Please don't use attachments, especially since you could have just posted the image link yourself. Also, the card isn't an effect monster but has an effect... and it's obviously extremely overpowered. Not really a point to this card at all.

Technically it does, because it has no image, but I still don't think this should be anywhere but the joke card section.
