Club voters. Again. This is why the YCM rewards are as broken as Eurovision is, it's because stupid club newfags members always vote for other club members. Trio of DEF is okay, good by YCM fanfic standards and it is somewhat "original" so it does deserve votes, but these "club votes" are ridiculous and just like when all the Eastern European countries vote England to lose Eurovision out of some warped vendetta! At least when England always lose it's funny because Epic Sax Guy ends up coming 5th or whatever, but the sheer impetus of this block voting is highly irritating.

I dunno, maybe it's just that clubgoers are the most frequent goers in General and that's why they invade every event that takes place in them?

Maybe a forum/board announcement for the awards would bring more attention from the whole site rather than just General people?

Nah, I think people are voting for Trio of DEF because they're in the story.

 

I've read three chapters of Trio of DEF, and it is good by YCM standards, but it needs several improvements. But then again, what other fanfic is there to vote for besides Trio of DEF? Maybe Yugioh CD...

The fact we always finish near the bottom is probably more to do with our entries always being s***.

People should vote for me, because I might be a small star on YCM right now, but I will explode in 2011 into brilliant radiance.

 

I am going to keep on creating new cards, but more importantly, I am going to keep delving into new areas across the board and making my presence felt. Clubs, Fanfic, TCG, AoC, Role Play. My name will be everywhere, like it or not.

 

I have said that I will make an impression on this site, that I will make a difference here, and I garuntee that I will. Remember my name as a rising star now, because this time next year, I will be so much more than that.

 

Because if I'm going to be a star in the world of YCM, then I might as well be the sun!

Well, not all of the votes were from people in it.

But most of them were, yeah >.>

And I'll acknowledge that's probably why they're so into it <.<

Though I don't think my writing sucks so bad that that's the only reason they read.
