Okay, so I'm bored to death, so I guess I'll host a contest for the newbies of this forum. I mean, this place is declining, so we need more active members, and I suppose you wouldn't quit for a long time after you get a big prize.

 

=Rules=

1. You have to be LV 2 or lower to join. Even if you become LV 6 by the time the contest finishes, that's okay by me. Just take care of your eyes.

2. There will be up to 8 contestants.

3. There is no entry fee. Points are pointless.

4. The topic title is genuine about the prizes.

5. Since I generally hate contests with 2 or more rounds, I'm just going to make it have 1 round.

Make a Realistic non-Normal Monster Card that isn't part of an Archetype, regardless of whether it exists or not. Its lore shouldn't include other specifically designated cards or Archetypes (Example: "Increase the ATK of 1 DARK monster on the field by 500" is OK, but "Increase the ATK of 1 "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" on the field by 500" or "Increase the ATK of 1 Volcanic Monster on the field by 500" are NG). It shouldn't be an ace card in a deck, but it should be a useful card in the concept, so it can be a bit overpowered, but it shouldn't be as rediculous as Makyura the Destructor. (Example: Doom Caliber Knight, Thunder King Rai-Oh, ect...) You must consider the current game meta and stuff to administrate its power (if you're not good at the game as the top people in locals, just forget this part). I will determine the card by its picture, effect, stats, and overall balance. OCG (Official Card Grammar) is ignored, unless you don't talk Ancient Egyptian. You must make its "Circulation" (the part that says "1st Edition" and stuff) say "Evangelion Contest", so you don't cheat. It must be creative to some point, not a copy of some existing card. It can be an Effect Monster, Synchro Monster, Fusion Monster, or a Ritual Monster.

 

 

6. Although no one ever makes one, the due date is December 20th.

[spoiler=LORE]If this face up attack position card would be destroyed in battle, you can flip it into face down defense position to negate the attacking monsters attack. When this face down defense position monster is destroyed, select 1 monster in your deck with 1000 DEF or less and set it on the field. Then, shuffle all set monsters on your side of the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand or Graveyard when a level 4 or lower WATER or Machine-Type monster you control is destroyed by battle. When this card is Special Summoned, end the current Battle Phase. Once per turn at the start of your Main Phase 1, you can downgrade the level of this card by up to 5 stars and Special Summon 1 WATER or Machine-type monster from your Deck whose level is equal to the amount of stars downgraded. This is treated as a Normal Summon. That monster's effect(s) are negated.

Lore: Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this monster on the field, you can equip it to a monster as an Equip Spell Card, OR change it back to a monster in face-up Attack Position. When equipped to a monster by this card's effect, that monster gains ATK equal to half the original ATK of an opponent's monster it is battling until the End Phase of that turn. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the monster that this card is equipped to is destroyed, this card is destroyed instead.)

You can remove from play this card in your Graveyard to negate the activation of an opponent's Spell or Trap card and remove it from play. While this card is removed from play you can remove from play 2 monsters in your Graveyard to return this card to your Graveyard.

If you tribute Summon this card, the tributes must be DARK monsters. During your opponents Battle Phase, you can remove 1 DARK monster from play to remove from play this card until the End Phase.

When this card destroys an opponents monster place 1 Demise Counter on this card (Max.3). This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Demise Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove 1 Demise Counter from this card to destroy 1 card on the field.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be affected by card effects while it is in the Graveyard or while removed from Play. You can reveal this card in your hand to negate the effect of 1 effect monster and return it to its owner's hand, this effect cannot be negated. If you do, you take damage equal to the ATK or DEF of the target monster whichever is highest. Remove this card from Play during the 3rd Standby Phase after this card was first revealed in your hand.
