This is a rather simple 1 vs 1 contest, here are the rules:

Criteria: A monster with burn damage effect

The winner will be decided by 5 votes or if the opponent forfeits

All votes must have a valid reason not just for the pic or name

The Prize of this contest is 1 +rep and 100 points

This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. For every face-up Machine-Type monster you control, increase this card's ATK by 200. While there is another face-up Machine-Type monster on your field, when this card successfully destroys a monster by battle, select 1 Machine-Type monster you control and inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half of the selected monster's ATK. If the inflicted damage is 1200 or more, you and your opponent can draw 1 card.

Remake a banned card to be less OP, and alowed off the ban list. It can have a dif pic and name just Type what card it was based on.

like i mean you make your own dragon based off of the blue eyes and red eyes (dont you know who they are) also they support the 2. since tose cards are powerful we must make our cards powerful as well. you can feel free to add 2 more things to the requirements if you like.

Reason: Blu's is alot more versitile and does have restrictions that equal it's effects. I do actually think the bear is a very good card and if i was running a machine deck I wud probably use it. I also like the added Machine King-like effect and combined with DNA surgery it cud be pretty powerful.

 

Blackhawk29's is quite UP'd I think theres already a Gemini monster who has that effect but does not need to remove from play cards and just inflicts 1000 points of damage, and basically it wouldn't hold it's own for long at all. Secondly the OCG is rather bad removed should be : Removed from play can not I think is cannot as well so overall my vote goes to .:Blu:.
