Kazuya then uses Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique sinking into the ground and then tunneling his way through it, the ground close to him having the properties of sand allowing him to move through it then popping up just behind batoru. "guess again" Kazuya said as he heard Batoru say about it being just him and the Hokage as Kazuya pulls out a kunai and slashes at the back of batoru's knee. "now just give up" Kazuya says as his other hand is still in the ground forming the hand sign for substitution jutsu incase Batoru was able to hit him quickly.

Batoru turned into a log. "Give up." a voice at Kazuya's side stated with a Kunai at his neck "I'd stop those Hand-Signs if I were you." Batoru stated, he drew his Kunai closer to Kazuya's neck "Clone Explosion: Restraining Oil." a voice from afar stated, another clone on the other side of Kazuya exploded into oil which covered Kazuya and stuck him to the ground. Another clone forced his eyes open from behind. Another Batoru walked up to him "Mangekyō Sharingan.... Tsukuyomi." he stated, attempting to catch Kazuya in the Genjutsu. The first Batoru that was fighting Naruto reappeared, ready to continue the fight.

as the kunai reaches Kazuyas throat he uses the Body Replacement Technique swapping places with one of his clones which was hit with the oil after wards as Kazuya uses Amaterasu on the batoru who was trying to use tsukuyomi on the clone who covered in the black oil unable to be seen was made of mud looked exactly like him after that. all the batoru clones nearby the mud clone were destroyed as Kazuya's Amaterasu washed over them the clone turning to mud and hitting the ground as Kazuya stopped the chakra flow to the clone, controlling his chakra easily he used then making handsigns and saying "Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide" changing the earth around him so that he was standing nearly right next to the Batoru near the hokage. "your not getting away that easily" Kazuya then says placing a tag on that Batoru's back before kicking them.

Batoru turned into yet another log. He quickly removed the tag and placed it on Kazuya's back "Chidori Blade." he stated, stabbing Kazuya in the back of his shoulder. "It's no use moving, right now the electricity is numbing your body due to your muscles growing stiff." Batoru explained, turning his attention back to the Hokage "Uzumaki Sensei. I will defeat you, right here and now." Batoru stated "Earth Style: Mud Stadium." he stated, walls of mud surrounded the two and hardened to an extent that was harder then diamond. The top sealed and Mud Lamps around them suddenly lit.

Kazuya turns to smoke as the blade hits him having been a shadow clone while the real Kazuya sits in a nearby tree watching the battle, having watched the entire battle bored of trying with clones now "[i]at this rate i can swarm him with clones and he wont be hit, I think I'll just stay here and watch the battle he says as he uses Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique becoming merged with the tree as he looks out with his head just at the edge of being inside the tree watching the battle from a distance while batoru made the mud stadium around the hokage.

"There's no changing your mind, is there Batoru?" Naruto asked. Batoru remained silent, he drew his Katana "Chidori Blade." Batoru stated "!!! Chidori?" Naruto stated, dodging the dangerous Katana. "Shadow Clone Jutsu." Naruto stated "Rasengan!" he yelled "I should have stopped you the day you let the village!" Naruto yelled. Batoru managed to dodge "I had no choice Uzumaki Sensei. Direct orders from the fifth before you became Hokage." Batoru explained "!!!" "My parents-" Batoru started, but suddenly stopped "Now's my chance..." Batoru stated "Earth Style: Mud Slide." Batoru stated, the mud arena once again becoming a liquid, once it slid down, Batoru immediately jumped towards the gate, right before Akarui buried Kamito "Ancient Seal: Jinchūriki Coffin." he stated, trapping Kamito in a coffin which sealed off his Chakra. "Hmph." he stated.

Timmy stood in the midle of the dessart surrounding his home. The sand storm raged, sending rocks and sand everywhere. He slowly rose his hands too the sky and clenched his fists. He concentrated deeply and the sand froze in mid-air. It wraped around itself and formed a giant ball in the sky. The ball began too shrink too about one fifth of its original size and hardened into a giant rock. The rock hit the ground and shook the area like an earthquake. Timmy grinned and patted some dirt from his clothes. The Anbu his parents hired too keep watch over him, was trembling in fear from the show of Timmy's great power. Timmy grinned widder and laughed at the grown man who was shaking all over.

Kazuya moved out of the tree onto the branch, then jumping down onto the ground making 5 shadow clones either side of him. "while you're fighting the old man I'll allow it, but putting the kid in a coffin, seriously" Kazuya says calmly as the shadow clones start making rasengans in both hands of the third one in each row, then running towards Batoru "Rasengan" both the ones yell as Rasengan they charged at batoru and pushed their hands forwards trying to hit him with their rasengans. Kazuya then starts making hand signs again before stopping "Earth Release: Earth Flow Divide" he says again disappearing off to the side inside the forest as the area becomes smaller, then jumping through the trees watching the coffin carefully. then making hand signs while jumping through the trees, nearby earth rising up as he uses Earth Release: Earth Dragon, the Dragon flying towards the coffin aiming to just hit the top of it breaking it open in the process. "Now why don't you leave the boy out of it and the real you fight without using the clones 1 on 1" Kazuya then says looking towards the Batoru near the coffin.

