Mars got up and looked at Zaraii. He grabbed his hand, accepting his help. He smiled at Zaraii, and then looked at Zaraii's outfit and sash. He raised an eyebrow after he also seen the boy's headband. "That doesn't make much sense", he said as he looked closely at the boy's headband tied around his arm. Weren't the Twelve Guardian Ninja a group of twelve elite warriors who had left their village and had pledged their lives to protect the Fire Daimyo?" he said with his eyebrow still raised. "If so, what would someone from the Land of Bears want to protect a leader from the Land of Fire?" he asked with much curiosity. He thought about the guardians. "Is this boy really one of them?" he thought to himself.

Zaraii's face darkened as he heard the boy's question. "Well...I suppose I have time to tell my story", he said as he plopped down on the ground of the village. "I'm sure you don't know the entire history of the Twelve Elite Guardians, so let me tell you all I know", he said as he took in a deep breath. "The Twelve Guardian Ninja have for a long time protected the daimyo. All the original members are dead, but the group continues to operate. Along time ago, half of the original members began to believe that only the daimyo should lead the Land of Fire. To that end they planned a coup d'etat against the Hokage, and planned to later conquer the rest of the countries. The different ideals split the group in two, which led to a fight between them that only three of the original members survived", he said, looking at the ground. He then looked up at Mars. "I traveled away from my village in search of power, and came across the group, which of course had new members. I told them about me, and so they took me in and trained me. I have taken on their beliefs as my own, that is why I am a member of the Guardians", he said with a serious look.

Kayno was traveling on Kai's back to Amegakure just below the clouds. He looked up to the sky, he liked to watch the clouds roam freely in the air. "How envious I am, these clouds are not affected by the chaos of war. While we struggle to survive in this harsh world, they just float over us and laugh. I wonder if right now I am the only one returning from my mission. Toto and Hiraku are both very skillful, and there is no way they would have to take more than 6 minutes against the Nanabi. What do you think Kai, am I going to be the only one at base?" Kai just shrugged. Kayno now looked down and saw none other than Amegakure ahead of them. "Amegakure, the crossroad of the county of fire, earth, and wind. The perfect place for an organization like Akatsuki. The genius Pain was born here, Kai. Drop me here," Kayno said. Kai dived down out of sight and once he was near ground level Kayno jumped off his back. He performed transformation jutsu to look like a common Rain-nin. Then he walked into Amega kure, going toward the Akatsuki hide out.

Mars' eyes widened as he realized all that Zaraii had said. "You should ask the Hokage if we can be in a squad", Mars said with a smile. "You seem nice, and I'm sure I could help you train", he said as his smile grew. "I'm supposed to be on an A rank mission right now to take down some ninja from the Hidden Sand Village. The Hokage told me that it is a very special squad, due to the fact that they are all Jashinists. I researched it and it turns out Jashin is the god worshiped in Jashinism. Jashin, according to my research of course, expects that all followers of Jashin, or Jashinists, bring nothing less than utter destruction and death. They apparently have special skills that had proved to be fatal to all else who try and stop them. It is even said that they all have a secret jutsu that makes them immortal", he said as his face darkened. "Hidan of the original Akatsuki was a part of the Jashin religion as well, so the followers must be powerful indeed".

Zaraii thought about the offer, and chose to accept. "Alright, I'm with you, should we head out now?" he said with a raised eyebrow. "This kid has no idea what power I posses", Zaraii thought to himself. He thought about what Mars had said. "Immortals huh?" he said as he scratched his head. "I'm sure we can take them", he said as he gave Mars a big thumbs up. "Maybe we should train together first though", he said with a smile. Mars nodded and they both headed out to an open forest area near the village. "I'm going to come at you like an enemy, alright?" he said as he began to make hand signs quickly. "Lightning Release, Sixteen Pillar Bind", he said as he finished. Zaraii created sixteen giant pillars, which then formed a giant oven-like structure to trap Mars. Once Mars was trapped in the oven-like box, lightning shot out toward him. "I'm not done yet, Fire Release, Fired Pottery Technique", he said as he made more hand signs. Zaraii created powerful flames inside the giant oven created by the Lightning Release, Sixteen Pillar Bind, attempting to cook Mars. He was ready to dispel the technique, for he wasn't trying to kill Mars.

