The Mega-Multiverse: An Ultimate Crossover [Started/Accepting via OoC]

It was just another fine day for Angelo Rainer and his trusted Pokemon Partner, Jolta the Jolteon.

"Boy," Jolta said, "Ordinary to many isn't ordinary to us. Patrolling, patrolling, why no mission?"
"Just a while, Jolta, my Styler's ringing," Angelo clicked his Capture Styler. "Hello? Professor Hastings? What? Mysterious Pokemon? But how? Pokemon living here also live in Unova, Kanto, Johto, Sinnoh and Hoenn! Oh well... I'm going..."

"What is it?" Jolta asked.
"New mission, we're heading South!" Angelo whistled and out of the blue, a three-headed creature of Darkness came. "Sazandora my friend, I need your help..." Jolta and Angelo mounted Sazandora and flew off....

Soon, the team were there. They were surprised to see a white chipmunk-like creature running around, stopping, then saying "Mother!", then continuing. Angelo, Sazandora, and Jolta approached the creature. "Don't be afraid. We are here to return you to your mother," Angelo said.
"He looks like he's pencil-drawn, eh big boy?" Jolta questioned.
"Sazan!(Totally!)" Sazandora's three heads nodded.

"Capture... ON!" Angelo wailed as a Capture Disc was released from his Capture Styler. It circled the creature, but it was too quick. "Hold on, let me analyse this creature.... "Attack... notsohigh. Defense... 22 loops... Speed... Level 4. When the speed's too high, there's one thing to do... Jolta!"

"You got it! Poke-assist, DISCHARGE!" Jolta stood and used a Discharge, in attempt to temporarily paralyse the creature. It did not do a thing, though. Everyone was shocked.

"But... how?" Angelo asked himself...

"Alexis is a Xweetok, he's the element of Earth..." a feminine voice hummed. the chipmunk-like beast ran to her. It turned out that she was just a pink-haired girl with purple eyes. "The name's Sealed Ragnarok. This is my Xweetok, Alexis. So, you're a Pokemon Ranger, huh?"

Another day in the Aperture Science Enrichment Center, and PORDaaS was baking a cake. She had a little bit of time before she had to attract someone to the building, and there was no way better to do that than the promise of cake. Or so she heard. She knew that a lot of people happened to like it. All the "challengers" had to do was to complete the evaluation and physical and they could receive their cake.

It's just that no one ever finished. The Enrichment Center was designed in such that in order to provide extra motivation, not meeting certain requirements resulted in an unsatifactory mark and summary execution. Those were the rules.

Maybe someone would come in without her coaxing today. There was tantalizing smell of cake wafting out.

[Jolta]

Ben Tennyson was experiencing a boring day. No missions to fulfil, he was wondering where all the villians went. "Huh?" Ben pondered upon a portal. He entered it and saw the Aperture Science Enrichment Center. "Huh? What's this? A test for cake? I'm not hungry, maybe later," Ben simply walked away, looking around. "Ultimatrix, any comment?"

Apparently, his Ultimatrix gained an ability throughout the year - talking. "Careful Tennyson, its dangerous. I can switch you back when you transform, except Alien X. Oh yes, if you're in trouble, I'll switch you to either Swampfire, Heatblast or NRG."

"Sounds like whoever owns this place is weak against fire, sounds pretty weak," Ben commented.

"So," Angelo said, "I've gotta thank you for sharing your 'Xweetok' with us Rangers. We could share it with the rest of the Pokemon World!"
"Sorry buddy," Sealed Ragnarok said as she winked, "Xweetoks are Neopets, not Pokemon. I'm afraid your mission is fruitless..."
"Nope, we've discovered Pokemon, now we've discovered the first Neopet we see! You're a great help!" Angelo complimented.
"Neo-pet? To find out about one, you've gotta talk to one! Hey Alexis!" Jolta exclaimed.
"Yup? What is it, Jolta," the Xweetok swayed his tail as he replied.

Angelo, Sazandora and Jolta were all shocked. "IT TALKS!"

