Deadmen Crisis OOC [Not Started] [PG-16]

More or less a game of cat-and-mouse type of RP with normal people caught up in between. Psychological Thriller, Mystery, Action.

[spoiler=Plot]Four Homunculi, aka artificially created humans, have escaped their biological laboratory in which they were created. They appearance is equivalent to a normal human's with just two exceptions; they cannot reproduce and they each have their own specific power. Otherwise, these Homunculi blend into human society perfectly: they speak twenty languages that were programed into their brains, understand every human culture, and have an education equal to one of a college professor. They are codenamed Deadmen. Their escape would not be such a drastic problem if it were not for the fact that they despise humans. Still, it is impossible to tell their motivations of any one of them; some may want to blend into human society while others will wish to destroy it.

The year is late 2011. The world is much like our own. The USA government dispatched a certain number of individuals to capture and return the Deadmen before they cause irreversible damage. They are called Harbingers. However, to hide this problem from other nations, the dispatched team is small and limited in supplies and communication. They have fifty two weeks to recover the Deadmen before being forced to return to base.

The third type of character is this RP will be normal human beings. They just happen to be tragic figures whose lives are mixed up in this scramble for the Deadmen.

Advanced Clause applies.
No Godmodding, etc.
For Deadmen, no overpowered abilities. Try to make them unique.
For Harbingers, no overpowered weapons. Keep them realistic for 2011.
I will only allow FOUR Deadmen and a certain number of Harbingers. Once I believe there is enough of both sides, one can only be a normal citizen. That does not mean, however, the normal citizen cannot help one side or the other. They just don't have abilities or special weapons.
Failure to follow with these rules will result in a warning. Second time, your out of this RP for good.

However, outside of her studies, she is a very kind person, despite being "programmed" to hate humans. It's rumored that she'll turn against the other three Deadmen. [hr][b]Ability:[/b] Instant Evolution (即の進化 / そくのしんか / Soku no Shinka): Hiko can adapt to any situation in a matter of seconds. She can adapt her body to become amphibious, she can adapt to see even in pitch black. She can also learn to predict a person's actions. If she contracts a disease, her body adapts to kill it, and so on.[hr][/spoiler][hr]
