Yes it does. While Alfred's card didn't look toonish everything else in the Toon sub-type was present as well as Ritual Summon requirements. Newfie however, despite having a toonish card, did not fit the specifications for either Toon or Ritual, coupled in with bad ocg and reference to non-existing cards. That was the reason for my vote anyway and why I think the result is just.
Mehmani
I'm sorry but i don't agree with the end results... if you read the Requirements for this contest, it says a TOON RITUAL monster.... There is a reason why so much of the time Written Cards is superior to Realistic...it's because people like you go for look over content. If you had taken the time to read the effects of both cards and make a decision based on playability, accuracy with the requirements AND looks, rather than only the latter, you would have come to quite a different decision. Don't judge a book by it's cover, don't judge a card by it's picture. My card had the Machine / Ritual / Toon subtype, fitted all the requirements for being both a Ritual Monster and a Toon Monster (unlike Newfie's card) and was completely accurate to examples of both Rituals and Toons in the real card game. Learn to play Yugioh before rating. It helps a lot.