Mars looked around as lightning and flames came his way inside of the over-sized oven. He smirked and made a few hand signs. " Water Release, Exploding Water Colliding Wave". Mars spat out a great volume of water from his mouth, swallowing up and crushing the flames with a surge of water. Mars began to ride the wave, allowing him to move at high speed, which allowed him to exit through the opening within the oven. He smirked as he landed on what was now, not a forest, but a small ocean. He made a few more quick hand signs. "Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors", he said with a smile. As he did, twenty one mirrors formed around the two, and Mars jumped into the mirrors. On all of the mirrors, there were reflections of Mars. They all laughed. They then all made hand signs within the mirrors. "Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death", they all said. Mars gathered some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directed them to strike Zaraii. All of the reflections grinned as the needles headed toward Zaraii.

"Please, they're not scared of me personally," Toto said, "and you know it. If you hadn't said my name, they probably wouldn't even know who I was. But it's the uniform man," Toto said, tugging on his left sleeve with his right hand. "They're afraid of this silly cloak. Which is fine with me personally. You're the one scaring them, making wild claims that I might kill someone. Please, I'm just hungry. Cook!" Toto called, turning his attention back to the chef. "How's that shortcake coming along?"
"It's coming along v-very good sir. But-"
"But?" Toto asked with an emphasized upward inflection.
"It is slow going with the other gentle man's order of rice balls, sir..."
"That's fine!" Toto said. "Take your time." Toto looked at Hiraku first then to the two anbu sitting at the back. "Well what do you know, both appetites settled in one outing. how joyful."

"Very well.... If we've came to an agreement.... Then I will now be of service to you.... The Akatsuki hideout.... do you mind bringing there....?" the Upekkha Path asked. "First, let's return to the forest...." the Upekkha Path said. The Khanti Path walked passed Aezlea and then stopped. Suddenly, a dimesional rift opened again. "Shall we....?" the Khanti Path said calmly with the smirk on his face.

-Meanwhile-

"Well these Akatsuki cloaks are rather.... intimidating." Hiraku responded. One of the waiters brought a plate of onigiri or rice balls to the table. "H-Here you go sir, enjoy." the waiter said and then backed away. Hiraku took one and began to slowly eat it. "Hmm, not bad.... Anyways, those ANBU operatives over there, they don't seem to be making any rash moves so we shouldn't either.... We'll take care of them after we had our fill." Hiraku stated while taking another bite of his rice ball.

"Oh I know that," Toto said, looking at Hiraku's order enviously. "It's just that my order is taking so long..."
The chef almost froze in his place. "I-I'll have it done in a minute!" he proclaimed. Toto looked at him, annoyed, and said, "I'm not trying to bully you into faster service, I'm just hungry!" Toto growled and turned away from the chef. "Besides, shortcake done fast isn't shortcake at all..." Toto eyed the two anbus and saw they were eying him. After the meal huh? Well that won't take too awful long... but still. It's getting on my nerves the way these people are acting. I honestly came in here for FOOD not blood. Oh well, I guess that's a downfall of being an akatsuki Toto thought with a smile. Even when you have innocent intentions it's hard to trust us... actually, it's impossible. "After the meal you say?" Toto said, turning to Hiraku. "Well, you've certainly made it no big secret to hide that fact from our friends over there. I'm sure they can hear everything we're saying, so why make it so obvious?" At that moment, The chef came around with Toto's custom order of shortcake. "H-here you go sir, please enjoy." Toto looked at the chef and then down to his shortcake. "Hey... this is in a bowl. Why?"
"Well, it's just that, we don't have any small plates for shortcake or anything like that, so-"
"I understand," Toto said, picking up the chop sticks that came with his bowl of shortcake. He took off a piece of the shortcake and ate it. Once he had chewed it over and swallowed, he looked at the chef. "batter could have been mixed more... but other than that, it's alright." Toto quickly darted his hand inside of his cloak. The chef fell back a couple of steps instinctively. The anubus in the back tensed up. "Relax," Toto said, taking his hand out slowly with a few coins in his grip. "I'm just paying for the meal." Toto placed the coins down and slid them away from his bowl. "Thanks for the custom shortcake."

"Does it matter if they can here us? From the first moment we walked in here, and from the first moment they saw us it was decided.... Either they will run away or they'll stay and fight.... Besides.... Making things more obvious for fools will be helpful to them.... If they are smart then they would know that they stand no chance when faced against us...." Hiraku explained. After awhile of eating, Hiraku stood up from the table as he watched Toto pay for his food. "Well you're done? Alright, do what you want, I'll be outside. Make sure to catch up to me." Hiraku said as he walked out the restaurant and walked off.

