It was the first day on the job. Mr. [Jeremy] Linpor was more excited then ever to share the knowledge he had learn both in and out of the classroom. The history of the world, the earliest discovery of Pokemon to man, and much more. As he was setting up the classroom for the first day, he had already picked out lesson plans for what he would teach. As his team of Pokemon was helping him, he glanced at all of them. Proud that he had made it this far with them at his side and not once has they failed him. They had helped him with his studies and built a strong bond with each and every one of them.

-MEANWHILE-

Lawson was in a deep sleep when he was suddenly woken up with Croagunk jumping on his chest.
"What is your problem?" Snapping at his Pokemon who suddenly stopped and looked down.
"I'm sorry man, It's jsut you can be jumping on me like that. I know this is the first day of the acadamy, but I need my rest." Looking at his clock his eyes widened and he jumped off his bed.
"I'm going to be late! No No No No!" Good thing he had his things packed the night before. As he starts grabbing everything his Pokeballs fall from his dresser. He is in such a rush he doesn't notice he forgot them. As he runs out the door to catch the bus his mother starts to say something. But he doesn't end up listening. About 15-20 minutes later he's sitting on the bus on his way to the airport when he starts to search his bags. He seen his Pokeballs were gone, Sh*t, I forgot them! He slams the bag back down on the floor and looks out the window, angry at himself for over sleeping...

-MEANWHILE-

Mr. Linpor was all done with setting everything up. Him and his team then just sat in the room relaxing. His stomach started to tingle while the thought of sharing everything to his students ran through his head. "This, my fellow team, is going to be a great year."

-MEANWHILE-
Lawson was going through the required security at the airport before entering the plane. Still thinking about how he had forgotten the most important thing he needed. As he continued walking, with Croagunk on his shoulder, he felt the urge to call his mother and have her mail them. But by that time he was already strapped in his seat and about to take-off. He figured he would just call her after he got off the plane. Him and his Croagunk tilted the seat back and fell to sleep, hoping it wouldn't be a long ride...

(OOC: Mysterians, Make a better starting post. Jesus!)
Ashmin yawned sleepily as scattered sunlight filttered through the curtains draping her window. Sitting up, she rubbed the sleepy dust out of her eyes, and opened them. Glancing at the curtains, without hesitation she drew them aside, and the room was filled with sunlight, still scattered, since a tree stood still just outside her window. With a laugh, she peered up at the frail branches, the soft looking texture of the weaker leaves..... As her mind wandered, she glanced dreamily at her alarm clock, and gasped. "Oh s***, I'm going to be late for class!" She swore, swinging her legs urgently over the side of the bd, and dropping a centimetre to the wooden floor. Rushing, over to the wardrobe, she grabbed out her usual outfit - A black dress - hoping it was allowed for school. Flicking her dark hair our of her purple eyes irratabily, she quickly got dressed, and grabbed her schedule. "Ok, so MY first class is History/Mythology. Cool! Should be interesting; Learning new thins is great!" With a smile she put the schedule on the bed, and ran out of the room.

Silver, who forgot to set his alarm the night before woke up to see what the time was. When he looked it wasn't terribly early, nor was it too late. He rubbed his eyes, so that his vision didn't feel blurry, then he woke up Eevee. "Wake up Eevee, it's a brand new day." Eevee got up slowly, and then he went inside Silver's bag. Silver laughed and pulled Eevee out of there, and as he done so a small item fell onto the floor. Eevee just wanted to play with it and when Silver looked at it a bit closer he remembered it was a soothe bell and said, "Oh yea, i forgot i packed that." But instead of giving it to Eevee Silver told him "You won't get this yet, i'll give it to you straight after our first class, which is.... i've forgotten now." Silver quickly checked his schedule to see what his first lesson was, he checked and it was.... History/Mythology. As Silver packed his things ready for the first class he said "I wonder what my future will bring during the course of my time in the academy." As he finally got everything ready he checked his room one last time to see if he had forgotten anything, when he finds out he hasn't he says to his Eevee "Ready Eevee our future... and our first class awaits us."

Tormod walked into the halls of the Pokemon Academy. His Vulpix walked eagerly at his side. He looked around the elegant halls of the Pokemon Academy. He reached into his pocket and pulled out an old, tattered paper. "So this is the schedule. The first class is.....History/Mythology?" he said outloud. Since when was Pokemon related to mythology? He shrugged to himselve. He ran threw the hallways, looking for History/Mythology class. He saw a girl rushing to class, and a boy talking to her. The boy had a Cyndaquil! The Fire-Type was obviously the best type. He smirked. He walked up to them. "Hey, I'm Tormod. So you have a Cyndaquil? Thats awesome! I have a Vulpix with me as well!" said Tormod, and he picked up Vulpix. Vulpix started to smile.

