"I hope you're right Joey," Evangeline said crossing her arms, eyeing the two people who Joey had hugged, and then turned around. She stopped only once to see if they were following . . . and they were . . . before continuing on her way.

It had been a couple days since Dante and Alyssa joined her and her new personal guard, Joey. Looking up from the campfire she slowly ran some tree sap over her burns, "At least the itching stopped" she thought with relief. Joey and the opthers had told her she was a vampire, but nothing in her memory hinted to being a creature of the night. Yet there was so many facts pointing to that reality; the skin burning during the daylight, not being able to drink normal water, and being more comfertable during the night time. However it's those very facts that scare Evangeline the most, she didn't want to be a monster.

Having been brought to meet Lord Sammael personally the leader, in an act of divine forgiveness, swayed the charges of 'trator' away and gladly welcomed H back into the fold of Hunter Society. After hearing the story H had to tell the leader turned to buisness, the Vampire Council and the escaped Princess.

"I have sent as many Hunters as I could spare, but they've yet to find her," he said pacing back and forth, "I would like you, H, to attempt to capture her . . . also!"

Pulling out a card he handed it to H before growing solemn, "There is a side mission I need you to achieve as well . . . that little b*stard you see before you has, suprisingly, given us a lot of trouble- eliminate him."

THAT conversation was three days ago

Now Sammael sat back in his chair, deep in mediation, and only swayed slightly to dodge the blowgun arrow which whizzed by his head. Not even opening an eye he grinned as the shadow of a small girl appeared in the upper right corner, "Are you sure you want H to capture the princess and kill the boy?"

"Of course my darling 'daughter'," Sammael said eyeing the woman from the corner of his eye, "After all despite having abandoned the organization, he is the best tracker we possess . . ."

OoC: Uh, who is the one I'm supposed to get rid of?

H looked at the picture in his hand and wondered why he was given a mission of assassination when he only intends to kill anyone who gets in his way. Maybe that's why, since he already explained everything that had happened to him over the last few months. No matter the reason, he wouldn't turn down a mission, especially from Lord Sammael. Jumping through the trees and looking about the area carefully, he begins his search.

Today...

H had been searching for this man for some time, and it appears that he is harder to look for than he had expected. 3 days and I haven't found a single clue as to where this guy could, or better yet, who this guy is that Lord Sammael wants me to get rid of so much? he thought as he stopped and came upon footprints. Seeing them leaving a trail, he decided to follow the footsteps, and maybe they might lead to the one in the picture. He then looked at the picture again. "Who is this guy and what is the purpose of this mission?" he asked himself.

<OOC: Don't worry Swift I'm introducing him now>

Hunters Society Camp No. 18
Special Notes: Regular Training Field of new Hunter members, A.K.A. "New Bloods".
Vital Weaknesses: Obvious lack of order due to mindset of new trainees
Strong Defenses: Well trained "Master" Hunters, though only 3-4 at a time: Best avoid DIRECT contact

That was what the note read as the young boy watched from afar, his eyes easily seeing the most minute detail despite the far range he was at. Sneering with a fanged grin he laughed to himself, "So maybe it's not the Hunters Society's main base . . . but taking out this training camp should cause a problem for the humans for a good while."

Standing up the boy placed his knitted, dirty cap on his head before hopping down off the tree; not even bothered by the fact it was over ten feet tall. Confidently he began walking towards the campsite and, before getting too close, began to act as if he was ill. Stumbling, getting covered in dirty as he did, he would look around dazed and completely unaware of where he was. Making his way to the front entrance like this took a while, but the results were astounding. When the guards saw a young man stumbling out of the woods as if he had come down with a bad fever they dropped their guards immediately to rush to aid him. once they got there they managed to catch him before he fell face first and gaved worried looks to each other when they heard his rasby breathing, "S-Should we get him inside?"

"I-I think so, he doesn't sound too good . . ."

That was all that needed to be done. Lifting their newfound "guest" by his shoulders and his legs they brought him inside and to the nursery before leaving to find a doctor. Now all alone within the Hunters camp the sly child stood up and grinned, "If these humans didn't have those d*mn guns they'd've been no worry . . ."

Removing his hood he let his ears flop back upright, unravveled his tail from around his waist, and waited for the three humans to walk back in. Getting a good deal of amusement from their expressions when they realized they'd brought in a creature, more specifically a werewolf, he attacked. Within minutes he had taken out most of the human hunters and had lit nearly all of the bhuildings on fire. Laughing atop the final one as it slowly began to become engulfed he looked around, "Go ahead . . . RUN! I, Kotaro Mibu, head leader of the Noble Lycan Clan will continue to hunt you down until not a human remains in our land!!!"