Toto took another bite of short cake and smiled, "No problem," he said to Hiraku. As Hiraku left, one of the anbu began to get up from his table. "Don't even think of moving!" Toto said. "I'm just come from a disappointing battle and only alright shortcake, I need something to get my spirits up," Toto pointed his chop sticks at the anubus, "and you're just the thing. You both know that you can't defeat either me or my partner, but you can run away with the information that there are two akatsuki in this area. I can't allow this," Toto said, dropping his chop sticks inside of his now empty bowl. "Now then, gentlemen, be so kind as to save me the trouble of dragging you outside and follow me," Toto said as he walked past the anbus and out the door. He looked over and saw Hiraku waiting for him a short distance away. It would have to be far enough. Toto turned around and saw the two anbus already outside waiting. Toto smiled and licked his lips. "Now then," he said. Toto formed quick an agile hand signs for a moment and this disappeared using the body flicker technique. The anbu barely had enough time to look around before Toto was behind them. Before they could react, Toto touched each of the backs of their heads and said aloud, "Ink Death." From Toto's fingers sprouted the ink that began to wrap around the anbus faces like a parasitic fungus. It was all Toto needed to do. Within seconds the ink had cover their faces and was already in their blood stream. It wouldn't be long before they drowned in ink from every pore. Toto walked over to Hiraku and stopped. "It's not nearly the most satisfying way to kill for me. In fact, I'm still not satisfied. But I know you're in a hurry. So let's go."

"It's not the most satisfying way to kill, but it'll have to do for now. The seal's weakening, so there's no time to enjoy a battle unless you want to wait for this Biju to come out and fight us itself. In any case, we need to find something else to do after this. I'm saying this for you because you look rather bored. Me, I already need to take care of my plants, but I don't think you have anything to do." Hiraku said.

"No, I don't," Toto said. "Picking on Anbu is just too easy, and we can't fight another Biju until we're told to... I need someone to fight..." Toto looked down at where Hiraku had hidden the scroll and saw it twitch slightly. "But like you said, we've got other things to do right now. Let's deliver this biju, then we'll find out what I'm to do. Come on." Toto jumped ahead using the body flicker and awaited for Hiraku to catch up, leaving behind Paddy's Shack and the two dead anbu in the dust.

After Toto had moved on ahead, Hiraku continued to walk slowly. "{Sigh} It seems I can't implement things just yet...." Hiraku said to himself before jumping off and catching up to Toto. "We should be able to arrive at the hideout within an hour, so let's pick up the pace a bit shall we?" Hiraku and Toto continued jumping through the forest. However, they were interrupted by the appearance of two figures. They each had orange hair and weird eyes (Rinnegan). One was a male and the other, a female. It was the Panna Path and the Dana Path of the Six Paths of Enlightenment. "Akatsuki...." the Panna Path uttered as he looked at Hiraku and Toto.

Toto stopped in his path and looked at the two figures before him. "These two... they look a bit off don't they?" he asked himself. Toto sighed, as he did his cloak fell from his shoulders again, and thought They may look odd, but they're probably not worth the fight. Giving the pair one last look, Toto look at Hiraku and said, "We need to get back. The sooner we get that done, the sooner you can cultivate your plants and I can go.... find something to do."

"Right...." Hiraku responded to Toto's idea and turned around to head a different way. In a sudden flash, the Panna Path disappeared from its original spot and appeared in the other direction where Hiraku and Toto were about to go. The Panna Path then took out a kunai. "You two.... Will fight...." the Panna Path stated calmly. The Dana Path then jumped over to the Panna Path's side. "You are not going anywhere...." the Dana Path said calmly. "What speed.... That guy over there.... That was really fast...." Hiraku said.

"What are you talking about?" Toto asked Hiraku. "I saw them just fine." But the truth is... I did have trouble even keeping an eye on his silhouette... Toto turned to the two unknown adversaries and said, "Look, I know you know who we are. So why pick a fight? We are the akatsuki. We created the things you were afraid of as a child, we are the monsters hiding underneath your bed. You don't even know what you're getting into. Although," Toto said smiling, "If you're ballsy enough to actually challenge us, I think I could have a bit of fun with this..." Toto looked back at Hiraku and the troubled look on his face. "But unfortunately we're busy. Step aside, or we will fight," Toto said menacingly.

"I guess we should return to the forest" Aezlea said as he looked at the Upekkha Path. He waited as the Khanti Path opened a dimesional rift "Well after you my friend" he smiled as he saw the smirk on the Khanti Path's face"

Imi ran through the forest eating the second fish she had stored away "this is just as good as the first one.....maybe I should have cooked more or at least caught more, but mabe later after I return to the base....I wonder what Aezlea is doing" she smiles "I wonder if Toto and Hiraku are doing well" she laughs "I bet they are probually getting in some trouble" she continues running while looking around "This place seems kinda weird".