Meanwhile, in the Breeding classroom....

Edward finished decorating his classroom. He looked around. The other pokemon would feel comfortable here, despite the place was cold and rather large.Plus, he had also added a small, rubber pool in the corner of the room for any Water pokemon. He let out his Dewgong into the small rubber pool. She screamed "Dewgon!" and he knew that she was happy. "Excellent!" said Edward to himselve. He sat down in his desk and pulled out a notebook, and planned his lessons.

Mr. Linpor waited eagerly at his desk while the final minutes came to a close.
"My first lesson as a teacher, let's hope I do a great job guys! Sorry I have to do this, but I'll see you guys after class. Return!" He returned his team to their rightful Pokeballs and placed them inside his desk. He grabs a marker and writes on the board...

Welcome to Pokemon History/Mythology!
Mr. Linpor

As he sits back down he grabs his lesson plan from his desk and goes over what he is to teach. Shocked, he opens up his laptop and sets up the projector hanging from the ceiling.
"Phew," Mr. Linpor wiped his head, "That was a major role in todays lesson. Good thing I remembered!"

He continues to read over his lesson plans and waits for students to fill his classroom and the bell to ring.

-MEANWHILE-

*Some time has passed since Lawson has gotten off the plane and finds his rightful dorm room. I'm deciding to catch up with everybody so I'm leaving those details out*

Lawson entered the doors of Pokemon Acadamy with his Croagunk at his side.
"Thank goodness I called mom and had her mail those empty Pokeballs to me. Who knows if I'll meet wild Pokemon here or not!"
Lawson looks down at his schedule, Pokemon History/Mythology. He began to think,
Oh great, I had a horrible time with history in High School, now I have to deal with it here? Ugh... He glanced over to see a few students chatting up before class. Hey, maybe they're going to History too, let me go ask and try and make some friends.

Ashmin looked up, and noticed somebody else wlaking towards History Class. "Sure." She shrugged. " It doesn't start for approx. 5 minutes? Damn, my clock is wrong!" She thought annoyedly, but didn't say this aloud. "So, what's your name?" Ashmin said instead. "Mine's Ashmin." She beamed, then grabbed a pokeball from her black bag she had brought. It had a flame seal attached to the top. "Go, Meteorite!" The Pokeball flashed, and flames seemed to erupt, and a Charmander appeared, grinning. "This is my starter Pokemon, Meteorite." Ashmin told Jake.

Ooc: I don't know about anyone else but I was tought that when using speech, "new speaker, new line" Its less confusing please could you try to, and post the names as well. It does help some.

Zane Silver, who had fell asleep in the truck, had been waken by his father, Kelsier Silver.
"I assume we're at the academy?" Zane rubbed his eyes as he sat upright,
"Yep, we're there!" Kelsier looked at Zane, chukling, "You might want to sort yourself out, you look like you've just got out of bed!"
"Father, no one will notice." Zane assured climbing out of the truck, "I always stay in the corners anyway."
His father shook his head,
"I suppose you're still not going to change your mind then..." He sighed showing Zane into the academy, "We're in the white dorm renember, and you're going to be in my class first."

A few minuites later they arrived at a corridor where many doors were home.
"Aha! Here we are!" Kelsier walked into a room with a plaque on the door saying 'Types and attacks', "Hmm, no one here yet.."
"Hmph...I doubt anyone will turn up anyway..." Zane chukled, releasing Cyndaquil.
"Cyndaaaa-" Cyndaquil yawned, shooting out a big burst of flames(his way of yawning)
"How ya doing Flare?" Zane cuddled the cute pokemon, taking a seat from a corner desk and moving the seat into the corner of the room, sitting down with cyndaquil on his lap.
"Cynda Cynda, Quiiil!" Cyndaquil cuddled Zane,
"You're awesome too," Zane said quietly, wandering off as he looked over at his father.

How can he be so happy all the time after all that has happened? Zane thought as his father released his pokemon, Ditto.
"Dit-ooo!" Dito smiled hugging Kelsiers leg,
"Can you transform into this please," Kelsier had a book of all the known pokemon, showing Ditto some pokemon,
"Dii-tooh" Ditto transformed into an eevee,
"now this." Kelsier held up the book again, Ditto transformed into a sentret, "Now return to normal."
Ditto returned to normal.

Thomas walked along the hallway of the school and could see teachers and students starting to get ready for their first classes. He could also see that many other students had their starter Pokemon out just beside their feet. He looked down at one of his Pokeballs and could see his Turtwig looking back at him, Turtwig looked upset that there were other Pokemon out and he was stuck in his Pokeball. Thomas continued onward almost as if he was ignoring Turtwig suddenly Turtwig appeared from out of its Pokeball somehow it managed to open the Pokeball. Thomas was astounded but also angry at Turtwig for getting out of its Pokeball.

