[spoiler=Plot]It has been thirty years after Naruto died. The Akatsuki has disbanded and have not been heard from for some time. The 9 Tailed Beasts have returned, and with them, most likely, new Jinchuuriki. "Jinchuuriki" meaning the "power of human sacrifice", are those individuals possessing "Bijuu" or tailed demons within their bodies. To control these Bijuu, different villages have invented seals of great power that are able to seal a Bijuu within you just by placing the seal on it's body. That is the tricky part though, getting close enough. It was decided that a true and worthy ninja could do it. Although the elders of the villages said that this would cause an end to the world as we know it, the younger people think not. Many ninja have gone out in search of the Bijuu, because their villages had spare seals. With the return of the Bijuu, there is a return of the Akatsuki, and they are recruiting. It is your duty as a ninja to get those Bijuu before the Akatsuki do. Good luck ninja![/spoiler]

[spoiler=Sub-Plot]Ever since the return of the Bijuu, there have been strange earthquakes in the Land of Demons. The cause is unknown, but there have been reports of ninja with demonic strength terrorizing the villages. Reports have also said that there are similar earthquakes in the Land of Swamps. Perhaps it is just a natural disaster, as some villages think, or maybe it was caused by a Bijuu, or something even greater. It is still unknown what exactly is going on, but it is your duty as a ninja to find out.[/spoiler]

The two dojutus's merged into creating a new dojutus he dubbed "Ryokugan" after his father was killed and his mother missing presumed dead he started sage training.while undergoing sage training Aezlea drew in some of the 9 tails charka creating his demon sage mode he no longer has to stand still to gather nature charka but it limited to 15 minuets in demon sage mode. After he perfected his Ryokugan to the point where it was on par with the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and his parents dojutus's he reformed then Akatsuki to recapture the tailed beast for some unknown reason. Note: I will be using element from the current App and the original. Mainly becuase I like the original app better. It gets a bit more in depth you know? anyways, here it is

[spoiler=Story of Toto's Life]Toto was born somehwere outside of te hiddedn sand village whie his mother and father were on the run from a band of roug eninja chasing ofter them. Not long after his birth, they found them and killed his mother. His father was able to escape with him but only just. His father, once a shinobi who had once learned a secret and forbiden technique, wanted only for his son's survival now that Toto's mother was gone. So, he used the forbiden technique on his son. However, it was never completed as it was suposed to be. The technique is one of a summoning. It is said to summon spirits and keep them help captive inside of something, though only spirits of a certain power strength. Should they exert that limit in strength, the seal is broken and the spirit is allowed to roam free, after killing the host. Toto's father got everything perfect, right up until he had to choose a specific spirit by name and then limit that spirit's strength inside of his son's body. That was when the rouges found him and murdered him. Seeing the boy with it's unfinished jutsu, they decided to leave him in the desert to rot and left him alone. The jutsu, however, was still active and uncontroled. In total, thirteen different unnamed spirits entered his body and used him as a host. The thirteenth spirit was just strong enough to break off the jutsu before anymore could enter the boy. Toto was then left with thirteen differnet spirits dwelling inside of him. Having just come into this world, the spirits did not yet want to leave it. So they sustained him, kept Toto alive, though it taxed from their own bodies. For days Toto was left to cry alone in the desert until a group of traveling strangers found him and took them with him. They raised him and took him in as one of their own, but Toto always knew he was differnet from everyone in one way or another. One day, one his tenth birthday, something happened. A group of young children, who had always disliked Toto, ganged up on him and did everything they could to hurt him. Something inside of him snapped, and the peace that had kept the thirteen spirits at bay for ten years was undone. On that day, Toto slaughtered the group of children and everone who had ever taken care of him without his knowing. When his mind gained conciousness once more, he wept for what he had done, and ran away. He ran for months, and several times he lost control of himself and went on a rampage. Sometimes it harmed no one, other times it did. On one of these rampages, he came across an Akatsuki member. He was easily taken down by the Akatsuki, but the Akatsuki thought 'maybe this boy might come in handy' and took him with him to train him to control and channel his strength. For four years Toto followed the Akatsuki member as though he were his father. But, eventually, he too was slaughtered by the destruction that the world had become. So, Toto took his place as an Akatsuki member. And so he still is today. [/spoiler]

Appearance:Normal: Toto has long red hair and goes down past his sholder blades. His skin is ashen, almost entirly gray. His eyes are always a dull yellow color with flecks of brown and green inside. He always wears a slight smile on his lips and he has bags under his eyes from the insomnia he suffers from. He stands at 5'7". He wears the normal Akatsuki clothes, but his are still much to large for him. As a result, they are always slipping from his shoulders, revealing his chest. Yet he keeps his arms inside of the sleeves as best he can. The rest of his cloak trails behind him.