Disappearing into the flames for a 'mysterious" escape the wolf child, actually teenager if you're going by dog years, had no idea that the Leader of the Hunters has sent someone after him . . .

At the edge of the hill near the training camp, H looked at what he was seeing. The horror of what he saw caused his hands to shake in fear. He then shook his head and stood with a serious look on his face. "It looks like I finally found him, time to finish this." he said to himself as he jumped down to the bottom of the hill and ran into the blazing inferno. Seeing a severely injured Hunter, H asked, "Who destroyed this training camp? Who's responsible?" "K-Kotaro Mibu, head leader of the Noble Lycan Clan." said the injured man. "H-he disguised himself as an injured boy and we all dropped our guard on him. Ugh, we brought him into the infirmary and that's when he attacked. He killed most of us, and set this camp ablaze. Do you plan on killing him?" "Lord Sammael ordered me to eliminate him. Where is he now?" "He's near the opposite end of the camp, where there are still some uninjured survivors and the flames haven't spread there yet." "Thanks. When I'm done with him, I'll come back and bring you to the next camp over and have you recuperate from your injuries." H then stood up and looked in the direction he was going to go. "You kill my fellow Hunters, I'll never forgive you!" He then ran in the direction he intended. He looked at the current damage, the buildings starting to fall down and break apart. As he ran he got closer to Kotaro and closer to the end of his mission.

Having managed to dispatch the "masters" of the training camp rather easier than even Kotaro had expected, he assumed they were just graduated, he sat atop one of them eating away. Munching on some reserve stock of lamb he poked into the deceased man's head with a little bit of a frown, "Man this turned out to be a complete waist of my time! A wolf pup coulda finished you lot off without breaking a sweat . . . no need to've come'mer myself."

"Oh well," Kotaro said hopping off his seat before stretching, the leg of lamb clenched in his canines, and enjoyed the warmth of the burning buildings. Then he heard something he wasn't expecting, the sound of someone yelling at him. Normally if it had been a member of his tribe he wouldn't've been so surposed, after all they always came to check up on him, but instead this sounded . . . even smelled . . . human. Looking over he could see the Hunter, running at him, yell once more about taking revenge for what he had done. Taking the leg of lamb out of his mouth Kotaro tilted his head with a sigh, "Look if you're some measly survivor I forgot to pick off then just go on and git . . . I'm done'er and don't feel like spoilin' dinner."

"However if you feel like throwing away your life for a lost cause human!" and once he finished Kotaro placed the lamb back into his mouth and crouched down, ready to charge when he saw an opening.

H ran for Kotaro, flames ignited in his hands by absorbing the flames from the burning buildings. "You've hurt so many lives...I'll never forgive you!" H ran closer and closer to Kotaro as his rage towards him is nearing its limit. His emerald eyes have now turned blood red once again and he yelled, "You won't get away with this!" H then jumped up into the air and swords of fire formed in both of his hands as he came down towards Kotaro. In an attempt to kill him instantly, He slashed his blades down to the ground, hoping to have actually hit. "Your time is up!"

"Oh r'lly?" Kotaro mocked from behind H as the dust kicked up by the attack settled. The wolf boy had somehow managed to speed his way past H wihtout ever being noticed before skidding to a stop and didn't even bother to attack. Instead he gave a sarcastic smile and crouched down again, tossing the lamb bone away, and gave a low growl. His ears perked upright and tail low to the ground his position was that of an actual dog . . . but the narrow eyes reminded H of a cat. In an instant Kotaro had vanished from his crouched position, leaving an afterimage, and appeared directly in front of his enemy. Hand pulled back for a massive punch only one of his eyes were visable under the mass of black fur . . . err . . . hair and he gave three words before slamming his fist into H, "Too slow human . . ."

"....I want you two to follow me as you are doing nothing of interest", they nodded and stepped in behind her. "Fools get your weapons first...Sheesh" The two scrambled to their shared tent and came out with gleaming golden swords. Then they returned back into position behind her "Good now lets go" She slightly began to flout in the air only inches away from the ground moving toward the forest. "You two will be accompanying me on my flight tomorrow. We will be taking on a ship and WE will Win. However, you are not to kill any of the men. You are to not die in battle. Do I make Myself Clear?" They both nodded.......

