Card 1:

LORE: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Extra Deck. There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field. Field spell cards cannot be destroyed as long as this card is face-up on the field. When this monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can discard your entire hand to Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Graveyard. Other monsters you control cannot attack. If there is no face-up Field spell card, destroy this monster.

 

Card 2:

LORE: When this card is the only monster you control, this card can attack monsters in your opponent's hand instead of monsters your opponent controls. All monsters in your opponent's hand are treated as being in face-up Attack Position and effects cannot be activated (damage calculation is applied normally). When this card destroys a monster in your opponent's hand, it is returned to the owner's Deck instead. If your opponent has no monsters in their hand, this card can attack them directly.

This is a Card A vs Card B format. How do you know the Malefic monster isn't mine? It could be. You need to explain your vote better anyway

i vote for card b because of its effect which can avoid in-play monsters that can trouble the attack and awesome art while card a has a drawn art which makes it a little unrealistic and to summary it i vote for card b

Malefic monsters effect is mainly about being 1 Malefic monster on the field, so you didnt make any sense