Personality:Toto is quiet and hateful towards almost all. Not knowing where he gained his power, he hates everyone for being both weak and for hating him for being so different. Yet at the same time he's intellegent and quiet, not saying much to anyone unless he's spoken to.

Okay, time to explain the major limitations!
First and most important the thirteen spirits. You have to understand, these aren't like Jinjuriki spirits, they're just minor spirits and demons, you know, the kind people can pary to in their homes. THERE IS NO ALL POWERFUL DESTRUCTIVE POWERS FROM JUST ONE SPIRIT. Each one has a different effect, granted, like giving him control of fire to an extent, but alone it's not especially strong. In combination though, they become strong by adding on to his chakra, there by making him stronger all together. In fact, a few of them don't even give him extra abilities, they just add on to his appearance. Now, no power comes without cost really. Toto's is no different. His evolution in power is almost exactly like Naruto's, the angrier he gets the stronger he gets. But the stronger he gets, the less control he has over what he dose.

Here is what each different spirit gives him
[spoiler=spirit effect]1. Control over fire, to a certain extent: He can manipulate fire and even generate it, but the size of the fire is limited unless he makes it bigger by burning down a building or something. Also, it dosn't get much hotter than normal fire, it just can't.
2. A set of wings: Yes, a set of wings do in fact rip out of his back. However, he can't summon them up at will. They will just randomly appear when his anger gets high enough, because the angrier you are the less control you have.
3. His third eye: Just like the wings, it's controled by his anger level. If he gets to mad, in comes the third eye. Now, this eye, in the middle of his forehead by the way, gives him a slight look at your chakra network. It's not like Neji's, he can't see everything, but he can see how much Chakra you have and how much you can hold.
4. His horns: Same as the eye and wings, anger decides when they appear. He gets four in total, two on the side of his head and two on his fore head, next to the third eye. The two on the side of his head go out a little bit, curve, and stick about four or five inches out in front of his face. The ones on his forehead curve up, back, and then up again.
5. His tail: He dose gain a tail, but keep in mind, not a Jinjuriki tail. His tail is about four feet long, has spine tips sticking out of it along the top, and ends in a deadly point. The point contains a nero-toxin that will kill someone in about three hours if it is not excavated from the body imedeately.
6. Boost in speed: As said, he gains a boost in speed. He's not the absolute fastest thing alive, but he's still pretty fast. Fast enough to where someone with an average chakra size couldn't see him while he was moving fast.
7. Boost in strength: He gets stronger, considerably. I mean physically of course; his punches hurt more, he tends to be able to lift things a few times his weight, but he's still not the absolute strongest person.
8. Chagne in skin and eyes: First his skin turns a complete ashen gray, accept around his eyes. Around his eyes turns a bright blue. Also, the whites of his eyes change to black and the yellow in his eye changes to emerald green
9. Claws: On hs hands and feet, he gains claws. I don't mean bag lady nails, I mean he gets some deadly claws.
10. He can pass through walls: Like it says, he can pass through walls without touching them, however this is somewhat exhausting, so he usually just bursts through the walls.
11. His skin becomes stronger, tougher: Such things like Kunai and swords can no longer penitrate unless they have some sort of special property to them like a chakra infused sword or something, then you might get through.
12. other physical appearances: Now, this one usually happens later on like when he's super uber out of control mad, so yeah. His spine tends to stick out, giving him that spiky dragon look. Sometimes he'll grow an extra pair of arms. Tattoos might appear on his skin, like a curse mark only... you know... none of the added effects. And finally, the sides of his mouth will split open to give him a bigger mouth and his teeth will all beomce sharp.
13. chakra boost: This last one just gives him an all around larger chakra. It inhances it, gives it more destructive power, it even changes the color to a dull golden. It's nothing like Naruto's destructive demon when it's got six or seven tails out, but it's still something to be reconded with. [/spoiler]

