● Anyone can join. Would prefer a 3 Star member or higher though.

● Opponent chooses the requirements. I can freely deny the requirements if I dislike them.

● First to 4 votes wins.

● Winner gets 1+ Rep.

● If no one reaches 4 votes by November 25th, then whoever has the most votes win. If it's a tie, then the next vote will decide the winner.

● Votes must have a valid reason. No votes only on the name and/or pic.

● Card must be original, meaning no cards you have previously made.

 

Requirements: Make a Level 1 LIGHT monster with an Anti-Special Summon effect.

You can discard this card to negate the Special Summon of 1 of your opponent's monsters and destroy it. Then you can add 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck to your hand. During your next Standby Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard and you control no monsters, you can remove this card from play and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Deck. It cannot declare an attack and is removed from play during the End Phase.

If this card is removed from the field while you control "The Sanctuary in the Sky" you can add 1 Fairy-Type monster from your Deck to your Hand. You can remove from play this card from the field or Graveyard to negate the Special Summon of an opponent's monster and destroy that card. Increase your Life Points by the ATK of the destroyed monster.

My vote goes to Engetsu. Why? The card has more control. Specifically speaking, the Graveyard and Hand. Not to mention it sets up Synchros.

I actually like them both, but I'm going to go with Engetsu's card. It's a great way to reverse a bad situation and is less situational, plus it seems more useful to me because of the possible Synchro you can get. A quick way to bring out Stardust or something.

There both really good but I will vote for Engetsu since it can be activated from your hand and can be used to bring synchro material while skizo's card needs Santuary of the Sky on the field to activate one effect and has no special summoning effect

Well this certainly is a nice start to my 1 v 1 career.

I vote for... Skizo!! In faiy decks the main objective is to have sanctuary in the sky on the field and increase your lifepoints. Skizo's does that and while engetsu's gives you the possibility to scynchro summon which is a bonus. However if I were running a fairy deck I wud use Skizo's card over Engetsu's because of The Agent of Force Mars and Saturn, Neo Parshath etc. ( I think) effects would be more efficient with Skzo's card (and I barely use Synchro's anyway)
