Help please

Hey everyone, just recreated my account today cause my old one somehow disappeared. I had like 120 cards made in the old one so i'm recreating them now so i was wondering if anybody could help me out. I have a few simple requests. Even though i've been making cards since early 2008 i don't know how to do the secret rare and ultimate rare effects.

1) Can someone teach me how to do the rarity effects? (Including Ghost rare)
2) Can i get some feedback on my old cards? i can only add one for now so i'll do one of my faves
3) I don't really play 5Ds so i refuse to add tuners, synchros, and the new monster types to my collections, but other than that are there any new rules that my cards are affected by?

Yeah i have Gimp so using that should be easy i just wasn't sure if there were any tutorials out there to help, thanks for your help though

My appologies, i'll remember not to use attachments from now on. Just wondering what do you mean by its underpowered?
