Hi guize. Thought I'd start a fan fic. About Karakuri. Hope you enjoy it! As many chapters as possible will be posted in the first post.

Deep below the surface of the great ocean, Umi, a small red vehicle moved through the still water. Its two long, blue engines left a stream of bubbles behind it. Inside, two odd looking robots sat. Actually, they looked more like wooden statues, with a scattering of random gears. But they were robots. Sentient ones.

They were members of the Karakuri clan-a group of wooden robots created by an unknown scientist. They can eat, sleep, reproduce, and do pretty much anything living organisms can. They even display emotions. While they themselves are very simple people, they have access to advanced technology-like this fishing vehicle.

The driver, named Azani, turned to his partner. “Zapize, see anything?”

“No, not yet.” The other Karakuri replied. “By the way, how's your bad shoulder doing?”

“I had it oiled. It's fine now. Wait-what's that?”

The two fishermen looked ahead. A small school of sunfish swam lazily in front of them. Azani nodded to Zapize. Zapize turned to the control panel in front of him. He grabbed a joystick, and slowly moved it up. As he did, two flexible appendages on the front of the craft mimicked the motions. When the ends of the “arms” faced the sunfish, he pressed the button on the stick. Several metal spears shot from the arms, and flew towards the fish. They struck the school, and the fish scattered. However, six sank down, impaled with spears.

Azani eased the craft forward, and Zapize move to another joystick. He swung it to the side, and two grabbing arms on the vehicle moved towards the fish. He ginned. “Another big catch. Sure has been easier since Inashichi found the blueprints for these Bugroths.”

Azani grinned, and nodded. The Bugroth's claws began to close around the dead fish. Suddenly, a dark shape rushed up from below. It flew towards the two Karakuri. They didn't have time to react. It hit the Bugroth at full speed, and it was enveloped by the creatures huge mouth. It's maw closed on the ship, and it crumbled. The two fishermen were killed instantly. The gigantic creature, revealed as a dark blue fish, spat out the vehicle.

And it roared, sending sea creatures scattering. “Too much! Too much! I will not have more of my subjects murdered!”

The fish turned away from the dead sunfish. It opened its mouth again, and roared differently. The first was pure rage. This was a summons. Sharks, fish, and humanoid figures swam to the gigantic fish.

It smiled. “Welcome, fellow denizens of Umi. I believe you know why you have been called. The time for revenge has come. The balance of nature has been upset, and we know how to start fixing it. Come, follow my subjects! The Karakuri's relentless assault ends now! Follow me! Follow King Coelacanth!”

And the group of sea creatures swam off towards the shore.
