Lore: As long as this card is face up on the field your opponent must pay 200 Life points to Normal Summon an "Ally of Justice" monster. When your opponent Summons an "Ally of Justice" monster to the field you can discard a number of cards from the top of your deck equal to the Level of the Summoned monster to destroy it and Remove it from play.

This card can only be Set on your opponent's side of the field by revealing it from your hand when there is at least 1 DARK monster on your opponent's side of the field. When this card is flipped face-up, destroy all DARK monsters on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, when a DARK monster battles, destroy it before damage calculation.

Hmm.... Easy to pull out against AOJ's, useless for Synchro, but it will most likely mean damage to you to use the effect.

 

I'm not a Judge here, but I'd say you changed that Catastor Effect for 'after' damage calculation. And add some extra Protection, like... 'this face-up card cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon'?

I took a different approach in terms of playability. The task was to make an anti-AOJ card. However, it would still count as anti-AOJ even if the effect is universal:

Lore:

During each of your Standby Phases, select one Attribute. All face-up Reptile-Type "Worm" monsters you control are treated as the selected Attribute until your opponent's next End Phase. When a monster you control destroys an opponent's monster with the same Attribute by battle, draw a card for each Reptile-Type "Worm" monster you control. When this card attacks your opponent directly, send a number of cards from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of Reptile-Type "Worm" monsters you control.

Lore:

While this card is in face-down Defense Position, this card cannot be destroyed by cards effects. While this card is face-up on the field, each time your opponent activates the effect of a DARK monster he/she control that targets a LIGHT Reptile-Type monster you control, you can flip face-up 1 face-down Defense Position monster you control (this does not count as a Flip Summon) to negate the activation of your opponent's monster effect and destroy it.