.......She and her two men had managed to get everything underway. There was some unrest from the other men due to a great deal of jealousy, sadly for them though they couldn't act due to very specific orders. She walked into the clearing near her camp with her two men at her side. She aloud her long golden hair to change into the glorious wings that aloud her to look like an angel. She began to rise in the air and as her feet became level with Max's and Kevin's heads they grabbed on. In an instant they to began to rise. With this She turned left and picked up speed into the direction of the "Shores of the Fallen".....

Arriving at her destination the mysterious beauty landed gracefully in a single fluid motion, adding to the eleigance of her appearance. With minions aside the smell of the land around her brought about a questioning sensation until the metallic stench of blood filled her nostrals. It was then she noticed the man a few yard off, soaking the sand with his blood, and lying face down nearing death with every second. From his uniform she could realize he was a member of the Hunters Society, but was missing the insignia that all members carried on their left shoulder; the area where it should have been having been torned and mangled.

Kotaro's fist slammed clean into H as he sent the Hunter flying into a burning building. Standing back up he acted cooly, cracking his knuckles as he turned away from the ablazed building, and grinned, "Did that oaf of a leader think just a single one of you'd be 'nuff to stop me? Don't underestimate a member of the Mibu tribe!"

With that the boy crouched down and transformed himself into a small black dog, indistinguishable from any other mutt which roamed the lands, and darted off into the dark forest. Racing back and forth through the trees Kotaro kept his ears open to ensure he wasn't being followed. Once he was clear out of danger he turned his direction from east, towards the mountains renouned for being a part of his clan's territory, to east west and a local farming village. Once he broke through the forest of trees he stopped running and simply walked into the town with not a care in the world, all the way until he reached the feet of a human girl that appeared to be his age. Crouching down the girl smiled and ran her hand through his matted fur, "Kibi where did you run off to this time? You smell like smoke . . ."

"Alright, this is nothing. I can probably take them with Artaxes if I really wanted to, but just to see the looks of sheer terror on these thieves' faces, I'll be using Glaurung." He took out the largest sword in his arsenal and swung it around before actually getting into a fighting stance. His strength had increased so much from training all those years before, that even with the size of the blade, he was able to wield it with a single hand. He charged at them, with no intent on holding back. He laughed manically, enjoying himself more than usual. He spoke to himself as he charged, saying, "After all those years of training, the only times I've had this much fun was when I was killing any Harpies and Minotaurs that passed me by."

The thiefs were stunned that the man before them so easily wielded the gigantic sword, catching it with a single hand and then charging at them. Ducking out of the way as fast as they could, some weren't so lucky and got caught in the ensuing rush; those unfortunate ones being cut clean in half. Once the man stopped his rush the ones who'd survived leapt from their hidding spots, brandishing their weapons, and charged at him as he had done them. Before they reaching him however the leader of the thieves, a tall muscular man, stepped up and spoke, "Enough men! If the rest of you die then this will be a failed raid . . . and I will not allow that."

"Your opponent is me," the leader said pulling out his two brass knuckles out.

Somewhere in his mind, Kiran knew that this man was on another level than any of the men that he had just killed. He decided he would instead take some different measures and drew Ilmatar. He returned Glaurung to its hilt and drew Aedan with the hand he just freed. Drawing the power of Ilmatar, he spun it quickly in front of him, forcing a surge of wind directly toward the man in front of him. Feeling he needed an extra bit of power, he used Aedan to send a large wave of fire straight to the man's face. He then stopped spinning Ilmatar and used it to send a large gust of wind to sweep the man's legs.

Lifting his blades up slightly the man was suprised when his opponent drew another weapon out and slashed it at the air in front of him. A powerful blast of wind directly towards him and began forcing him back, nearly knocking him off his feet. To prevent from being throwen back completely he placed his arms in front of himself, forming a cross, and quickly sent out some of hic chi to resist the wind blast's effect. When he was finished blocking the wall of air he looked up to see a wave of flames, hitting him directly so hard he was thrown back into a building wall. Forcing himself back up to his feet the man sumbled before being knocked off his feet. Getting up a bit he looked to see the man in a fighting stance, "D*mn this guy is better than I thought . . ."