"Fire Style: Great Dragon Flame Jutsu." Batoru stated, eliminating all the clones and the dragon before it reached the coffin. "Very well." he stated "Shadow Clone Jutsu." he stated, a clone appeared, guarding the coffin. He drew his Katana from his sleeve "I was once a hero of the Hidden Leaf. This battle will end you." Batoru stated, awaiting Kazuya's first attack.

Akarui watched as his brother stopped all those attacks. He grew angrier and tempted to leave then and there "I'm not going to let Kamito surpass me." Akarui stated enraged.

Kazuya then jumps down from a tree making a single hand sign and using Earth Release: Earth Shaking Palm as he then quickly makes hand signs as pillars of rock rise up surrounding Batoru "Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison" Kazuya then says before making even more hand signs "I know you'll dodge this but it wont hurt to try, Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm!" he then says the ground around Batoru Spiraling into itself, if Batoru's body stayed on the ground it would be crushed by the rocks and killing or badly injuring him, Kazuya expecting Batoru to dodge it making more hand signs waiting for Batoru's dodge.

Timmy walked up too the man and offered a hand too help him up. The man reached for it and pulled himself up. "Are you okay? Lets head home before my parents get worried." Timmy said boldly with a the grin still stuck on his face. They walked through the dessert, witch was much more simple without the storm. Timmy was mid-step when the man decided too open his mouth and seal his fate. "Why did you pack that bag with so much stuff if we were only going too leave for a few hours?" The man mumbled, confused. Timmy shook his head slowly and he grinned much wider than before. He had a haunting look on his face. "You know... I could come up with and excuse like, [i]'I was just preparing for us, in case we got lost'[/i] or something... but I am going too have too kill you anyway..." Timmy held back his laughter and let the man speek his last words. "Wait! What? Kill me? You must be Jo-" Timmy twisted around and thrusted a sand spear through the man's chest. He fell back and coughed up blood. Timmy threw his hand forward and clenched it, the spear exploded into many little sand dots that bursted through the man, killing him instantly. Timmy began too laugh, his creepy, long awaited, victory laugh. "My parents are [i]true fools[/i]..."

"Fool." he stated "Hidden Jutsu: Reverse." he stated, doing the hand-signs, the spiral in the ground stopped, and the earth pillars sunk back into the ground. The spiral started spinning underneath Kazuya and the earth pillars rose around him. "Get out of my sight. Earth Style: Sealing Grave." he stated, a wall of earth rising around the pillars, trapping him inside. A roof of earth rose, completely sealing it off. "Summoning: Shrine of the Sharingan." he stated, the same shrine that he summoned during his battle against Jinan appeared. He jumped on the roof of it, prepared for anything.

Stuck inside a coffin that came seemingly out of no where was getting much more stressful then previously thought. Kamito began too feel weak and his chakra was being sucked out of him. The kyuubi was getting pissed. "[b]I won't let that idiot put an end too my game... it just started![/b]" The kyuubi roared from inside Kamito, it was loud enough too be heard from outside the coffin. In a few seconds the coffin was shattered and a giant glowing orange fox formed. It punted the clone near-by away with a paw and quickly shot a blast of pure blue chakra out of it's mouth. The blast was fired far away and no explosion or harm seemed to have come from it's fall. It was impossible too figure were the blast landed. The Kyuubi laughed as it slowly crumbled away. "[b]You may have won a battle, akautski... but you have started the war...[/b]" The kyuubi faded away with no trace of Kamito too be found.

Kazuya watched as his jutsu was reversed watching his surroundings calmly, the using Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique moving through the ground calmly out of the attacks range then popping up out of the ground and landing without a sound behind Batoru. "now I guess it's a good thing I've disposed of those foolish enough to attack me in this forest" he says then making hand signs and using Earth Release: Wheel of Fortune, the rock summoned behind him as he then uses Earth Release Resurrection Technique: Corpse Soil, "now time to watch the dead be brought back around you" Kazuya then says as many people quickly rise from the ground in the center of the canyon-rocks he summoned behind him then looking at Batoru. "That's a nice sword you have there.. I guess myn will do for that technique though" he says before unsheathing his Black Katana, then using Chidori blade as the sound of the chidori current moving into the blade is easily heard as Kazuya swings at batoru's back.