Kishika looked around frantically, looking left and right, up and down. "Where is it!" She gasped. Bending down she rummaged through a bunch of flowers. Not fining what she seekef, she pulled a jewel rose from her belt. "You promised Power! You promised help! And I CAN'T find the Eternal Rose! You set me to this task, you MUST know where it is!" [color="#DDA0DD"]"Calm down Kish. I do indeed know where the Eternal Rose is. However, to tell you its whereabouts would send me to the end of the univere, from which I would never return. And without me, you're just a sad, weak teenager, aren't you Kish? No powers, no nothing. Just a weakling killed in a fading uni..."[/color] "Shut UP!" Kishika demanded. "I don't need reminding of this. I'm aware of the danger at hand. That's why I have you, after all." She turned away. "Ok, can you just give me a HINT on it's whereabouts. Surely THAT wouldn't send you to the end of the universe?" One of ruby petals flopped down, as if scowling. [color="#DDA0DD"]Uggh. Ok then. Head through one of those mysterious portals Kish. Through one of them, the Eternal Rose lays hidden. But be warned. Once you go through, you might never get back to Trin."[/color]Kishika, without hesitation, strode automatically through a nearby portal.

OoC: Sorry for not tellin' ya guys, but you can choose where you wanna go through the Portals.

"OK... so 'Neopets' can tak, huh?" Angelo pondered, "show me what else he can do..."
"Alright, now Alexis, Lightning Beam..." Sealed Ragnarok commanded her Xweetok. Alexis simply shot a bolt of lightning into the sky.
"Sorry, sounds like I've got a mission..." Angelo clicked his ringing Styler. "Hello? What? Volcano Eruption? Reporting to headquarters at once!"

"Doesn't sound good.. what is it?" Sealed Ragnarok asked.
"Jolta, you take the day off.... Sazandora and I are going."
"Can I take care of him for you?" Sealed Ragnarok asked.
"Sure..."

Very,very, much later, Angelo found himself right in front of a volcano with his Sazandora. "This is it. Stop Groudon, save the day, that's all, right?"
"Zan," Sazandora replied.

PORDaaS saw her latest "participant." He was looking around, apparently confused. And his watch could talk. That was all she knew about this person. Granted, that's usually all she could discern from people normally, but still. It was depressing. She was orderedby GLaDOS to do this, but she couldn't get to know anyone.
Then she remembered GLaDOS' final words in her message to her.
[i]Don't fail me, or I'll make you [b]wish[/b] you could die.[/i]

That just made her even more depressed.

PORDaaS looked around and saw no one coming towards the portal, and ran after the "participant."
"Hey! Wait up!"

GLaDOS was dead. Sure, her final test was a triumph, but that usually meant death anyways. The participants tested her, she tested them, they tried to kill her, she had tried to kill them. And, someone, no, some [i]monster[/i] had killed her, without her killing them back. And being dead sucked.
At least for the person dead, of course.

[Jolta]

"Hmmm... I don't know about this... a test for cake? Will I actually get killed?" Ben questioned.
"The powers I give you make sure you're safe. You are being forced to do this, thus you must go... A life seems to be at sta-" the Ultimatrix commented.
"Then its time to go!" Ben wailed. He then slammed down his watch. Transformation began. His arms morphed into wings. His face morphed into a 'mask' of sorts. "JETRAY!" a red, manta-ray-like creature appeared. It dashed to the Center at an extremely high speed, then entered it.

"Well, here I am. What do I do?" Ben enquired.

Finally, Angelo had the chance to face the legendary Groudon. "Capture on!" He shouted. He circled the slow-moving creature with his Capture Disc, but Groudon caused lethal damage to it, then ran off. "Code Red!" Angelo shouted intro his Styler, "Groudon has escaped! He may cause a Drought! What? What could be more serious? Kyogre???? Jut a while..."

"Sazandora, let's pick Jolta up from Raggy. We've got a Kyogre to settle!"
With that, Sazandora's wings beat with passion, and flew off to pick Jolta up before heading to Kyogre's location.