"Turtwig! You're not supposed to come out of your Pokeball until I let you out!" Thomas shouted at Turtwig.
"Twig..." Turtwig replied in a sad manner and looked down at the ground.
"*sigh* Fine I suppose you can follow me to my class come on let's go!" Thomas told Turtwig who looked back at Thomas and smiled.
"Turtwig!" Turtwig replied and followed Thomas as he headed off to his first lesson.

Zane sighed, watching the clocks hand tick clockwise..
"Quilll....." Flare yawned,
"I can't see this going that great..." Zane said quietly from the back of the room, just enough so his father could hear. Perking up, Kelsier replied silently,
"What makes you say that?!" He snapped.
"Well if it was going to go well, we would have had someone come in for the class by now." Zane returned Cyndaquil to his pokeball so he didn't hear the argument.
"You can be so damn stubborn sometimes Zane!" Kelsier sighed, "Sometimes you have to have patience and just wait a while. Then someone might actually come."

"Hopefully." Zane muttered, earning himself an annoyed glance from his father.
"Ditooo!" Ditto was rolling around the floor in a ball,
"Return ditto." Kelsier said, with Ditto dissapearing with a crimson flash into the pokeball.

Ashmin walked into the History/Mythology class and sat down. Glancing at the clock, she saw it was indeed not very long until class started. She cursed silently. "What made me buy that cheap peice of s***! The guy warned me it would go fast, yet I bought it. Idiot!" She was tempted to slam her head on the table, or at least whack herself on the forehead, but she forced herself not to. Glancing at the board, she saw it said her teacher would be someonecalled Mr. Linp..... "Bring Bring!" A sound of a phone echoed through the room. "S***!" Ashmin muttered, grabbing her phone and rsuhing from the classroom, only for a moment. She flicked the phone on.
"Who is it?" She asked crossly.
"Hey, don't kill me, god dammit Ashy!"
"Oh....Hehe, hey Sammy! What makes you call now?" Ashmin asked.
"Well......I want to know how your school day is going! You know how I env..."
Ashmin cut him off. "Yeah, I know. You told me a million times before I left." She counted on her fingers. "Make that a billion, at LEAST!" She giggled.
"Hey, that's not nice!" Sammy said meanly.
"Sammy, take a joke. Anyway, the day hasn't started yet. I'll ring you back after class, ok?"
"Epic! Oh, and by the way, Boss just flew off the handle again. You should have seen it! I told her I couldn't find one of the Pokemon, and she went coo-coo!"
Ashmin shook her head and laughed. "Only happens to you Sammy. Anyway, gotta go, be ready for me to call in about 30 mins, ok?"
"Great! Ok, hear from you soon! Bye!"
"Bye!" Ashmin closed her phone.

Isshu was very far away from the other regions, so a ferry to Pokemon Academy would take months for Anderson to get there. Fortunately, the citizens of Isshu had one technological advance that would allow Anderson to get to the Academy just after his classes ended, the airplane. But Anderson began to grow bored on the plane, and turned around to see another starting trainer with a Tangela on his lap. Anderson subsequently decided to battle him to pass the time, and the boy accepted. Anderson introduced himself as a magician. Then the kid with the Tangela was called forward as the plane landed to drop him off. After this, Anderson went back to the seat. This is going to be a long ride...

Alex looked up at the building, and walked through the crystal double doors that would seal his fate forever...

As he looked around at the other students, he could tell who was new and who was an upperclassman. The newbies had younger Pokemon, the majority of which being Fire or Grass. Meanwhile, the older students were walking around with either no Pokemon or larger, more formidable ones. The majority of these were Steel, Dragon, and Water types. Alex could sense the emotions of some of the Pokemon near him. There was a Hoiiga right next to him, fearful of his master. To the other side was a joyful trainer and her Ambipom and Waruvile, who were both giving off good vibes. Alex smiled at them, then turned back to the Hoiiga and the other trainer, a bespectacled boy of about 16, with rather large hands and a square jaw. He was gripping Hoiiga by one of its tail spikes, which was causing it sever pain.

Alex moved on, for he didn't want to get a bad reputation just yet. He came to a some Freshman with Vulpix and Cyndaquil by their sides.
"Hi, excuse me, do either of you know how to get to Battle Strategies 101? That's my first class, and I don't really want the guy in charge to think I'm a total slacker...Say, why do you think so many newbies start with Fire types?"
This second question came from out of the blue, but he could sense they were all new, and the fact they had Fire types was intriguing. Alex himself was no exception to this, as his own starter was Meraruba, a dual Bug/Fire Pokemon.

