I don't quite understand the requirements...

So do you mean to create a card used in the anime that was never released? The problem is the Yugioh wikia has all the effect of anime-exclusive cards.

If you could elaborate on the requirements a bit, I would like to face you :D

Zextra, to elaborate.... that's basically what I mean, just change up the effect a little bit... depending on what you wanna do.. like a deck destruction effect, etc. and dtw no, the winner gets 1 rep (which is 100 points if i'm not mistaken) and 50 points... the loser gets 80 points

This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Fossil Fusion". When this card destroys a monster with 2000 ATK points or more you can add 1 "Fossil Fusion" or 1 "Time Stream" from your deck to your hand. If this card were to be destroyed as a result of a battle with a non Rock-type monster you can remove from play 2 Rock-type monsters in your Graveyard to keep this card on the field.

sorry Hila.... Rochster beat you too it.. and sorry it took me so long to respond... been busy lately... an anime spell card huh? alright... lets see what I've got... I'll post them in a few...

The problem with jad's card is that it's copied word by word from the actual effect. Yugioh wikia Lore:

 

"Activate only with the "The Claw of Hermos", by sending 1 "Rocket Warrior" you control to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you can destroy all monsters your opponent controls and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total ATK of those monster(s). If you do, monsters you control cannot declare an attack this turn."

 

However, Rochster (though making the card more vulnerable by saying that it's destroyed when Seal of Orichalcos is in play) did add an extra effect. Since this is an anime card contest, I can't judge on creativity much, but as far as I can tell, Rochster actually tried to remake Timeaus, while jad did not add anything to his card...

 

With that being said, Rochstef gets my vote.
