Chapter 1: An Infernal Duel

The year is 2030, a few years after Yusei saved New Domino City, many new technologies were created, the Duel Disc X series, a new Duel Disk that changes the game, rules, and is like an extra Field Spell. A new terrorist group started to torment the world, using a special Duel Disk brand that brings monsters to life, and now the fate of the world will rest on one kid's shoulders.
A young kid walks into Kent's Komics, he has his mind set on creating the perfect deck, it was just recently his birthday and he was about to buy a deck the owner set up for him.
"Ah, hello-a Tommy. I'v-a got that deck you wanted a-right here for-a you." Kent greeted with a thick Italian accent.
"Thanks Kent. So, your mom still forcing you to pay rent?" Tommy asked
"Yeah-a, but she lowered it to-a solid hundred-a bucks a year."
"Cool."
" So-a ready for that-a here deck?"
"Yeah, what kind is it?"
"A Natural deck-a, Natural-Water to be exact-a, get the wrong card-a, trade it in! Your hand will always be spick-a-span. Hohoaha! Ho Ho Ho! Just Twent-a dolars!"
Tommy bought the deck and ran outside, he was heading off to his local Yu Gi Oh tournament, held by Seto Kaibi Himself.


"Hey kid,you headin' to that tourn'?" A voice echoed from the dark alley. "Ah said are yah!" A teenager strolled out of the alley. He wore torn jeans and a leather vest with a toothpick between his teeth. "Well are ya!" He ran at Tommy, grabbed him and threw him to the ground. "Mah name's Mat, FYI. Remember it! 'Cause it'll be the last name you evah hear." He whipped out his Duel Disk X and began the duel.
Swords materialized in front of them, first to hit his opponent would get a 1000 life point advantage. Mat ran at Tommy, flinging his sword every witch-way. Tom dodged each of his blows, but soon was kicked to the ground, Mat slashed Tom, activating the duel.
Tom drew his first cards and threw down Altocumulus. A small cloud ball burst from the ground, and the multiplied two more Altocumulus tokens.
"I will tribute my Altocumulus to Special Summon my Cumulus." One of the clouds rose into the sky, sending rain down, witch turned into a man made of clouds. "And Cumulus' ability will let me tribute one of my tokens to let him gain 500 attack!"
"A monster with 500 attack won't save you, nothing will you little idiot!" Mat laughed.
Tom set two face down cards and ended his turn.
