You must make a Ritual/Toon monster.

If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent does not control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. This card inflicts Piercing Damage. You can discard 1 Monster Card from your hand to destroy 1 monster on the field whose DEF is equal to or lower than the discarded monster's ATK. When this card declares an attack, remove it from play during your next End Phase.

i would like it if people would ignore the last part of my cards effect until alfred changes it. than you.

So, newfie shark's card is the more legitimate Toon-looking card, but it doesn't reference at any form of Ritual Summon, despite it being a Ritual Monster. It also references to 2-3 cards (depending on which card you look at) that don't exist, so it's hard to gauge if it's OP'd, UP'd whatever. Also it's almost completely invincible + bad ocg. You've also given it the ability to stay on the field if "Toon World" is destroyed. Not good.

 

On the other hand, Alfred there isn't really any need for the Piercing effect as the basic Toon direct attack leaves it redundant. Picture lets you down a lot. However, the Ritual Summon conditions and effect is much more believable and effective.

 

I don't know why people are focusing on the Toon image as that barely makes up a 1/4 of the voting condition in my mind. Everything taken into account, my vote is for Toon Ancient Gear Golem.

i find newfies much more creative. i find that the effect suits godzilla more (the last part doesent count but the destroyah was the only one to beat godzilla). It was verymuch in touch with the requirements so yea, i vote newfie

Newfie's card has OCG errors and it's cluttered with random effects. Not very creative.

 

Alfred's card has better OCG and overall a lot more useful. I would definitely use it.