(OOC: Yeah, I knew we chose the destination, but I thought my previous post was long enough, so I cut off there)
After a moment, Kishika stepped out into a place that looked similar to Trin, though it clearly wasn't. The Pokemon running around was reason enough to know that. [color="#DDA0DD"]"You chose the wrong portal Kish.........."[/color] "You didn't tell me which portal, dummy. I mean, c'mon, you could've told me which portal to go in. Each portal leads to a different universe, correct? Each universe is massive. Hence, telling me WHICH portal to go in wouldn't destroy you, now would it?" The rose stuck out a petal as if blowing a rasberry. Kishika shook her head. "Nevermind, lets just get this over and done with. Besides, are you SURE the Eternal Rose isn't here?" [color="#DDA0DD"]"Uhhh....NO"[/color] "Exactly!" Kishika declared. "Therefore, The Rose COULD be here, so it's worth a shot travelling around and saerching."

[Jolta]

"I'm glad we finally picked you up, Jolta. So, what did you do?" Angelo asked Jolta while they were flying on Sazandora's back.
"I thought the chipmunk Volt Tackle. It was an awesome thing to do. Hey look down there! isn't that-" Jolta was interrupted.
"Groudon, the Continent Pokemon. Its burninating the countryside! Kyogre too is going berserk. They're probably gonna feud!"
"Too late. I see Kyogre from far..." Jolta was stunned.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Mt Coronet, Arceus was hanging around.

"Hmmm," he wondered, "Groudon and Kyogre are feuding? I have faith in that Ranger. He managed to capture me 3 times but I still believe in him. With help, summoning Rayquaza is a breeze..."

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

"Itsu, why are we here?" A male voice whined.
[color=#FF0000]"To save the multiverse from collapsing."[/color] A female voice replied.
"I know that, but why are we in the Aperture Science Facility from Portal, which is most likely filled with death traps and killer turrets and other things that can kill me?"
[color=#FF0000]"We need to find an insane computer and get it to help us."[/color]
An exasperated sigh emanated from the owner of the male voice. "Joy."
Finally, after walking down a long corridor, the owners of the voices finally emerged into the light. Once was a red and black-haired leather-clad pale-skinned woman, while the other looked reminiscent of an Aryan Ronanoa Zolo.
"Itsu, I just realized something."
[color=#FF0000]"Yeah, Y-Tak?"[/color]
"I thought your amulet allowed you to only jump from one universe to an adjacent universe, making the trip much longer. How did we get all the way to the Valve Multiverse?"
[color=#FF0000]"You retconned that, remember? Jenny gave me an upgrade."[/color] Itsu showed off the metallic additions to the gold and emerald amulet around her neck. [color=#FF0000]"With this, I can jump much farther, and it homes in on where these portals are! Pretty convenient, huh?"[/color]
Y-Tak nodded, smirking and posing like some egotistical antihero. "Yes, I am such a genius!"
Itsu simply generated a large drop of sweat on the back of her head. [color=#FF0000]"You know what, let's get going."[/color] She proceeded down the corridor, with Y-Tak following after realizing that he was going to get left behind.

"Well, first, you need whetever these things are, off. Part of the test requires arms. Namely, this thing." PORDaaS picked up a nearby portal gun. "This is the Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device. What you do is you put a hand here, and fire, like a gun." An orb shot out of the gun, hitting a wall, opening a blue portal. "This is a Portal. By connecting the two portals," PORDaaS said, firing upwards at the entrance, where an orange portal opened, "you can traverse the two." PORDaaS walked

"Note that you can only have two portals open at a time, a blue portal and an orange portal. Each can be entered, and each can be exited without difficulty." PORDaaS pushed a button to reset the portals, then created two new ones to get back down.

"And if you need any help, just press this button. I'll give you some advice." PORDaaS then gave the participant the Portal gun.

