Makο
XD I looked at the Lelouch-ish character for a minute, and, as it turns out, he has long, black, flowing hair.
~Shadow of Alpha~
Have you finished the series yet? Cause I posted an alternate ending that was made in manga, which was imo better than the original. Let's just say it ends with leouch having long, black, flowing hair ... :DDD
Makο
nowai I still need to finish. How many eps are in the season?
~Shadow of Alpha~
R1 = 25, R2 = 25.
Makο
I am about...6, 7, or 8 eps away from finishing <
~Shadow of Alpha~
Those are the most exciting episodes of the entire show, I'd pay attention so you don't miss anything^^ Are you watching dub -.- or sub :DD? Makο
I am watching the DUB!! I don't care what people say. That is some quality voice acting. Have you even given it a chance?
FTW (For The Wynn)
It isn't usually the voice actors that make people cringe from the dubs, it is what they leave out in the translations that make people angry.
Makο
Well, then I don't know what they might have left out, and I don't care. It is awesome either way.
~Shadow of Alpha~
.... [s]F**K YOU![/s] I'm sure it's fine either way, but I can't enjoy any anime in dubbed unless that was the original language, like FTW said, they leave out stuff. FTW (For The Wynn)
Indeed it is. Thankfully, 4Kids doesn't dub Code Geass. I'm fairly sure Funimation does. Funimation isn't the greatest, but it is infinitely better when compared to 4Kids.
Makο
Did you know that I have specifications when it comes to Mech Combat? As cool as those agile, humanoid mechs are, they aren't my style. Watch this video all the way through. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-TevkRmOn8&feature=player_embedded This is the type I prefer. Massive Sized mechs, Non-Humanoid figures, and not very Agile. Slow too. Its what I grew up around. Does anyone know of a good Mecha Anime that follows these specifications? Or game. I loved this game, but my disc was screwed up and the cut-off the online servers.
DL
Heavy mechs? Well Jinki-extend is a pretty good short anime... A Candidate for Goddess is a good heavy-mech manga. Also lol@demotivationalposters
Makο
Ok. This is also the style my Knightmare will be fighting in. Huge arse mech, big arse guns, slow movement. Although it can move very fast, as it has that Land propulsion thing.
Fusion X. Denver
I can't listen to Japanese Lelouch after hearing Jonny Young Bosche do it. I don't know if the Dub left anything out since it was rated MA and was on adult swim, but I consider the English voices better >.>
FTW (For The Wynn)
I've listened to both actually. There's a little more depth in the Japanese one, but I like the Dub for it. It's one of the few anime that has great dubbing.
DL
I've heard a bit of the Japanese one. For the end of R1, and a bit of R1 and R2. Lelouch sounds good, but Johnny Young Bosche's Lelouch is <33333333333333333333333333
~Shadow of Alpha~
You're all so misguided, I truly feel sorry for you ... jk.But seriously, Lelouch sounds so much more manly in jap.which btw, increases his epicness level.
Fusion X. Denver
That's the problem, he doesn't sound like a kid >.>
~Shadow of Alpha~
Compared to the jap. voice, he does.
Fusion X. Denver
I'm saying the Japanese voice doesn't sound like a kid. Which is weird. English voice sounds like his age and it's Johnny freaking Bosche. Just my opinion, but I like him better.
~Shadow of Alpha~
Well we all have our opinions^^
Makο
Fusion was saying that the jap. version makes him sound like an adult, which is out of character. He's like what, 17? Ninja'd
~Shadow of Alpha~
I get it, but he is pretty mature for his age, especially as Zero. So imo it doesn't matter, but like I sai, we've all got our own opinions^^
DL
I jizz in my pants every time Lelouch yells "Nunally."