"You fool I'm talking about how fast he is not if you can see him or not.... but now's not the time for arguments...." Hiraku said, keeping his eyes on the two strange individuals. "Those eyes...." Hiraku muttered to himself. "Fear....? Child....? You are in no position to be using that word little boy.... And you have no understanding of the word 'fear'...." the Panna Path responded calmly. "It looks like that one is the stronger of the two.... And they don't seem to be moving...." Hiraku said. "Step aside....? We have no intentions to...." the Dana Path said. "Allow us to enlighten you...." the Panna Path said. Just then the Dana Path placed one hand towards Hiraku and Toto. Suddenly, string-like chakra shot out from each finger and headed towards Hiraku and Toto.

-Meanwhile-

The Khanti Path stepped through and awaited for Aezlea.

Toto didn't move as the string like chakra wrapped around his body. As it tightened around Toto, he began to laugh. At first it was a chuckle then it was full out laughter. "Please," Toto said as the strings tightened, "you think this is enough to stop me? Ha! Those dead anbu back there have more sense than you." Toto made a single hand sign and his skin began to turn black and bulge. The areas between the chakra strings stretched out like ooze and began to take shape, the shape of Toto's head and shoulders. He smiled at the two paths before him and stepped away from his ink clone unscathed. When both of his feet were out of the clone, it fell to the ground, liquefied. "I must admit though," Toto said, still smiling. "Those strings of yours did tickle. Now then, it's my turn." Toto made furious hand signs and held his hand over the puddle of ink beside him. The ink began to rise and form together, creating a sphere. When all the ink was off of the ground and in Toto's hand, he held it out in front of him. "Special Jutsu, Ink ball." Toto's smile broadened as he squeezed his hand, there for dispersing the pink ball into hundreds of tiny ink droplets. "Now then, dodge this," Toto said, lifting up his other hand and swiping it at the two paths, sending a large group of his tiny ink balls towards them.

The ink clone had been impaled by the strings as it dropped to the floor. As the tiny droplets of ink began falling towards the two Paths, they just stood there silently. The Dana Path then flexed a couple of her fingers. Suddenly the ink on the ground jumped towards the tiny inkballs. Without doing anything, the ink itself jumped into every direction the ink balls were dropping, catching every single drop. The ink then morphed into a clone of Toto. The clone then dashed at Toto ready to strike, but then a tree branch impaled the clone, pinning it against a tree. The Panna Path disappeared from its position and reappeared in front of Toto with a kick towards Toto's chest.

Aezlea walked in after the Khanti Path.

Imi stopped as she felt two huge chakra sources appeard out of no where "W...what is that it seems like I know but I don't.....what is it". She turns into the direction she is feeling the chakra coming from The Orouborus ring begins to glow "Whats going on......" the ring stops glowing "I don't understand whats going on with this thing...It hasnt hasn't reacted like that in a long time". She then sensed another charka the same as the other two some where else in the forest this time the Sage's Magatama begin to glow "I don't get this at all........."

Toto bent forward with the kick to the chest and even had to dig his heels in in order to stay on his feet. For a second or two he was silent. As the Panna path was taking their foot back, Toto grabbed their ankle and smiled. "Oh I miss Judged you, you're no ordinary opponents, are you?" Toto straightened up and looked at the Panna path with a certain gleam in his eye and a snarl in the way he smiled. "It's been a long time sense a kick from a person that wasn't from the akatsuki actually hurt, but that did for sure." Toto took a strong grip and the Panna path's ankle and twisted. "I'm going to enjoy this." Laughing, Toto lifted the Panna path into the air and threw them away from him. He made furious hand signs once more and said, "Ink Rain jutsu." Raising both of his hands above his head, dark clouds formed around the small group and multi-colored drops began to fall from said cloud.

Zaraii smiled as he realized what had happened. His opponent proved more deadly than he expected. "Fire Release, Great Dragon Fire Technique", he said as he jumped into the air, dodging the senbon. Zaraii compressed a large amount of chakra built up inside his body and changed it into a dragon-shaped fireball. He then skillfully manipulated that great fire, and attacked all of the mirrors. He watched as they, one by one, shattered. The flames have a high temperature, as they created an upward movement of air currents which in turn gave rise to thunder clouds. As the mirrors broke, he laughed. "I guess that is quite a bit of bad luck".