Name: Kazuki Bale
Village: The village hidden under the moon.
Rank: Sannin Level.
Kekkai Genkai: Shikra. Description: An electric blue eye with perception abilities rivalling the Sharingan and the Byakugan. It is also reputed to be more dangerous than either, and is as feared as the Rinnegan. The Shikra has the ability to see at a magnification of 100x the strength of the average human eye, and can analyze movements aswell as the Sharingan. However, it lacks the ability to sense chakra levels, as in the Sharingan and Byakugan, meaning it cant copy jutsu. It makes up for this by improving Genjutsu moves by 10x, making it the deadly weapon in a Illusionist's arsenal. It allows the user to detect even a minor genjutsu use a mile away, allows the user to use Genjutsu without hand seals, improves Genjutsu strength and can fool even the Sharingan and Byakugan with the genjutsu. It is only available in members of the Drecel clan, of which there are 5 members left.
Special ability: Abnormal Talent for Genjutsu.
Special weapon: Masamune. Katana. Will explain effects later.

Orginization: His Village and his village's secret Task force, the M.A.N.I.C(Moon Assassination 'N' Infiltration Corporation)
Bio: Kazuki was born into the strongest clan in his village, and because he was the eldest child of the most recent Generation of the clan, a lot was expected of him. However, as he grew older, people began to realise he wasn't very talented. He didn't get the family Kekkei Genkai, had very little chakra and was rubbish at taijutsu. At 12 it was obvious he would be a useless ninja, so he went to grow stronger. He trained for 2 weeks without pause, but only got slightly better at taijutsu. Seeing that his son was disappointed and wanting his son to be happy, his father gave up the demon sealed inside of him early, and gave it to Kazuki. However, Kazuki could not control the demon very well, and was nearly taken over. But somehow, having the demon sealed inside him released his untapped power, as it seemed to have been blocked, and his natural Chakra was revealed to be double that of a Jounin. Added with the Demon, which he could now control thanks to his new found power, made him one of the strongest Ninja's in his village. He has recently been sent on an mission to capture an S-Ranked Missing Nin headed for Konoha, but has a side mission to capture any Jinchuuriki he can find, as he is one of the few people capable of capturing one without sealing it inside himself.
Age: 22, making him his villages youngest ever leader of M.A.N.I.C, and the youngest ever Sannin Ranked Nin. (Titan King, BLUR or Aimi, any of you can be the missing Nin if you like. Or I could just invent it.)

Personality: Kazuki is an Intelligent young man with a serious nature. He rarely jokes around, and having been weak once, never goes easy on anyone. Having always had great intelligence, despite having next to no other talents, he can calculate many things, such as angles and how a Jutsu would bounce off it, and so can usually hit an opponent around a series of corners.

[spoiler=Reibi]The demon said to be the father of the Bijuu. He was also said to be at the beggining of the world, and had a religion at one time, where they worshipped him as a god. Unlike the Bijuu, he does not appear as a beast, he appears as a black hooded shadow, but has a form where he is inside a giant wolf like transparent creature. He was near unbeatable, only being defeated when all 9 bijuu teamed up to battle him and they, only just, won. He was sealed inside a baby in a family from one of the smallest ninja villages, and the sealed creature has been passed down generation to generation. However, unlike the Bijuu, it is thought of as a blessing, because it increases your strength and parcially comes out when you are low on strength, because it has been reduced to a sybiotic parasite creature, that works with it's medium.[/spoiler]

Bio: Mars' family was originally from the Village Hidden In The Mist. However, they, due to poor living conditions, moved to the Hidden Leaf Village. His clan remained loyal to the Leaf Village even when they were ridiculed for their abilities. When he was born, his powers were revealed to be stronger than usual. He was soon trained by his clan to master his abilities, but didn't fight much. People of the clan began to be annoyed with the boy, annoyed that he wasn't living up to their expectations. So, they began developing a technique. When Mars turned 9, the technique was finished. It was used to seal Bijuu inside of people. Thinking that it would make him stronger and want to fight, they found the three tailed Bijuu, the Sanbi, and sealed it within him. After he became a genin, people began to just...forget him. He currently stays in the Leaf Village, minding his own business.

Appearance: Mars is a relatively normal sized teenage boy with naturally red eyes. His hair is white and a seal mark on his back. It looks similar to the one that was on Naruto's stomach, but is not quite the same. He wears smaller standard jonin clothing, along with the flack jacket and all. His body is not all that muscular, but rather average looking. His hair is spiked back and his skin has a strange green tone to it, although it is only partially noticeable while in sunlight.
Personality: Mars is a generally quiet boy. He doesn't talk much and tends to look a the floor when he is approached for a battle, and especially when a girl approaches him, which happens very little.