[Jolta]

"You mean these wings? Easy." Jetray said as he turned back into Ben.
"You do not need help from her, enquire me," the Ultimatrix said. "She said, connect these portals. Then you can traverse them."
"What's Traverse?" Ben enquired.
"Here's what I found on your planet's Internet..." Ultimatrix displayed numrous defintions of Traverse as a hologram. "Cross, move, extend. Pretty obvious what she means."
"I get it." Ben slammed down his watch. "BRAINSTORM! This is the perfect form to activate the most complex technology beyond the Alien technology of today." The crab-like creature used the portal gadget properly. "Eureka! I have fused both portals together! This part has indeed been a success!"

"This is seriously bad. We'll need to summon Rayquaza, the Sky High Pokemon" Angelo was anxious for the fate of the region, or even the world.
"Rayquaza lives in the Ozone Layer, right?" Jolta enquired.
"Nope, beyond the Ozone Layer. It always comes down-to-earth when the the two feud. Hey, what's that sucking motion?" Angelo was interrupted by something.

Speak of the devil, Rayquaza was eating a small portion of the atmosphere. Angelo decided to stop Rayquaza's meal and get him to stop the feud which is about to begin.

As soon as the crab-like thing entered the first test chamber, PORDaaS exhaled. What an idiot. The only reason he was still alive was because of that talking watch. Well, there was no turning back now. He had entered the chamber, and people usually didn't come out.

PORDaaS walked into another room. The security/cake room. The room where PORDaaS would give advice. And hopefully watch the idiot die.

Except there was one thing left. PORDaaS had forgotten to tell her participant part of the rules.
Grabbing the headset and putting it on, PORDaaS gave her first hint.

"Please note that some test chambers have extra requirements besides reaching the exit. For example, touching the lowest floor will result in a failure on your test result, followed by execution."

The floor was acid.

Then she saw movement in camera number 11. Someone was inside the Aperture Science Enrichment Center, and it wasn't that moronic kid. He definitely couldn't get that far yet.

Someone must have snuck in.

Two movements.

There were two people inside that chamber. Without portal guns.

This was going to be ugly.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

Itsu and Y-tak finally made it to a long shaft filled with moving panels. Sadly, PORDaaS was mistaken. They didn't have portal guns. However, how they got this far without one was seemingly impossible so they had to have them...right?
"So, how are we going to get up this?" Y-Tak asked his creation.
Itsu grinned, and a grappling gun suddenly appeared in her hands. She pointed it straight up. [color=#FF0000]"Hold on tight."[/color]
Y-Tak gingerly wrapped his hands around her waist, and waited several seconds until Itsu fired the line. It cleverly shot up, avoiding all of the panels. She then waited again for the opportune moment, and they zipped up the line. Within seconds, they had reached the top.
"Now I think the control room is nearby."
[color=#FF0000]"Let's find our target, recruit the computer, and get out of here."[/color]
"Right."
They ran down the hallway.

[Merci]

But Protheus was at the computer before them. [color=gray]"Explain to me how you got us here again."[/color] He commanded his servant, or whoever the stalker following him everywhere was.
"Well, I. . . er. . . [b]Magic![/b]" Xadma replied to his creation.
[color=gray]"Plausible enough. But that still doesn't explain why I don't remember the journey, and my powers include unforgetfulness, meaning everything single piece of what's around me is committed to memory."[/color]
"[b]Magic![/b]"
[color=gray]"Fine, fair enough. But tell me, why this stupid machine? Why not one of the more powerful beings in the multiverse? In fact, why even travel to another multiverse? Why did we travel to this multiverse, even? I haven't even finished destroying the first! Although, to tell the truth, it's already collapsing. All the more reason to stay and make the cracks wider and wider and wider."[/color]
"[b]Magic![/b]
[color=gray]"I really do hate you for saying that all the time. If I was certain that I won't disappear when I kill you, I would do it. You don't even deserve to be in the Shadow Realm, let alone the World of Darkness. Now, let's try communicating with this thing. . .Wait a second, do I sense HER? How did SHE get here?"[/color]

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

Itsu entered the control room, talking to Y-Tak.
[color=#FF0000]"...and that's how my Emerald Eclipse Amulet works."[/color]
"Wow! I just thought the thing was magic, but it was apparently something much more!"
[color=#FF0000]"Yep. Now, if you excuse me, I need to find out about-"[/color]
Itsu stopped when she saw Protheus, and she smiled.
[color=#FF0000]"Protheus-kun!"[/color] She exclaimed, running like a giddy schoolgirl towards the ancient deity.

