@SleepingKirby: Thanks for all the ideas and historical help. =D

I don't get copy cat though. Mimic one of their abilities? I was planning on starting when we have all 9 spots filled, but that might take a long time, so I might just make one of each I, N, O instead of two INO's. So that would make 6 spots to fill. Yes, of course it will be populated.

@Nex: What the heck, I'll accept Nexev. We need more people anyways. Also, be careful with those fireworks. You might anger some commoners. They might call the po-owait. About the incognito word thing, I don't think there was a secret organization of assassins either.

@SleepingKirby: What were the police of Ancient China?

The equivalent of police would be called "prefects." In Ancient China, prefects were government officials appointed by local magistrates, who reported to higher authorities such as governors, who in turn were appointed by the head of state, usually the emperor of the dynasty. The prefects oversaw the civil administration of their "prefecture", or jurisdiction. Prefects usually reported to the local magistrate, just as modern police report to judges. Under each prefect were "subprefects" who helped collectively with law enforcement of the area. Some prefects were responsible for handling investigations, much like modern police detectives.

Oh, and for copycat, yes, you get to copy a skill.

If you weren't here to teach me, I would've gotten google to teach me. If I was too lazy, I would have called them guards or something.

I'll see how much people we get by the end of tomorrow. Hopefully, we fill all nine spots quickly.

@Nex: It says ammo in your list of items. Specify how much and how much cost you'd think it will be.
I know how to attract people.

Last one standing gets a nice prize of:

1000 Points and 3 +reps!!

It worked for my contest. ;D
Well since it's prizes, it shouldn't count as bribing, right? I don't know. Let's ask Airspace.

RP hosts may not advertise their RPs by means of bribery. This includes paying reputations, points, or other things to RPers for joining their RPs. Signatures, however, may be used to advertise your RP instead.
We're offering the points and rep as a prize, not for joining. If it were bribery, I would have said this:

...or something along those lines. Also, since I'm the one who offered it, and who has more points ;P, I could pay it. Also, if I were to pay it as bribery, it wouldn't be illegal, since the rules only state that the RP Host cannot bribe.

...Now I realize why my relatives want me to go into law.

The rest of my money probably for like 50 fireworks.

Fireworks are supposed to be pricy so it should be limitied, even though I just need the base ingredients.

But if we don't use fireworks it's cool anyway, I could specialize in poisonous insence candles or the like.

Killing people with candles=Pretty f***ing badasss.

Smoke theme is also cool.

You should totally kill with candles.

Edit: We got thumbs up from Airspace to use prizes. =D

SleepingKirby, I could use my own points if you want.

Fine change my weapon to inscence, which are a variety of drugs. They have powerful effects but are useless in open areas. (Smoke filters out)

Also I can use candles in different ways, for example, I can burn people with hot wax that then slows movements when it cools, use my super senses to detect people if they went near a candle I left (the scent of it catches) s*** like that.

I am also changing my powers to Ninja, Super Senses, and Speedy.

Name/Age/Gender: Sheng Huo / 20 / Male

Appearance: Tall, dark, and bearing a resemblance to a eagle. He possesses a curved nose, like that of a beak, which is complemented by his piercing dark eyes. Sheng's long black hair, which is not that different from any other Chinese mans', is tied back in a samurai braid. Sheng also usually wears light-fitting brown clothng, stuff that allows him to move fast and still keep him from sticking out. One odd thing about his figure is his hands are always swathed in bandages, but those are there to disguise his hand claws and encompassing mechanisms, which extend several ways down his arm.
1. Speedy
2. Silent Steps
3. Nerve Cutter