Morte was struggling, he had just escaped the raid of a cloaked man, "D-damn humans!" he thought to himself, Morte's armor was damaged badly and he was bleeding everywhere, "I-If I don't get some help soon, I could die..." Morte thought, he never doubted his ability to live, until now... Morte struggled, leaning against trees, "Damn... I'm leaving a trail of blood..." Morte then dropped his weapons and his armor fell off. "Who was that.... That man...." Morte then remembered that night months ago, before he was this badly injured...

the other night...
Milite marched through the forests to the Altar Lycan Tribe, the largest Lycan clan of the area and most powerful militia. Milite goes in alone first. "The wolves refused to move, we gave them warning, and now... I have my fun." Milite walked up to the northern gate alone, the two guards pulled out swords and ordered him, "Show your face! Are you Human? Or Ally?" one ordered, Milite then snickered, he then took out a pistol and pointed it at one of the two guards. "Get h-" Milite pulled the trigger and the bullet went straight through the wolf's head, then before the other Lycan could alert the tribe, Milite used his telekinetic powers to throw and drown the guard in a close by lake, presumably the tribes main water source. None was aware of the mass genocide that was about to take place.

Milite signaled for his Militia to come up quietly, the other guards were taken care of and the militia lit fire to the entire village. The fire burned quickly and the screams of a young female Lycan awoke the rest of the Tribe. Many tried to escape but the troops surrounded all the exits and shot at the Lycan, they killed all of the Women, children, and the males, sure Milite had some losses, but not as great as the Lycan. Their leader awoke in panic and ran out of his home, he began slaughtering humans. Milite knew this one couldn't be killed easily, so he decided to kinetically pick him up and threw him outside the perimeter of the village, by the end of the night, over 300 innocent lives were taken...

As Morte wandered through the forest, drenched in his own blood, and lost in memories of his massive loss he hadn't noticed the flickering of a torch light up in frotn of him. If it was a human out hunting game he'd be killed without question, if it was a woman out harvesting some herbs she could alert her village, and if it was a Hunter he'd be captured before slowly being interrortaged to death; either way he was completely screwed unless by his lucky stars it was another supernatural creature. As he got closer the figure behind the torchlight seemed small and diminuative, possibly a dwarf, and the sound of the figure rustling about in the foliage gave note that whoever it was had yet to notice him.

Morte began walking slower and then he heard something, something... odd. rustling, rustling in the bushes. "What the?" Morte quickly turned around and picked up his sword, "Come out! Whoever you are!" Morte said on weak legs, his left one having been cut badly, he was panting too as the pain was excruciating. "You heard me!" Morte said slowly walking towards the bushes.

Meanwhile...
Milite was visiting a nearby farming village, as part of his routine and noticed a small dog traversing the streets, "A dog?" he said to himself, "No, a pup." He then watched as a little girl picked it up, "His name is Kibi then?" Milite said to the little girl, "You know little girl, you should be careful, you never know... When you might loose him." Milite then gave the little girl a dog treat he had got for his own dog back home. "Here, use this so you don't end up loosing him, I'm sure that mutt will come right for it." Milite then went back to traversing the streets.

"P-Please sir rest your sword," the voice of a scared woman said through the blackness of the night. The quick motions of someone moving through the thick grass and then the sight of the person picking up the torch to move closer. Walking towards Morte was a woman roughly his age with deep, dark blue hair and eyes that never blinked as she stopped close to him. Reaching her hand out the woman almost seemed to have trouble getting her hand to teh sword's tip, but once she had she moved it away and gave a warm gentle smile, "You sound injured terribly and you seem to have lost a lot of blood. I have a small cabin nearby and it just so happens I was out looking for some herbs for healing. I could treat your wounds for you sir, or else they might become diseased."

Whoever this woman was it seemed that, despite being human, she had no fear what so ever about speaking to a werewolf who had been pointing a sword at her jugular a couple seconds beforehand. If anything her warm, gentle smile was all the more unnerving because of how relaxed she seemed to be.

In A Village

The young girl watched as the military official walked off after having handed her a dog treat for Kiba. Looking at it in her hand she crouched down, scooped the dog into her arms, and pointed the canine in the direction of the officer, "Do you see him Kiba? That man is supposed to protect us from all shorts of nasty bad guys who want to eat us for dinner!"

Kotaro already knew this, but the scent wafting off of the man who'd just past smelt more like fledgling blood and festuring wounds than a noble man out saving his fellow man. Resisting the urge to completely blow his cover and assassinate the man he instead settled for just growling angrly as the enemy went out of sight. However even this small act of aggression was met with a light pop on the head and a lesture from the young girl as she told him to 'be a good boy.'

OOC: lol the Kiba thing was funny. I laughed hard.