It is a peace of mind and abiding calmness that cannot be shaken by any grade of either fortunate or unfortunate circumstance. The Upekkha Path resembles a slender and fairly muscular young man with spiky orange hair with the Rinnegan eyes and chakra recievers placement in the same manner as the Deva Path that Pain uses. In fact, the Upekkha Path exactly resembles Pain's Deva Path. The Upekkha Path wears a black robe and under the robe is essentially the same outfit as Tenagi. The Upekkha Path wears a Konaha headband. The Upekkha Path has the power to control light and darkness. He can actually manifest these things into a real form and use it for different situations. The Upekkha Path also has the ability to deteriorate anything just by simply thinking it. However, if he wants to deteriorate bigger and stronger things, he has to put his palm or fist towrds the object.[/spoiler]

The Khanti Path resembles a slender and fairly muscular young man with grilled-back orange long hair with a long bang hanging off from his forehead. The long hair reaches just a little longer than his shoulder height. As with all the other paths, this path also has the Rinnegan and chakra recievers in the placement of Pain's Preta Path. The clothing is the same as with all the other paths. The Khanti Path wears a Waterfall headband. The Khanti Path has control over time and space. The Khanti Path can create portals and slow down time. It can choose which objects will be affected by its power. However, a burst of chakra can dissipate the abilities. The Khanti Path can also make objects and even living beings heavier or lighter with mere thought.[/spoiler]

Wisdom is the ability to optimally (effectively and efficiently) apply perceptions and knowledge and so produce the desired results. Wisdom is comprehension of what is true or right coupled with optimum judgment as to action. The Panna Path is a tall, slender, and fairly muscular young man with long orange hair that reaches a little further than the middle of his back. Hair hangs off the sides of his face like how an Uchiha's hair is like. The Panna Path's chakra reciever placements are in the style of Pain's Human Path. The Panna Path wears a Rain headband. The Panna Path has the ability to learn what someone else knows just by simply touching them. This is helpful in learning the enemy's plans. The Panna Path can also pass on information just by touching the person and exerting the information into that person's mind. The Panna Path can also cause people to tell the truth if they look into his eyes. The Panna Path can also locate anyone just by touching anything they have touch. Other abilities include tracking people by touching anything they have touch, and looking into their memories from their point of view by touching the person. The Panna Path is incredibly skilled at Taijutsu and Genjutsu.[/spoiler]

The Viriya Path is a really young male, in appearance he looks to be about 13 or 14 in age. The Viriya Path has chin-length orange hair that covers the right side of his face. The Viriya Path's chakra recievers placement is in the style of Pain's first Animal Path. The Viriya Path wears a Stone headband. The Viriya Path can summon a variety of things, and can perform Earth release techniques. The Viriya Path can also summon any of the other five Paths back to life or back from another place.[/spoiler]

The ability to do the right thing even when no one is watching or suffer the consequences of guilt which produces pain in our bodies, through pain comes discipline. The Sila Path is a muscular man in appearance of about 49 or 50 years of age with flat spiky orange hair and chakra reciever placements in the style of Pain's Naraka Path. The Sila Path wears a Sand headband. The Sila Path is a modified human that has different weapons in his body. The Sila Path can also cause shockwaves and tremors. The most lethal ability of the Sila Path is the ability to phase through people and remove their soul, killing them. The Sila Path can also use Wind and Fire release techniques.[/spoiler]

It can involve offering time, assets or talents to aid someone in need. The Dana Path is a slender young woman with long orange hair tied into a braid and has chakra recievers placement in the style of Pain's second Animal Path. The Dana Path wears a Mist headband. The Dana Path has the ability to send thin strings of pure chakra to pierce into multiple people. From then on she can control their body unless the string of chakra is severed. The Dana Path also has a unique ability to enter the realm of the living and the dead. Due to this, the Dana Path can control even the dead with her chakra strings. [spoiler=Bio:]Tenagi was born into a time of war. His family were decendants of the Sage of Six Paths and also guardians of an old temple, one of many, that worshipped the Sage of Six Paths' teachings. Tenagi studied hard to learn the teachings of the Great Sage and throughout most of his life, dedicated himself to the temple. Tenagi believed his true meaning in life was to stop the war between the great nations, but soon fell ill to a terrible disease that ravaged his body, making him go into a deep coma. His family placed him in a chakra coffin to perserve his body for all eternity, thinking he was already dead. As time passed by, the events that occured with the release of the tailed-beasts, caused the chakra coffin to weaken and soon dissipated. Tenagi finally awoke one day but was immobilized by the illness. Struggling to escape the coffin, Tenagi fell over, breaking more of his already fragile bones. No one knew what happened to Tenagi next, but somehow he was able to recover and obtained his six bodies. Tenagi has but only one goal, to rid the world of war.....[/spoiler]