1. Acupuncture (1)
2. Smoke Bombs (2)
3. Energy Herb (1)
4.
5.
Bio: Sheng Huo was born in the city of Dunhuang, a city of the Gansu Province of China. The city of Dunhuang was one of several key stops on the ancient Silk Road of China, which had just begun to flourish. Sheng's parents saw the oppurtunites that could be made from the Silk Road, and so set up a rather successful noodle shop in Dunhuang, which serviced hungry and tired merchants fresh from the Road. For the first couple years of his life, Sheng lived happily, being the equivalent of today's rich playboy due to his family shop's success. Unfortunately, however, it was not just Sheng's parents that realized the fortunes that could be made off the Silk Road. A band of raiders invaded the city of Dunhuang the year in which Sheng Huo turned 17, and attacked many trade caravans and their riders for the precious silks and treasures in the caravans. Unfortunately, several of these caravans were parked at Sheng's noodle shop. The raiders murdered everyone in the shop, including Sheng's parents. Sheng would have been murdered too, if he had not been in the...erm...company...of a lady friend that night. When Sheng finally came home, he saw what had happened and found himself possessed by an uncontrollable rage. Seizing several of the knives his parents used for noodle cutting, he ran after the bandits.
It took many days, but Sheng would not falter. He carried after the merchants, following their trail, water and food meaning nothing to him. And then...he found them. He waited until nighttime, then entered the bandit's camp and slit all of their throats, stealing off into the night after the terrible deed had been done. And this point, Sheng might have stopped his killing, but he found he could not. He felt a need to kill all those who posed a threat to him, to stop what had happened to his parents from happening to him. He heard of a school that trained assassins to kill, and he shortly enrolled. He found himself excelling in the art of throwing knives, an quickly he found himself at the final test; he had to kill several of his own friends. But he did not care. As long as he had the know-how to defend himself, he would kill anyone he needed to.

Personality: Sheng is a paranoid SOB, and like Unku Kimura, his schoolmate, he also possessed a complex. He has a persecution complex, feeling that everyone was out to get him and that he needed to strike at them before they could strike at him. This makes him a very good assassin, as his masters have found that his complex could be used to kill their targets by simply hinting the intended targets posed a threat to Sheng, making him go all-out in trying to kill them. This however, does not make him a very social person, being cold and aloof most of the time. However, parts of his former flamboyant, flirtatous attitude will occasionally break through his new personality, which is interesting enough to quantity enduring his "other" personality until that attitude comes out.

Weapon: A pair of hand claws that serve a variety of purposes. They can be used to ascend buildings quickly, their spikes serving as a rather-good climbing utensils. They can also be used to stab opponents, though extending only a couple of inches past Sheng's knuckles means he had to get close to his targets to use this abilites. Fortunately, the hand claws are also equipped with a firing mechanism not dissimilar to that of the Chinese fire lanc (火槍), which allows the actual claws themselves to fire away from the holster of the claws, turning them into dangerous projectiles that he can fire one at a time or all at once. Sheng always carries extra knives on his person for which to replace the fired claws with. In this manner, Sheng Huo is a praticioner of Shurikenjutsu (手裏剣術), though this martial art would not be developed for several decades later.

Bio: He was always a strange one. He was always very smart though. His father was a black smith, his mother died when he was born. As a result, Wei knew much about metals. He soon discovered that his senses were better than others. He then found he had a natural ability to be stealthy. He was then working at his fathers shop, but he realized he could be a formidable spy for the army. He got martial arts training, & forged a shortspear, which was his favored weapon. Then, one day he came home from the market, to find his father, brother, & another person he didn't know murdered. He used his skills to track down their killer & mutilated him. Revenge felt good. It was then he decided he would become an assasin.
Personality: He is cheerful in a solemn sort of way. he laughs on the inside, but on the outside, anything more than a chuckle is rare. He talks a lot. He also has poor social skills. Modern science would identify it as aspergers syndrome, a mild form of autism. Google it for more info. He isn't a conventional assasin, but he's good at it.

Well, when we do get all nine spots filled, I predict that there may be others who would still want to join, so I suggest allowing others to apply as commoners.
Well I don't see why not. Maybe they can help out the assassins by buying stuff for them and giving them information.

@Nex: I need you to edit your app.

Edit: Edited OP with accepted people and their money and perks.

This way, you guys know each other's perks. Looking at it now, 2/3 of you guys have the speedy perk.