IC: "Tch..." Morte said slowly lowering his sword, "How can I trust a human like-" Morte then fell to his knees and coughed up some blood, "D-Damn, looks like I'm gonna die if I don't get some help... I guess..." Morte didn't want to, hell he didn't even want to think about it! But he needed help, "Fine... you can help me... But the moment you try to call some soldier to kill me, I'll kill you." Morte said, he really didn't trust any human, but he knew he needed help so he just gave her that little warning.

MEANWHILE!

Milite walked down the streets of the small village and looked out for any dangers, "Heh, this town is peaceful, good. It'll make my patrol easier..."

"You have a problem with soldiers?" the woman asked innocently lowering herself so she could lift Morte up. Without another word she aided him all the way to her cabin, about a mile east, and then inside. Through a haze of pain Morte could still see it was a simple cabin with only the accomidations to live and hardly any luxtioury. The woman laid him down on what felt like a straw bed and gently dabbed his forehead with a wet rag. Getting up she moved knowingly throughout her house and gathered some things before quickly kneeling back down beside him. Taking some of the leaves which she had been picking she c rushed them up into a paste, slavered it over Morte's open wounds, and bandaged them with whatever she could spare or find. After thirty minutes of this Morte was completely bandaged up, but still in no position to move from the bed. Sitting down in a chair the woman gave a sigh, wipped her forehead, and spoke calmly, "You should be alright, try to get some rest . . . in the morning I'll change your bandages . . ."

Meanwhile

A young officer ran up to Milite as he patroled the village, looking for anything suspicious. Out of breath the man took a second to compose himself before saluting to Milite, "Sir we've just recieved orders from Lord Sammael! He has recieved reports that the Lycan Village you clensed had a survivor . . ."

Morte allowed the woman to bandage him up and take care of him, "Maybe, maybe this woman is different from other humans..." Morte looked around the room, it was simple, innocent too. Morte then turned his head to the woman, who he began to trust, "Let me ask you something, why did you not run from me when I had my sword to your neck?" Morte asked curiously as her reaction was an odd one for a human.

MeAnWhIlE

Milite glared at the soldier, "What?" Milite turned around and took a deep breath, "Soldier, send Lord Sammael my apology, and tell him, that I will deal with that damned Lycan." Milite knew, he knew it was the leader whom he threw out of the village, but he would never tell anyone, letting a pathetic creature like that live would ruin his reputation, "I will kill that Lycan, if it's the last thing I do." Milite then stormed off.

"Oh dear me, was that what you had pointed at my neck?" the woman said as if she didn't know in the first place. Resting her hands on the small blouse she tilted her head with the same warm smile which never seemed to leave her face and let out a small laugh, "For all I know you could of had a lance pointed at me."

That statement seemed off to Morte or anybody who would have heard it. Sure it was dark out but with the torch light to illuminate the sword anybody would've noticed what it was. Also the fact she was so calm around him, despite the fact he was still in his werewolf form, was odd as well.

Oh Noes! we changing Scenes!

The soldier gave a small cortious bow but before raising back upright he gave the final part of Lord Sammael's message, "He says he knew you'd say that seeing as it was you who . . . well . . . allowed the Lycan to escape. Furthermore Lord Sammael as stated, once you finish dealing with your clean up, to resume searching for the Vampire Princess and/or the Vampire Council."

Backing away quickly out of fear Milite would 'kill the messanger' he turned and left.

"Wait, you did not know?" Morte stopped for a moment to think, "Is it possible that this woman is blind? Or is she just so out of it... no..." Morte looked over to the woman and said, "Do, do you know what I am? Do you know what I look like." Morte asked as politely as possible.

OOOOOOOOH CHANGE OF SCENERY

Milite turned quickly as the messenger told him that Lord Sammael knew, his heart sunk. "You... Don't you leave me!" Milite dragged the soldier back in front of him with his kinetic powers, "Does anyone else know?"

The woman continued to smile and attempted not to laugh when Morte asked if she was blind. Scooting the chair closer to his bedside she leaned in, allowing the light to illuminate her face, showing that her eyes were completely blank. Reaching out she rested her hands at his side, though not touching him directly, "No I do not. I have not seen anything for a long time now."

In Other Places

The soldier trembled in fear as he was dragged back by an invisible force and laid at the feet of Milite. Looking up he asked if anybody else knew, and he shook with the anxiety of answering the question. Swollowing he could feel a large lump in his throat and then replied, "Only . . . . L-Lord Sammael a-an-and myself . . ."
