Why can't ♪miura♪ log into his account?

Can anyone say why ♪miura♪ can't log into his account? He came to my house a few days ago and when he tried to log in he couldn't and he said everything is right. He asked if it was about the symbols in his name is that the reason. Can any one figure out why?

no thats not it. It says he's still in the members group and when he tries to log in it says username or password incorrect
