The criteria:

You must make 1 "Scrap" Effect non-Synchro monster.

You must make 1 "Scrap Synchro monster.

When this card is in the Graveyard, you can destroy 1 "Scrap" monster you control to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Scrap" monster from your Graveyard. Then, you can remove this card from play to return 1 card on the field to the bottom of it's owner's Deck.

When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can destroy 1 "Scrap" monster you control to return up to 2 cards your opponent controls the bottom of your opponent's Deck. When this card declares an attack, take damage equal to the number of Spell and Trap Cards you control x200. When this card is destroyed, you can remove 1 "Scrap" monster in your Graveyard from play to Special Summon 1 non-Synchro "Scrap" monster from your Graveyard.

When your opponent declares a direct attack and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand and negate the attack. When this card is Summoned, you can send 1 "Scrap" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.If this card is destroyed by the effect of a "Scrap" card, you can select 1 "Scrap" monster in your Graveyard, except "Scrap Dasher", and add it to your hand.
