Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can equip this card to a DARK Attribute monster you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. When the equipped monster is destroyed, Special Summon this in face-up Attack Position.) The equipped monster is treated as a Tuner monster and gains the following effect:

●Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can return 1 DARK Attribute monster in your hand to your Deck to draw 1 card. If that card is a Level 4 or lower DARK Attribute monster, you can Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position.

Lore:

When this card is Summoned, select 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster in your Deck and place it on the top of your Deck. Once per turn, during your End Phase, If this card is the only face-up Tuner monster you control, you can draw 1 card from your Deck. If that card is a LIGHT monster, increase your Life Points by 500.

My vote goes to Card B.

 

It lets you pick which LIGHT monster you want to draw (like Honest or a necessary defender). It's also got a modest draw condition with a balanced life gain.

 

Card A is awkward being 2 different subtypes at once - and a better variation of Allure. A bit too powerful IMO.