Batoru closed his eyes "Your blade, it does not have enough power." Batoru stated, the blade didn't even leave a mark, a metal clink could be heard "I'll show the true power of the Chidori Blade." Batoru stated, his Katana infused with the Chidori, he sliced at Kazuya's leg, not caring if he blocked it or not, he slid his Katana back into his sleeve "Secret Technique: Shadow Destruction." Batoru stated, doing many Hand-Signs in seconds, unseen by Kazuya, Batoru's shadow gained a sword and sliced through Kazuya's "This is a hidden Akautski technique, impossible to copy with Sharingan. It allows the user's shadow to attack the opponent's shadow, but it is just like the real thing." Batoru explained, he could see blood at Kazuya's stomach.

Kazuya blocked the sword from hitting his leg with his own then looking in surprise as he sees blood coming from his stomach, then his expression returned calm almost bored as he looked up at Batoru. "hehe.. at least your looking at me now" he says looking up into Batoru's eyes "Tsukuyomi" he then says as around Batoru the area turns a dark bluish-black, on a moonlit field, chains shooting out from apparently nowhere and grabbing Batoru around the neck, arms, waist and ankles holding him still as to more shoot out around his wrists, 2 of me appearing walking along the hill. "Since you do not have the same blood as the body I posses I guess this will be quite painful mentally, considering that I unlike many foolish uchiha's who use this have mastered it and can control not only the space and gravity inside but also the time" he says as the chains around Batoru turn black. "time to begin: he thn says as he pulls out a katana more of him jumping down from the trees within their Katana's out as they all close in on Batoru, stabbing at him for what seemed like 3 days before stopping and returning to the trees as the chain around Batoru's neck disappeared, "know this.. if you believe attacking me with your shadow is good enough think of how close it is and what my eternal Mangekyou can do" he then says before walking away the others coming back and stabbing at Batoru for what then seemed like 2 days before the genjutsu was canceled all of it only having happened within 3 or 4 seconds Kazuya then stumbling back slightly as he looks at Batoru waiting for them to collapse from what he did to them mentally as many of the Leaf who had annoyed or found him had.

"I am a master of Genjutsu." Batoru stated, not even phased by it. "I'll show you a true Genjutsu." Batoru stated, looking Kazuya in the eye "Tsukuyomi." he stated. The sky turned blueish, the sun disappeared and was replaced by a blood-red moon. A wooden table rose from the ground, attaching Kazuya to it by his legs, forearms, ankles, and wrists. Many more Batoru appeared, the first stabbed Kazuya "I'll keep cutting you like this for the next 72 hours." "(I'll make this Tsukuyomi even more devastating.)" Batoru thought as a clone emerged from the back of the table, placing Kazuya in an arm hold and gorged his left eye out. "Hmph." Batoru stated.

Kazuya watched as the tuskuyomi surrounded him as the table appeared strapping him to it, "a table with a blood-red moon.. doesn't really strike me as much of a scene" he says before the clones appeared under the table as his eye was gouged out. a scream of pain then started slowly turning into a laugh. "you think that i care how much you do to this body?.. in case you haven't noticed from me being angry one minute to calm in the next my mind is already partially unstable from switching from my old body to this one like you'll compromise me like this.." eh then says before he starts laughing wildly, "in fact keep going.. I'd like to see if you know how to torture a person properly" he says as the laughter stops his eyes going blank as if he was shut out then quickly looking around sounding like a person younger than he was his voice changed as his face did as well, "what.. what am i doing here?" he says looking like an 18 year old boy from the leaf another Uchiha for a couple seconds having let his soul resurface for a couple of seconds before turning back to normal. "you know that if you physically damage me it will only be this uchiha's body damaged not my" i then say suddenly sounding serious/calm. Kazuya then lays still as he awaits the next part of the torture in the tsukuyomi

Batoru was now enraged, he could not allow another Uchiha be used int such a way. "This I cannot allow." Batoru stated. "I'll destroy you from the inside out." Batoru once more stated "Double Soul Technique." Batoru stated releasing Kazuya from the Tsukuyomi, his eye returned, his hands moved insanely fast through the hand-signs. "This jutsu was created for the soul purpose of stopping the Living Corpse Reincarnation Also Known As to the Akautski and it's creator, the Immortality Jutsu. This jutsu splits the original and the host in two, back to their original forms." Batoru explained, his left hand took the form of a red Chidori, he rushed up to Kazuya, striking him in the stomach with the Double Soul Technique. "This jutsu in inescapable once struck with. If it was struck to a clone, the red electricity will spread through every body until finding the original. The problem is, it uses too much Chakra and can only be used once a day." Batoru explained.