Tenagi wears a short-sleeved black shirt, bandages on his waist, dark gray trousers, black ninja sandals, and multiple tiny chakra recievers all over his body to communicate with his six bodies.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Personality:]As himself, Tenagi is a very kind and gentle man. He does not enjoy fighting, but recognizes the fact that sometimes fighting is needed to ensure peace. Tenagi talks with a very weak and fragile voice, not being able to raise it at all. Tenagi ensures to defeat his opponents quickly to avoid bloodshed. As the Six Paths of Enlightenment, all of the Paths are very calm and collected, never showing much emotions. They all talk in a calm and superior voice.[/spoiler]

Grass Tamer): This special ability was said to only be achieved by a small group of people within Kusagakure, mostly members of the Shimori clan but however there were still some people who had this ability so this ability was never really considered a Kekkei Genkai. The person who has this ability can manipulate, create, and even change parts of themselves into plant life. The user can also rapidly grow plant life without the need of water or sunlight, however the plants are stronger when subjected to water and sunlight. The user can repair themselves by using plant life of any kind. They can change plant life in may ways to be used for offense, defense, and hiding. The major weakness to this is fire release jutsus, however, the user can also manipulate plants that naturally contains water and use it as a way to dissipate fire release jutsus.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Bio:]Hiraku was born into a clan that specializes in plant manipulation. His clan was reknown for their abilities and highly respected within Kusagakure. The Shimori clan were very loyal to their village and performed every mission with the utmost care. Hiraku at a young age was already expected to become the clan's next leader, but Hiraku never showed any interest in taking over the clan. As a young kid, Hiraku enjoyed tending and studying plant life of all kinds, ranging from normal everyday kinds to rare poisonous weapon types. Hiraku would spend hours in his clan's main garden studying and tending to the plants, never taking ninja training seriously, however, Hiraku was knowned to be quite skilled at battling, he just doesn't have the interest in it as with plant life. The only person who ever supported his hobby was his mother who was known to be a very kind woman. However his father was ashamed of him and cast him out as an outcast. In his fit of rage, Hiraku's father killed his own wife. Hiraku couldn't stand it and went on a killing spree, murdering his whole clan and then leaving the village after killing a squad of ANBU and Jounin. From then on, Hiraku seeked a place where he could live in peace and found himself amongst the Akatsuki. He stated his reason for joining was "Freedom." Upon joining Akatsuki, Hiraku was assigned to an Akatsuki member who was teaching a young kid named Toto, his future partner. Hiraku never socialized with Toto during those years, but when his partner died, Hiraku was assigned to be Toto's partner after Toto was made a full-fledge Akatsuki. Hiraku made a promise to his previous partner before he died to take care of Toto.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Appearance:]Hiraku is 6'2" and weighs 165 lbs. Hiraku appears pretty muscular but not in a bulky manner. Hiraku appears as a very untidy person with unkempt chin-length dark brown hair, hair stubble on his chin, and dark brown eyes. Hiraku appears very lazy and unmotivated, contradictory to his persona. Hiraku's body is covered in open gashes tied by strings to keep them from opening. The strings are covered in chakra to become more durable. Hiraku wears the standard Akatsuki cloak and under his cloak he wears a sleeveless light gray shirt, gray trousers, Akatsuki sandals, standard ninja tool pouches, and a large pouch horizontally placed behind his waist where he keeps his plant life. Hiraku's headband is wrapped around the upper part of his right arm; the headband's cloth is colored gray. Hiraku wears his ring on his left middle finger; his fingernails and toenails are colored a dark purple color.[/spoiler]
[spoiler=Personality:]Hiraku is a calm, cool, and collected individual. He doesn't talk much and acts in a mature manner, being the Senior of his Akatsuki partnership. Hiraku is very intellectual and cunning. He knows when to engage in battle and when to avoid it. He can figure an opponent's weaknesses and exploit them to his advantage, making him quite deadly on the battlefield.[/spoiler]
