I find this card to be an interesting subject. It will determine how well your opponent knows the game. It was just using an idea directly off the top of my head. A bit of refining, and you have this. You had best have your handbook ready if you activate this card. Rate, hate, love, *love*, W/e. Link to comment
CrabHelmet
The best question to ask with this card is "Can you activate Continuous Spell Cards in response to a Summon?" Link to comment
Makο
If I think about it, that could be part of the card itself. Although, can't you activate in response to a summon if it is already set? Link to comment
FTW (For The Wynn)
Well, this is a very interesting card. However, honestly, it should be a Continuous Trap. That would make so much more sense. Only Traps (and Quick-Play Spells when they are Set) can be activated in response to cards during your opponent's turn. Also, OCG is off some. I like the innovative idea though. I'll help with OCG as best I can here on the basis that this is a Continuous Trap
This card can only be activated in response to the Summoning of an Effect Monster. I am really not sure about some of that, but it is at least close. Link to comment

If this card is destroyed right after it was activated, this card will destroy the monster used to trigger the activation. Make sense now? Anyway, thanks. I will do a little editing... FTW (For The Wynn)
Thanks, I suppose. Anyway, I suppose that is as close to accurate as it is going to be for the moment. Also, it always made sense, it just needed rewritten. Link to comment
Makο
What do you think about the way it was created? I mean, this would be a good refresher card during duels. And this would counter any effect that negates Trap and Spell cards effects. Such as a certain God card I know... Link to comment
FTW (For The Wynn)
Well, the problem is that it's a gamble. You are gambling on your opponent's grasp of the game, so the only time this card is guaranteed to work is against a newb. If you're facing a pro, chances are this won't work. It really isn't an efficient card and I'm not thinking this would work on the Gods (at least not the originals. The playable ones are so nerfed it isn't funny). However, if this thing were a little more guaranteed it would be a Synchro Killer. It all depends on the questions you ask. Link to comment
Makο
Be as long winded as you can. Avoid periods, comas, and other sentence breakers to confuse your opponent. Or just speak in another language. In fact, there are many ways this card can be abused if you think about it. Link to comment
FTW (For The Wynn)
1. Those first two only work only. 2. Google Translator. 3. If it were abused as such it would be banned. Link to comment
Makο
1. Kthx. 2. Would you use Google Translator to translate Japanese...if I was speaking to you in real life? I said SPEAK. Not TYPE and/or RIGHT. 3. It depends on the creativeness of the user. Link to comment
FTW (For The Wynn)
Maybe and creativeness lately seems to be discouraged in the game. We could argue that point all day though. Link to comment

tommers2008
Grrrrrr card is making me thinks i don't like it. Nah but in all seriousness a card like this would never be released. It just not a realistic route the game could take. Link to comment
Question asks your opponent what card is on the bottom of your Graveyard. Not really knowledge, just how much attention is being paid. Your card looks fun, I know I'd run 3 against my brother. But tommers is right, it just isn't feasable as a real card. Good idea though, school the newbs in more ways than one. Link to comment
Makο
Thanks. I would also run three. I would obliterate. Link to comment