Kazuya watched as Batoru rushed up towards him with a red Chidori, "hm.. by the sounds of it the technique could be trouble for me.. and even if you do release him he's wanted for the murder of his younger brother.. the young and overconfident.. acting before thinking so that they can get power. If he returns to the village now I expect he'll have quite a bit of trouble on his hands" Kazuya then states before being hit with the red chidori, being pushed out the back of the body, his 60 year old actual self landing nearby behind the boy. "now i suggest you run child.. this guy actually let you out" Kazuya then says before quickly making Hand signs "Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop" Kazuya then says as a hole opens in the sky above Batoru while the Uchiha runs into the forest trying to hide and figure out what was happening. Kazuya then continues making hand signs as the Mud opened so close to Batoru had had little to no chance of missing him, "Lightning Release: Sixteen Pillar Bind" he then says as Pillars shoot up from the ground and form into an oven-like shape. Kazuya then making 3 last Hand signs "Fire Release: Fired Pottery Technique" he says as fires light up inside the giant oven-like shape, hardening the mud from the heat hopefully trapping Batoru in the Mud while Kazuya stands outside of it watching it carefully. The young Uchiha still hiding amongst the trees looking around feeling exhausted and wondering what happened.

Batoru sat down in his prison. He used the last bit of Chakra he had to create a veil of water around him "Water Style: Water Protection Veil." he stated, using his last bit of Chakra with many hand-signs, he placed his hand in one more hand-sign and closed his eyes, he was slowly regaining his Chakra. He waited...

Akarui watched as Batoru used the vapor outside his knew prison to create a cloak of water that protected him. He regained his Chakra and was preparing for his final jutsu. Akarui saw it only once before. It was a typical thing for Batoru to do. He let himself get caught and regained his Chakra, he then used his ultimate jutsu. One he created himself.

Kazuya watched as the fire in the oven-like trap burned for a couple seconds before disappearing as the Pillar then went back into the ground around where the oven-like shape was before Kazuya noticed that Batoru was still standing there a veil of water around him. "hm.. I guess you seem quite well.. my old body won't be able to handle you for long so I guess I'm just gonna need to boost up a bit" he says before using Hydration technique his body turning to water as he then concentrates some of the moisture into his arms, re-solidifying as he used Water Release: Great Water Arm to increase his physical strength temporarily. Kazuya then jumps back standing right next to a tree before making hand signs quickly specific for the next Jutsu. "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death" Kazuya then says as the droplets of water from the previous Water Release Jutsu he had used in the younger boy's body started moving into the air and turning themselves into needle-like shapes staying in the air behind him while he waited for Batoru to get close enough for the needles to be able to surround them and hit him properly.

ooc: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death is a water release jutsu not ice release therefore not a kekkei genkei skill and able to have been copied..

Batoru had gained enough Chakra "Hmph, fool." Batoru stated "Fire Style: Flame Orb." Batoru stated, doing many hand-signs, he inhaled deeply, he then exhaled with supreme might, the flames created were shaped like an orb, easily evaporating the water and placing Kazuya in an orb of inescapable flames "Fool. Now you die." Batoru stated, the orb enclosed on him, while he was invisible, Batoru thought for a moment "I'm not here to fight a full-scale war. Tempting as it is, I must go." Batoru stated, disappearing from sight.

Akarui was enraged "Batoru..." he stated

Sasuke scanned the area with his Sharingan, when he spotted the flaming orb. "Well, that seems to be the guy who was battling Batoru..." he thought, disappearing. He reappeared in front of the orb. His Sharingan flashed as he called, "Water Style: Water Hydra!" An enormous, nine-headed water dragon materialized, shooting giant water bullets at it from nine directions. Sasuke approached the base of the dragon, stuck his hand in, and declared, "Chidori". The water hydra glowed blue for a minute and grew a rainbow-colored aura. It wrapped itself around the flame orb and constricted it, swirling around it. The orb burst into red shards, freeing Kazuya. Sasuke approached the stranger. "That jutsu looked pretty nasty..." he smiled as he withdrew his arm into his cloak.

Kazuya looked over at sasuke as the orb that trapped him was destroyed, "nasty?.. no just annoying after all he made me lose my body before he used it.." Kazuya says silently watching Sasuke as his arms return to normal. "Sorry if using another of our clan's body makes you hate me but.. with my old body I'm no longer able to exterminate that group Orochimaru was once part of.. after all this body is getting old.." Kazuya then says stepping back a couple of steps as if expecting the man to attack him right after he said that. "And judging by your looks.. you wouldn't happen to have been the boy who was there when the Massacre happened would you?" Kazuya asks while he waits for the man to either attack him or reply.

The young Uchiha boy stood in between a couple of trees near the edge of the area he was battling in as he watched the fire orb cover the man who was then freed from it by another person, sneaking closer to hear what they said he heard the one who he had trained under saying something about exterminating a group of people someone was part of, then asking the the other was there during some Massacre that he had never heard about. He stood there in silence as he watched the two men standing there afraid that one of them might try to kill him if he came out of the trees.
