If you were wondering i kind of had "Berserk Dragon" and "A deal with Dark ruler" in mind when these cards came into mind. They part of a small DARK Set i was working on.

Around the start of the duel it could hit 4k Attack which is relatively a big problem, and then it will start with the effect immunity. Which i thought would probably break it. At that point im thinking it could possibly OTK.

You can only activate this card if your Life Points are lower than your opponent's. Remove from play 3 DARK Monsters in your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Des Hekartis" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

You couldn't use it right away because the card that Summons it requires you to have lower Life Points, and you also have to remove 3 DARKs in your Grave. So likely it's not going to have the requirements first turn.

Thank you for the OCG Check. However, remember our Friend Dark Grepher? The DAD Combo can be used for Des Hekartis. Though there is the bit where you need to take damage or the opponent needs to gain lifepoints. It's to prevent you from getting an instant 4k Beater with destruction immunity.
