Notifications failing?

I seem to have a problem with any Notifications regarding watched topics. I still receive them concerning PMs, but I haven't received one for Watched Topics since the end of October. My box isn't full, nor is it close to being full since I recently cleaned it out. Does anyone seem to know what's going on?

Change your Settings to receive 'Inline Notifications instead of PM's or E-Mails.
