вєgσттєη ιηѕαηιту
Sorry, it was a bad day. Now I can reply: Nox Betrayer - With the amount of removal Nox have, and the fact this card is a reusable BoM with a very miniscule cost is dangerous. Even without the last 2 sentences, this effect combined with the other newly reviewed cards is just too much. Nox Manipulator - The lack of Lv7s has been duly noted. However, like betrayer, even without the last sentence, is OP'd. It wipes out the back row easily and is a 2500 ATK beatstick. Easily can swarm with Lazer Bow and Betrayer. Nox Forger - Ok, we have different perceptions of card advantage. I count card removal as adding to the equation. But still, it's easy unconditional 1 for 1 removal which cannot be tolerated in this CCG. The second effect will also give you more targets for removal and end up with a +1 (or +0) for you. Midnight Hold - another 1 for 1 which is untolerable. Also makes easy dumping for Betrayer. That is all. @ Werelord - Oh, I thought I heard a few people saying we needed to fix Glutton. Nevermind then. Ok, first of all, this belongs in the Questions and Help section. Second, this is a CCG, so we use a community set which everyone submits cards into. If you want to join our club, you can use the Entry App. Thanks. thank you for reply! i will get working on them right away!! Spell bound soldier: Any card directly affecting the card. ~Nightshade~
Once more, you're taking this from a TCG standpoint. 2000 Life Points don't matter when your opponent can't capitalize. And the reason Upstart isn't used a lot is mainly because of space, not because of the giving. Upstart isn't a +1. This is. It's not like using 2 Upstarts- that's completely and utterly wrong. You're using 2 cards for 2 cards. With this, you get 2 cards for 1 card. Nox:Forger is a +0 when you discard it and a +1 at the End Phase. It clears away s/ts and searches Manipulator or Deciever who can destroy another card or disrupt any comeback your opponent may make. Link to comment

You're using 2 cards for 2 cards. With this, you get 2 cards for 1 card. Actually, it isn't used a lot "mainly because of space" - it is not used because even in a metagame where Life Points don't matter that much (never mind a metagame like this one where they do matter) the +1000 LP is still too much of a reward to hand over to the opponent. You also forget that Upstart is a Spell Card - this is a Trap, so as WereLord said it is significantly more likely to be negated or destroyed before activation. It's funny I should mention activation because that's another reason why Gift of the Glutton is a bad card. Draw cards tend to be used quickly - Pot of Duality is a good example, what makes it good is that it works quickly. You can use Pot of Duality when you know you need cards. This requires set-up from a previous turn, and generally the only things that players think are deserving of previous turn set-up are things that have a good shot of winning you the game or cards that stop the opponent from pulling off a move that could . This is unreliable, clunky and has drawbacks that are too big to make it worth it. No one should (or I hope, would) run this outside of a deck that can counter the drawbacks, like Fallen Savior and Terzo (Terzo hasn't been released, so that makes one deck in the entire CCG that Gift of the Glutton is viable in). Agreed. My first time looking through all the lccg cards, I was looking for some good drawing cards, and I didn't have to think twice before passing this card up. It has some situations and decks where it is very powerful, but those are, and will remain, limited. It's not something people can run in any deck and still get an advantage out of. Besides, if you want drawing cards, I'll be submitting a few soon. They aren't any better than some existing ones, but at least people will have more options. Link to comment

seattleite
Lots of cards to review. And I'm sorry Lifespark, i was almost done with yours but my computer encountered something and it closed itself D: Well. I can tell you most were good, actually all of them balanced, I just had some suggestions to make cards less UP'd. Anyway, i'll repost those cards (cause sorry but I don't feel like re-reviewing 20 cards which were fine anyways xP) @ Scheath - All Good, only thing I can think of (and this is not a balance issue) is change Lonely Angel that Wander Her Way to Home" to something like "Lonely Angel that Wanders Home" or even "Lonely Wandering Angel", In YVD or the DA it would be a very long name and might be obscured. @ Werelord - Also good except 2. Wing Shaman is OP'd for being reusable swarm with protection with self-milling, a deadly combination. As Daylight Dies is a copy of Delta Crow-Anti Reverse (even if it's a different archetype), and TCG cards cannot be accepted. Updates: Finally this weekend I will have time to work on the DA. Sorry, i know I say this every time D: lol. Link to comment

During each Standby Phase, inflict 300 damage to your opponent.||Terzo Contralto|0|xxxx|Aqua/Effect|Water|6||1400|2600|You can send 1 Spell or Trap Card and 1 "Terzo" monster you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card from your Deck. Each time a player Special Summons a monster, they take 400 damage. During each Standby Phase, take 200 damage and inflict 200 damage to your opponent.||Terzo Snap Freeze|0|xxxx|Aqua/Effect|Water|1||0|100|You can Special Summon this card from your hand and remove 1 card in your Deck from play to Tribute all face-up "Terzo" monster(s) you control and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined ATK of the Tributed monster(s).||Terzo Fugue|0|xxxx|Aqua/Effect|Water|1||0|800|While you control a face-up "Terzo" monster, you can discard this card from your hand to flip 1 card on the field face-down and inflict 300 damage to your opponent. This card's effect is treated as Spell Speed 3. You can only activate 1 "Terzo Fugue" per turn.||Terzo Sequence|0|xxxx|Spell Card|Spell||Normal|||Draw card(s) from your Deck until you draw a "Terzo" monster. Special Summon it, then reveal all drawn card(s) and return them to your Deck. You can only activate 1 "Terzo Sequence" per turn.||Terzo Two Five One|0|xxxx|Aqua/Effect|Water|4||100|1900|You can Summon this card in face-up Defence Position. When a "Terzo" monster you control is destroyed or sent to the Graveyard, you can destroy 1 card on the field. During each Standby Phase, inflict 200 damage to your opponent. You can only control 1 "Terzo Two Five One". When this card is destroyed, take 1000 damage. I see a problem. Each of the monsters can only activate their effect when another one activates their effect, except for Contra Spem Spero, which can activate if special summoned by some other card's effect. Since the effects can't trigger at all until Contra Spem Spero appears on the field to trigger them, there is not point in being able to special summon Contra Spem Spero from your hand, because it needs their effects to trigger to do so. But, it needs to be on the field, or none of them can activate their effects. Also, are Max and Min continuous, or until the end of the turn? Another point about these is that they are useless if they rely on the Special Summoning of one card (particularly when the CCG has very little good Special Summoning support). To keep summoning them in face-up Attack Position (which you will need to do if you want to activate their effects) would be suicidal. Also, even if you set them and then flip summoned them when you knew you were going to summon Contra Spem Spero then your opponent would be able to guess that you were about to summon it (and if they were lucky, negate the summon and capitalize on the fact you have several defenceless monsters with 0 ATK face-up on the field). seattleite
I would not worry about SSing for the Power Zooms, they go well in Zeroes and can be Summoned by Zero Monk, Necromancer, Thunder Striker, Flame Wheel, Lava Worm, or even Peacock Plume. But triggering the effects would be a problem... Also if I don't get to reviewing your cards on the thread i would get to them on the chatbox. Link to comment
