Fan Fic meant to progress as the current Yu-Gi-Oh TCG progresses (along with my own card adding). New cards added based on request. Yes you guys can decide what cards should be added to so and so's Deck, but I'll give my final decision. I will actually post some character art, but it won't look professional at all because I don't line art my work (or color >.<"). Any good deck builds will also be given rep(s). Yes, you may submit more than one.

It was a bright Sunday afternoon. The sky was all clear; no robberies, no police, no noise. Surprisingly, this was an abnormal day for everybody living in Stratos City. Stratos City was the center of all robberies, and often had to ship prisoners out to different cities. Plus its security was limited just like the people's funding, so the people had to defend themselves from the many gangs in their city, most especially the Saber Gang. The Saber Gang was a duelist gang notorious for robbing shops and duelist who lost to them. But what the people didn't know was that the Saber Gang had planned. Then a tall man, red haired, and wearing blue glasses, appeared. He looked at all the shops in town and grinned. His hand reached into his pocket and pulled out a deck. He jumped down causing a loud bang, almost like a gun.

"HEY PEOPLE!" He said, his face red. "The Saber Gang is back! Ha! I hope you had a lovely morning 'cause your afternoon will be even lovelier!" He looked behind him. "SAAAABERSSS!" Suddenly a sword case flew into the air and the man caught it. He walked in a circle. "Well I'm waiting!!" He yelled out behind him. Then you could hear loud stomps, sounding louder than rhinos and elephants. A large army of kids and teens all wearing rags and holding decks appeared. Then they all pulled out worn out duel disks each having their own individual scars on them. The tall man pulled out a duel disk that looked similar to his glasses. Spiked at the edges and looking nearly mint. "Let's duel city people!!" Then man said as he pulled out a katana from the sword case.

Then the army of kids and teens rushed towards the opened shops. The shop owners pulled out their own decks and duel disks and you could hear beeps constantly. It was the sign of a successful duel connection. Then holographic monsters appeared fighting one another. The tall red man watched grinning a big a smile. A small boy wearing gray torn rags then jumped from one of the buildings yelling, "Kite!!" he formed his legs to kick him in the tall man's face. He pulled out his sword case and blocked the kick while the case suffered some mild recoil. Then the boy pulled out his left fist going towards the man's stomach. His punch hesitated and pulled out his right fist and aimed for the man's face again. His fist quickly met the man's face, the impact also made a loud door slamming sound. "Kite!! How can I still call you my brother if you constantly raid the city. You don't even come home!" He said as his eyes poured out tears. "Come back!" His hands formed tight fists again. "Now!!!"

Kite was prepared for two fists coming his way so he pulled out his sword case, but instead a duel disk and a deck appeared. "Duel?" Kite's face looked puzzled. "How long? How long have you had that deck?" Kite got closer to the boy's face.

"Longer than you have been away from home!" Then he activated his duel disk. "Let's duel!"

"Bro..." Kite then looked at his duel disk. "Fine then. I accept your challenge!" Kit said as he activated his duel disk. "Ok let's start Ken!"

"Draw!" As Ken looked at the card he drew he grinned. "Yes! I summon Marauding Captain!" An armored soldier carrying two swords appeared. "Then I use its effect to Summon Tune Warrior from my hand!"

"Aha! I know what you're going to do!" Kite said as his face darkened.

"Yup." Ken said confidently. "Separately these cards may not be strong, but together as a new warrior their power shines! I Synchro Summon Gaia Knight, the Force of Earth!" A heavily armored knight holding two lance-like items appeared riding on a horse. "I'll set a face-down and end my turn."

"I see. Then I'll set 3 cards face-down and end my turn." One card appeared where monsters should be, while 2 others appeared where spells and traps should be.

[i]Two face-downs. One a monsters, 2 others a spell or trap...[/i] "Draw.." Ken looked at the two face-down cards in the spell and trap zone. "I'm taking the risk! Attack Gaia!" The knight's horse galloped towards the face-down monster.

"I see. I use the Trap card Scrap-Iron Scarecrow." A rusty pole appeared, attached to it many worn out things. "It negates your attack."

"Ok so that card over there is a trap that negates my attack." [i]What to do...[/i] "I end."

"Your done this turn. Bye Ken. I use the card Lightning Vortex! By discarding 1 card from my hand I can destroy all face-up monsters you control." Suddenly lightning surrounding the knight and his horse.

"Gaia!" Ken yelled as the lightning shattered the monster into pieces.

"Now I use the trap card Limit Impulse. By discarding 2 cards from my hand I can Special Summon 2 Soul Tokens." Kite discarded 2 cards and 2 ghostly figures appeared on the field. "I flip my face-down. XX-Saber Garsem appear!" Then a goat-like monster appeared on the field. "I tribute my Garsem and Soul Tokens to Summon The Wicked Dreadroot from my hand." A huge fiend monster that appeared to be plated with bones and had black wings also plated with bones.

"No." [i]Luckily I have my face-down if he attacks.[/i]

"I attack! Go Dreadroot!" The monster charged at Ken whose field had only 1 face-down card.

"Negate Attack!" Then a red vortex appeared neutralizing the monster's attack. "Phew..."

"Argh! I'll get you next turn." Kite said. "But I'll just leave a card face-down and end my turn."


"I draw!"[i]Yes this card! I'll win for sure now.[/i] "I set a face-down and end my turn." [i]Seeing as I can't summon any monsters my face-down will redirect his attack with Magical Cylinder.[/i]

"Draw." Kite looks at Ken's face-down as he draws. "Hmph. I attack! Go Dreadroot."

Ken smirked as the giant fiend charged towards him. "Magical Cylin-" Then Kite smiled as the card was activated.

"You lose. Mystical Space Typhoon!" Then a dark twister appeared and destroyed the Trap Card.

The the fiend continued its charge towards Ken. "N-" It slashed ferociously at him. "Gahh!" Ken flew across the battle field.

Everyone watched as Ken flew and slammed into a shop, breaking its glass windows. "Clean duel Ken. Everybody let's go! Interfere with the duel transmissions and jack up there disks!" Kite said as he walked back. Then all the gang members pressed several buttons. The people's duel disks vibrated and smoked up. "Raid 'em and go." Kite said as he jumped of a hill.

It's actually pretty good but it was a tad bit too short for my liking. A suggestion from me a fellow fan-fic writer (Currently I am working on two different ones maybe work on the suspense of the duel unless you intended Kite to completely demolish Ken, otherwise it was good.

I liked it... my only criticism would be to add the attack and defense stats of the monsters when they're summoned. But the amount of detail that you put into it is amazing. I look foward to reading future chapters.
