The Mokey Mokey Story

Because this is the first time I wrote one,
In a time span that was long,

There once was an ol' duelist, who was very bored,
So he grabbed his cards and headed out the door,
He soon found what would be a big surprise,
That a Mokey Mokey was staring at his eyes~

The duelist lifted a hand, and patted the creature's head,
But unfortunately, he found the Duel Spirit was dead,
Petrified, Bewildered, Astonished, Flabbergasted,
The Mokey Mokey's time was past.

A tear ran down the duelist's cheek,
Because it looked like the future was to be bleak,
So he buried the Mokey, and sought to find what killed him,
But alas, the cause of death waaaaaaas~

Now I'm not begging or asking to be popular,
All I am saying, just like a phantom philosopher,
Is that writers need feedback,
To find where their writing skills lack.

For you see, writers of various stories,
Cannot grow as real authors,
Unless they get advice and constructive criticismies,
To help to grow and be better for sure.

But it's okay,
As the Mokey Mokey's final words were;

*sheds tear* It's so beautiful and yet so true I totally pictured Yami's voice (from LK) reading that. This is such a great tragic story.

And I lost that mokey mokey when I was seven :<

It's not that Black-san. There are a lot of writers on YCM who get little to no attention, some very good writers. I'm not shamelessly promoting myself and my fic, I'm trying to get a message across. Writers need people to tell them what they think about their work to become better writers.

If I was shamelessly whoring attention I would've put a link to my fic in big letters at the top.
