Mr Dr Professor Spaz
I make the requirements this time.First to post the card is my opponent.I cannot have gone against the person before. No spamming, no trolling.I have the right to deny any card[spoiler=Requirements]Create a card whose effect uses the completely ignored Turn Count [spoiler=My Card][spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Tribute Summoned, move the Turn Count forward by 5. Once per turn, you can reduce the Turn Count by 10 to remove from play up to 2 cards you opponent controls. When the Turn Count reaches 0, destroy this card. [spoiler=FTW (For The Wynn)'s Card][spoiler=Lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 face-up monsters you control. When this card is Summoned successfully, return 1 card from your Graveyard to your Deck. This card's original ATK and DEF is equal to the Turn Count x 200. This card cannot have an original ATK or DEF higher than 4000. Once per turn, you can discard 1 monster from your hand to Special Summon 1 removed from play monster whose Level is equal to or lower than the discarded monster. That card cannot attack during your next Battle Phase and it cannot be Tributed or used as Synchro Material during the turn it is Special Summoned. Once per duel, if the turn count is at least 30, you can move the turn count back 25 to destroy all cards on the field except this card. 4 Votes to win
FTW (For The Wynn)
I'll take you on. Here's my card. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.
Mr Dr Professor Spaz
Okay. Accepted. Oh yes, how many votes to win.
FTW (For The Wynn)
I would say 4. It's what I find to be the best option, because 5+ never seems to end and 3 just doesn't do the contest justice.

starwebs1
FTW's Futureforce Dragon wins my vote. It's more useful and the ATK method doesn't make it overpowered because it can't go past 4000, plus you can remove 25 of them to activate another effect, which balances it further. You're right, the Turn Count is ignored, but I'd have problems remembering to keep track. And for all you YCMers out there who think "Once per duel" is not a valid card statement, go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia and look up Glow-Up Bulb.
FTW (For The Wynn)
It is largely ignored unfortunately, however if you based a deck off of using the turn count then people would pay attention to it more. Thanks for the vote :D
hexcalibrate
i vote for FTW Reason: FTW's card may be much more coplex but is better balanced, and mr spaz i think you shouldn't ever have 0 turn count, its just not right
FTW (For The Wynn)
Well, in theory it is possible to have a turn count of 0, but it hasn't been done before. I'll wait to see what Spaz says for this vote. Thanks either way though.
