The selected monster cannot attack, be Tributed, change battle positions, or be used as Synchro Material as long as this card is face-up on the field. In addition, as long as that monster remains face-up on the field, this monster is not destroyed as a result of battle.. Purgatory Harpie Wind/Fiend/2/600/800 When your opponent activates the effect of an Effect Monster, you may Special Summon this monster from your hand in face-up Attack Position and return the monster whose effect activated to the owner’s hand after its resolution. The returned monster cannot activate its effect(s) while this card is face-up on the field, and it is returned to your opponent’s hand during each of their End Phases. Purgatory Fog Water/Fiend/3/1000/1000 When this card is Normal Summoned, change all face-up monsters your opponent controls to face-up Defense Position. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent’s monsters cannot change battle positions except by a card effect. Purgatory Soul Fire/Fiend/4/1600/1200 This card is unaffected by your opponent’s card effects. This card cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster or Tributed except for the Tribute Summon of a Fiend or Fairy-Type monster. At that time, remove from play this card face-down and inflict 800 damage to both players. Purgatory Hound Earth/Fiend/5/2100/1900 When your opponent activates a card effect which increases the ATK of 1 or more monsters on their side of the field, you may pay 2000 Life Points and Special Summon this card from your hand. As long as this card is face-up on the field, the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls are treated as their original value. When this card would be removed from the field, you may instead remove it from play face-down and decrease the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls by 500. Purgatory Gatekeeper Water/Fiend/6/2400/1500 Each time your opponent activates a card effect which includes destroying monsters, they must first remove from play 1 card in their hand or on their field face-down. When this card is destroyed by a card effect, remove it from play face-down and increase your Life Points by 1000. Purgatory Punisher Fire/Fiend/7/2600/2300 When your opponent activates a card effect which causes you to control no monsters, you may Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned this way, select and activate 1 of the following effects: * Remove from play 1 card your opponent controls face-down. * Increase your Life Points by the number of cards your opponent controls x300. Purgatory Monstrosity Fire/Fiend/8/3000/3000 You can only Special Summon this card when your opponent’s card effect removes 2 or more monsters you control from the field in the same turn and removing those monsters from play face-down. When this card is Summoned this way, remove from play up to 3 cards on the field face-down. Appearance: A six-armed black beast with three talons on each of its hands. It has runic markings all over its body in the form of scars, and a long serpentine tail. Supreme Overlord of Purgatory Fire/Fiend/9/0/0 You may remove from play 2 cards you control face-down and pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon this card from your hand. This card’s Summon cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned, or Special Summoned by its effect successfully, remove from play up to a total of 2 cards in your opponent’s hand and/or field face-down. While this card is in face-up Attack Position, it is not destroyed as a result of battle and cannot be removed from the field by your opponent’s card effects. Omniscient Soul Collective of Purgatory Earth/Fiend/10/5000/4000 This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by paying 2000 Life Points while you have 5 or more cards removed from play face-down. This card’s Summon cannot be negated. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn it was Summoned. During each of your End Phases, remove from play 1 card on the field face-down. Appearance: A large mass of milky-white substance in the form of a humanoid with barely noticeable features of human and animal faces upon its surface in a very light gray.[/spoiler] [spoiler="Purgatory Spells and Traps"] Purgatory Contract Normal Spell Card Pay 1000 Life Points. Select and activate 1 of the following effects: * Remove from play up to 4 cards in your opponent’s Graveyard face-down. * Remove from play 1 face-up card on the field face-down. * Increase the ATK of a monster on the field with 0 ATK by 2500 until the End Phase of your next turn. Bliss of Nothingness Quick-Play Spell Card Remove from play any and all cards in your hand face-down, gain 1000 Life Points, and your opponent cannot declare an attack during their next Battle Phase. Purgatory - Space of Inexistence Field Spell Card Other Field Spell Cards cannot be activated. Each time a card is removed from play, a player may pay 100 Life Points and remove it from play face-down. When this face-up card is removed from the field, remove it from play face-down and gain 1000 Life Points. Appearance: Blank, except for a few faint gray lines and a small gate in the center of the card. Empty Void Normal Trap Card Remove from play all Special Summoned monsters on the field face-down. You cannot conduct your next Battle Phase or Normal Summon during the turn this effect was activated.. Inescapable Fate Normal Trap Card Activate only when an opponent’s monster is removed from the field. Remove from play that monster face-down.[/spoiler] [spoiler="Wager Cards"]Sleeve Ace Light/Fiend/12/4000/0 This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is affected by the effect of “Ante” or a “Wager” card, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent’s Life Points. Life Wager Continuous Spell Card This card cannot be destroyed or returned to your hand by your opponent’s card effects. During each player’s End Phase, that player may pay an amount of Life Points from 100 to 2000. Then, if that player does not receive at least half as much damage during their opponent's turn as Life Points paid, they gain twice as many Life Points as the amount they paid. Card Wager Normal Spell Card During your next Draw Phase, if you had not receive damage to your Life Points since this card’s activation, draw 3 cards instead of your normal draw. If you had received damage to your Life Points, you do not draw a card. Even Wager Normal Spell Card Each player selects 1 card on their field or in their hand and removes it from play face-down. During the End Phase of the respective player’s opponent’s turn, if the combined Level of all monsters on their side of the field is higher than the combined Levels of all face-up monsters on their opponent’s side of the field, that player returns the removed card to their field in its original position, the selects and activates 1 of the following effects: * Gain 2000 Life Points. * Draw 2 cards. * Destroy up to 2 cards on your opponent’s side of the field of the same Card Type. All In Normal Spell Card Activate only by discarding this card while the combined ATK of all monsters your opponent controls is higher than your current Life Points. This effect can be activated at any time. Your Life Points are treated as 8000 until the End Phase after the next.
