knew that the officers wouldn't do as she said but the dramatic humour and chance presented itself and it went well with the 'bad action movie' metaphor. Trying not to laugh, she kept a straight and serious face as she held her ground, noting more amused faces in the crowd.

Nera did not know what everyone else around was thinking, but she was getting scared. She felt Lanz would end up doing whatever he wants, regardless of any consequences. And if he is truly the so called 'Ghost of Mass Eclipse', then he'd have the capability to do so. And even with the threat of being shot down if he made any suspicious moves, his presence felt like a real threat to everyone's safety.

The other prisoners seemed to move away from the young blond woman as she made her speech, making it easy for Nera to move in and confront her. She made her way through the crowd and approached the woman, speaking quietly to her. "Hey, hey," she began, speaking low enough so only the other woman would hear. "You really think it's a good idea to rile up the lunatic like that?"

As the other woman whispered to her, Olivia didn't slacken her pose and remained with her hand outstretched. Thinking a little, she waited for a moment then whispered back, "I'll be honest, I'm just going with the moment. This guy's an idiot and ranting can come naturally to me, so I put the two together. Anyway, if he does do anything, he's going to be fired at and I wouldn't put it past anyone to smash up his Duel Runner. Hell, maybe I'll do it. It feels right at the moment."

After Olivia finished, she still kept her pose going and silently thought to herself that she probably did seem a little unstable. It didn't really matter though. It might even be a good thing. Or it could just lead to her being run over by a loony. Either way, she wouldn't back down. That would be even more embarrassing than the current situation.

Astral's expression got a little more calm now. Mostly because of want a young man said, then a young woman, followed by Nera. Hopefully, Lanz would get the message that Nera and this other girl were saying to him. Although the other girl was pushing her luck, practically asking to kill off Lanz. And at her ordering some Eclipse officers to take him away was first, practically comical.

"Enough ladies." he started gently, "I won't allow any killing, and as far as Eclipse's snipers, you'll have to talk to Head Warden Turner about that. Now, Lanz Daren, it seems like some other prisoners do not appreciate your actions or views."

Astral went silent for a moment and whispered something to a person who was off screen. He then turned his attention back to the prisoners. Suddenly all the vidbots that were watching the events of the beginning tournament left. Astral sighed deeply, his expression no longer angry, but serious.

"Before I allow this opening ceremony continue, and send for your arrest, tell me Lanz Daren... Why should I let you enter a tournament for freedom when you have acted like a madman, insulting not only me, but my fellow officers, 'escaping' Eclipse, and violating practically every rule that this prison has?"

Ivan was a mixture of being stunned, insulted, and confused at the same time. Even though Dark Valkyria just called him an idiot, he was still very intrigued by her. Ivan had to know how this boy was in possession of her, and if anyone else at Eclipse had Duel Spirits. But also, he felt a little jealous. He never had his own Duel Spirit, but Ivan was always able to communicate with them, however the random encounters have slimmed to nil. He had been studying them practically all of his life, and now it seemed like the only Duel Spirits around were the ones who had owners.

"Hey! Wait up!" Ivan yelled out, running after them, "Wait! Up!"

"Hey! She's the bird demon I saw!" Dark Valkyria said triumphantly, remembering Nos from her flights around the prison while Casimer was in Solitary.

"You mean you weren't making that up? What, is she some sort of Blackwing?" Casimer was dumbfounded. Things were particularly normal most the time. There there was some scary Not-A-Woman-Bird-Demon flying around and some Spirit-Obsessed officer after him. Things got too crazy too quick for Casimer to handle. Nos flew from casimer's sight as he ran toward the Holding area. It wasn't too far, and was around the next bend. He assumed that's where the insanely fast Nos went.

He looked over his shoulder at Ivan. "Keep up, I'm not going that fast!" Ivan didn't seem too hostile, so Casimer didn't mind him following. He might even have a key to the holding area. Speaking of keys, where was the guard who ran off earlier?

Dark Valkyria seemed to gracefully float through the air, as if weightless. Of course, as a spirit, she was, but the lack of her wings flapping added to the illusion. A pair of blackened steel wings didn't help much with flight. When she fought, they were more like shields and at the tips, blades. Before Casimer could make it to the corner, something annoying happened.

"My Lord!" Evocator appeared next to Casimer. "I must interject! Such villainy is below us! truly given the opportunity, the Armor Masters can show their worth in a tournament!"

"I still need my turbo deck at least, Evocator!" Casimer grumbled at him while running. While it was nice to know each of his soldiers on amore personal level most of the time, this was one of the times that Casimer wished he couldn't see the spirits in his cards.

He remembered the first day he put his deck together. Dark Valkyria sounded a roll call, and every single monster in his deck sounded off, except Freed. Most of them werre fairly quiet, and for that, Casimer was thankful. Dark Valkyria had warned that Fairies(like herself...), Fiends, and Beasts were very noisy. Spellcasters liked to sit around and study or contemplate, and Warriors cared only about battles. Casimer figured he'd have to deal with the least amount of noise if he went with Warriors, but Evocator and Dark Valkyria were sometimes loud enough for all three decks by themselves....

"M-More Duel Spirits?!" Ivan gasped, "Co... um... Cas... Casimer! How come you have more than one Duel Spirit? How did you obtain them? Why do you have them?-"

And so Ivan ensued in questioning Casimer about his Duel Spirits, he couldn't help himself, it was like a goldmine of research just waiting to be discovered. Although he had mentioned something about getting his deck back, maybe he had even more? Either way, Ivan couldn't wait to duel him.
