I want a "cool sig". Width 400-500 px, Height 150-300 px. It shall have Vega and Chun-li from Street Fighter 4, with a fitting background. If you can't do them, try Ryu and Ken...Do it as long as you can, the longer the better. I will pay up to 200 points, but I may tip you if I think it's very good...