Kishika pulled out a book from her bag. "Let me see.....There are about 7 or 8 regions in this world alone. Just my luck. Oh well." [color="#DDA0DD"]"Hehe, Trin will be dead LONG before y-"[/color]"Oh SHUT UP!" Kishika snapped loudly, sending all nearby Pokemon scurrying away in fear. She took a deep breath. "I never asked you to speak. Don't forget, just because you can speak, doesn't mean you're the boss. Now zip it, before I pull your petals off." The rose shrank in her hand. "[color="#DDA0DD"][size="1"]Meanie[/size][/color]" It whispered. Kishika took another deep breath. 'Ok, lets just go search these regions. First, we might as well start with the Fiore Region, the one we're apparently in now. Then we'll keep searching each region, and if we can't find it, we'll go search another part of the universe." She gripped the rose tightly. "Time..." She whispered dramatically. "Time..... For Rose Raider to shine."

Protheus looked around for something to use and saw Xadma. He grinned and picked up Xadma by the collar, before dragging him in front of him. He used Xadma as a shield. [color=gray]"Maybe, you're useful for something after all."[/color] He muttered as Xadma collapsed to the ground due to the person with stronger skin than she looks. He then turned to Itsu. [color=gray]"What are you doing here? Actually, how did you get here? Doesn't that amulet of yours only allow you to only jump from one universe to an adjacent universe? You couldn't have possibly gotten here so fast since we last met, which is very far away from here. Not to mention you got here to the. . .[i]Relve[/i] Multiverse, did you call it, my servant?"[/color]
Xadma shook his head a bit and got up. "Actually, I think it's Valve. And for the last time, I am not your servant. Address me properly. I [i]created[/i] you. I [i]control[/i] you."
[color=gray]"Then explain how come you couldn't prevent yourself from being hit by four hundred and thirty seven pounds of whatever material Solace here is made of."[/color]

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

Itsu blushed, and helped Xadma up. Meanwhile, Y-Tak finally put two and two together and ran over to Xadma.
"Dude! You're Merciful Idiot! In the flesh! I'm TheFinalFan, a.k.a. YRPOtaku169, but you can call me 'Daniel'! Nice to finally meet you face to face, bro!"
Y-Tak extended a hand to Xadma.
[color=#FF0000]"Protheus, you remember Jenny? That girl who is the cloned daughter of that Doctor guy? She gave my amulet an upgrade allowing me to make multiple-universe jumps like her ship!"[/color] Itsu points out the metallic ring around her gold and emerald amulet. [color=#FF0000]"And for the record, I lost some weight since we last met. I'm Four Hundred and Thirty-[i]One[/i] pounds, now! That's over 2 Kilos!"[/color]

[Jolta]

"OK, maybe it wasn't a very good idea to enter this. YOU MUST GO ALIEN X IF YOU WANNA SURVIVE THIS WHOLE THING IN ONE PIECE!" The Ultimatrix was in the form of an emblem on Brainstorm's chest. "Or maybe... one weakness... of the foe."

"Hold on, people arrived, maybe they can help..." Ben said. After that, the Ultimatrix turned Ben into Goop, a liquid-based alien already made from acid and goo. "Why thank you, I don't think that acid will burn me..." Goop could easily manipulate Goo and acid through the saucer-like object on his head. Goop could easily float above the acid.

"Lets save those people before we leave this place..." Goop said, "I don't want anyone hurt in here."

"Rayquaza, captured. Now friend, your help is needed follow- wait, where'd the two go?"
"Pal, they went through that portal," Jolta informed Angelo.
"So shall we!" Angelo, his gang and Rayquaza entered the Portal, to see Groudon and Kyogre approaching Kishika. "Ray ray...(I don't think I can stop them from hurting others.. sorry..." Rayquaza sighed.
"Try, bro!" Jolta wailed, "Use twister on both of'em!"
"Ray? (Bu-)"
"You MUST! It may end the world if you don't!"
"Ray.(Kay.)" With that, Rayquaza channeled energy through his tail, creating a twister, targeted at Groudon and Kyogre, telling them to stop.