Zane sat there, eyes closed, listening closely to what was happening out in the corridor.
"why do you think so many newbies start with Fire types?" Zane overheard someone say, "newbies start with Fire types?"
"Bah, I'd like to show him how many newbies start with fire types!" Zane said out loud,
"Whats that?" Kelsier laughed,
"Nothing." Zane said quietly, "I just overheard someone saying that newbies start with fire types!"
"Can't blame him," His father replied, "He is probaly an experienced trainer that has battled lots of weak trainers with fire types.."
The words rang in Zanes head again 'newbies start with Fire types'.
"Thats it!" Zane suddenly stood with rage. "I'll be back soon..."

With that he strolled out of class, he saw someone with the same voice he heard speaking. He had a white unzipped jacket and blue jeans, with a NY hat.
"YOU!" Zane snapped, walking up to him, "I dare you to say that again!"
Cyndaquil finally caught up with zane, he heard it too, and was now staring at the kid,
"Cyyynnnndaaaa........" He growled.

Kelsier sat there in the class, no one turned up.
"Zane might be right..." Kelsier whispered to himself, "This might not go as planned..."

"WHAT?!" Zane raged, grabbing the kid by the collar, "YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG ME AND MY POKEMON HAVE BEEN TOGETHER!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH TOGETHER!!!"
"CYYYNNDAAAAA-QQQUIILLLLLL!!!!!!!!" Cyndaquils flame went to the ceiling,
"Return cyndaquil!" Zane commanded, holding his pokeball out, he set the ball on his belt then spun round and punched the kid. "What makes you think you know so much about me and my pokemon?!"

Kelsier stood up, his stool toppling backwards, ZANE! he thought, What have you done now? He burst out of the class door, looking right then turning left.

And didn't I say your bond was very close? And I guess what you're trying to say is that you aren't a newbie, so I guess my statement wouldn't matter to you anyway. So I'm sorry, and if you really want to keep this going, then we can meet on the Grass Field for a battle."
Meraruba was concerned about Alex, but could sense his master didn't want him to worry. Meraruba then looked at the girl who had come out of the classroom and tried as best as it could to explain the situation to her. "I only have cyndaquil, I don't bother catching many pokemon." Zane growled, "I'm not meeting you on the grass, because I would probaly murder you. Now get out of my sight before I do!"
"Zane what is this about?!" Kelsier stood shocked,
"Apparently I havn't battled alongside my pokemon much!" Zane said through gritted teeth,
"Lets talk about this someplace else." His father said,
"Hmph..." Zane followed Kelsier back to his class.

Zane released Flare,
"Quillll...." Cyndaquil growled, oviously angry at what the kid had said earlier.
"What was going through your head when you did that?" Kelsier shook his head,
"I was thinking of how I could show him how much newbies start with fire types!" Zane replied arrogantly,
"You could have got expelled!" His father snapped, "That wouldn't look very good on my behalf, I want to teach here!"
"What would you have done?" Zane returned, "If someone said to you that all weak teachers have normal types?"

Sighing, Kelsier sat down at his desk at the front of the room,
"I know it's hard for you Zane.." He quietly said, "But you can't go attacking people everytime you feel they have insulted you..I don't exactly like having to continue life without your mother anymore. But the past is past."
"But it's the way that kid thought so high of minself, did you see how calm he was when he said that? If you weren't here I probaly would've had cyndaquil burn him with a flamethrower."
Laughing at Zanes statement, Kelsier rose, with a piece of chalk, and began to write on the chalk board, he wrote a title. 'Pokemon types and attacks'
"I should write 'Zane facepunch' on here, hahaha." He bellowed sitting down, awaiting students.

Mr Kewl Wiped off the String Shot "Oh my god why of all thing is there white stuff on mys face I would rather be burnt to a partial crisp than a stringshot to the face ugh. OK well you two if you two DO want to battle come to my room I would gladly referee for you. La La la lala." Mr Kewl then...skipped away.

Jake looked at Zane apparently staring. "Hey man don't take it so serious Fire-Types aren't the most fantastic type of pokemon in the world. All pokemon have their strong points and their weak points. Shoot I started with a Cyndaquil as well. Plus you really should bother catching more pokemon. If you want to beat the champion. I hear he is stronger than Cynthia, Adeku, Gary, Lance, Steven, and Wallace combined. So I suggest you change your thinking."

Jameson walked down a hallway in the large academy, looking at his schedule. "Hmm... it says here that my first class is 'Pokemon Types and Attacks,'" he said aloud to himself. He then reached to his belt and pulled off a pokeball, and looked at it. "I guess we should find out where that is, huh buddy?" Putting the pokeball back, ne walked along, looking for the classroom, until he saw some people standing around. They seemed to be having some sort of commotion. James just ignored it though, and kept walking. Eventually, he reached the classroom. He walked inside to see if any students had arrived, or if the teacher was even there.
