Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
The following cards were made in mind of a character in an anime/manga using them in conjuction with the Impulse Fusions I made, as well as Spell Economics. Perhaps they might be considered a bit overpowered, but meh. Bad Economics Continuous Spell Card As long as this card remains face-up on the field, players must pay twice as many Life Points for the costs of cards. Risky Investment Normal Spell Card Pay 2000 Life Points. Draw 1 card. When you would take damage to your Life Points (either Battle Damage or effect damage), you may remove from play this card in your Graveyard to reduce that damage to 0. ----Picture: A duelist is shown paying the character on Solemn Judgment as said character sends thunder from the sky onto an assortment of monsters, save one innocent looking one with giant eyes.----- Divine Deal Normal Spell Card Pay 1000 Life Points. Destroy all monsters on the field with 2000 ATK or higher. Impulsive Buy Quick-Play Spell Pay 800 Life Points. Pick up the top cards of your Deck until you pick up a Spell Card. Activate that card without paying its activation cost, and return the remaining cards to the Deck. [[Ruling: If the effect timing is incorrect, the card is simply sent to the Graveyard.]] Loan of Greed Normal Trap Card This card can only be activated on your opponent’s turn. Draw 2 cards. During your next Standby Phase, reveal your hand to your opponent. Your opponent then selects 1 card in your hand and sends it to the Graveyard. Trap Fusion Normal Trap Card Send a Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck to the Graveyard and remove from play 1 Fusion Material Monster in your Graveyard. Activate the effect of a Normal Trap Card from your Graveyard. Impulse Fusion Quick-Play Spell Send Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. During the End Phase, destroy the Summoned monster and add to your hand up to 2 Fusion Material monsters in your Graveyard to your hand. Link to comment

Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
There are plenty of cards that have life point costs. Just not a lot that people use in the Meta. The main idea was that it would be used in a manga or something to annoy the opponent with heavy costs. Link to comment
