Fixing a N00B Card!

Anyone who knows me knows I make pretty bad cards; good concept, bad card overall. But we all see cards under "first card" or "MY AWeSoMe Card! (1st)" threads that look like THIS:

 

For this challenge, you must fix the card's:

OCG (Official Card Grammar)

Picture (if possible)

Spellling, and

Effect.

 

Judges, you will be judging based on how well the contestant executes a card, how good the picture is, and how the card effect is written.

Please provide an x/10 score for each category, judges.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 4 monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is Special Summoned successfully, destroy all monsters on the field besides this card by this card's effect.

If this card would be destroyed (either by battle or by cards effect), you can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to negate the destruction of this card. When this card has 7 Spell Counter on it, you can tribute this card to destroy all other monsters on the field.