Angelo, on his Sazandora, approached Kishika. "You fine?"

Before Kishika could activate her Rose Raider golem form, she was interupted by the sound of Pokemon coming closer. Looking up, she noticed a red Pokemon, and a Blue one. Both of which didn't look all that happy. She gulped. She knew her Golem form was classified as a Grass type in the Pokemon universe, meaning she would be be super effective on both these Pokemon, but that didn't mean she was really going to attack. And besides, with these Pokemon around, she couldn't activate Rose Raider anyway. "Helpful." She muttered. The rose in her hand blew another rasberry, not that she noticed. She glanced at the, noticing Rayquaza, and a Sazandora flying towards her. And on Sazandora's back was somebody else. He asked a question. "I'm fine." Kishika answered. She glanced back at Groundon and Kyogre. "Haven't hurt me yet..."

"Call me, er, Xadma." Xadma said, deciding to take the hand anyway and shake it. "Despite the fact that you open up your name freely, I don't. It's an anagram of my real name plus an extra letter. Anyway," He let go of his hand and then proceeded pointed his laser gun at Daniel. "We're sort of enemies here. Hello? Protheus here is aiming to [i]destroy[/i] the multiverse, while your character is aiming to save it. True, you may already be in college while I have yet to finish Junior High School, but here, I have a laser gun, while all you have is knowledge, and I doubt I'm afraid to use this laser gun, here."
[color=gray]"Oh. Why are I not surprised?"[/color] Protheus replied to her.

[Jolta]

"Jolta," Angelo said, "I need your assistance..."
Jolta jumped up, then attacked with a powerful discharge. "Poke-assist - DISCHARGE!"
Kyogre was temporarily paralysed, while Groudon was unaffected.

"Ray!" Rayquaza launched a powerful Dragonbreath at Kyogre, weakening it.

"Rayquaza, do you have the Red and Blue Orbs to calm them?" Angelo enquired. Rayquaza shook its head.
"Its not over, Rayquaza says Arceus knows where it is." Jolta said.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

Daniel grinned. "Sadly, while you may be grades below me, I have mastered the ultimate fighting move!" Daniel quickly ducks and punches Xadma in the balls, grabbing the laser gun out of his hand as Xadma goes down. Daniel then steps back so Xadma can't execute the same move. "Ha! Take that, Short Round!" Sadly, Daniel doesn't realize what his opponent's actual nationality is, but to him, ignorance is bliss.
Itsu sighs. [color=#FF0000]"See? My creator has the situation under control. Now, why do we have to be so hostile? We need to work together! These portals are slowly ripping the multiverse apart! We have to-"[/color] Itsu suddenly remembers Protheus' ulterior objective, and is dawns on her why Protheus is here. [color=#FF0000]"F**k."[/color]

"Ow." Xadma said.
[color=gray]"Exactly."[/color] Protheus said. [color=gray]"Now then, this computer, GLaDOS, short for Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System, shall be in my power! But before I do that, you two need to go. I'd settle this with a children's card game but I decided I have not the the time for it. I'll finish both of you right here. Then I'll move GLaDOS to my secret laboratory, and from there, its, er, [i]her[/i] influence can extend to the rest of our multiverse because my laboratory is plugged in to every technological universe, and all machinicles will be under my power as will GLaDOS be under mine. From there, I'll proceed to destroy the multiverse with their own machines, and since most of the universes in the multiverse contain technology, I would have successfully destroyed the majority of the multiverse and then. . .did I just tell you my whole plan? Whatever."[/color] He raised his hand and a dark sword of darkness appeared in it. He then proceeded to swing at Itsu from where he was standing. The sword touched the fabric of space and sent a ripple out towards her.
Meanwhile, Xadma was still groaning.
